About: I am an experienced pet care taker. I had a dog of my own for 7 years before she passed away of a heart condition. I now have the best Rottie in the earth. Before that my family had dogs and cats growing up. I also consistently foster animals through one of the organizations in town. All dogs on my profile are dogs I either owned, fostered, or babysat. I love to spend as much time with the dogs I am sitting! If it’s the weekend only this is easy to do - If your dog would like a friend my Rottie would like to come with! If not no worries at all! For weekdays: I work from home and can make moving to your home work but will need a desk space or active table space with the ability to plug in - and preferably the ability to bring my 4 year old friendly Rottie with me. If I am unable to bring her what I have done in the past is work from my home and then spend the evening/night with your dog. I always make a lunch break work for this plan. This often mimics similar to a 8-5 schedule. We can definitely discuss details on this! She is part of a team that helps a rescue in town dog test new dogs on their reaction to others! “My partner and I were driving across the country with our 50lb Samoyed, Jack, to relocate to our new home. On our trip, we decided to stop through Fargo where my family is from and take in NDSU football game — Go Bisons! We needed someone to watch Jack for the few hours we were at the game, and Taylor readily accepted our last minute (day before) request. Jack is a calm, friendly dog who seems to have been experiencing some anxiety on the long drive and is not consistently eating or pooping. We were a little nervous leaving him with new people in a new place when he was already on edge. However, Taylor and her family seemed to put him at ease immediately. Taylor kept us updated with pictures and milestones, and when we picked him up he had eaten all of his food, pooped, and played a bunch outside. He seemed happy, calm, and well cared for. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I’ve trained my own dogs through three levels of obedience and raised five of them from the time they were 8 weeks old and took care of them through their elderly years including in pup wheel chairs. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities, from playful puppies to independent cats and senior pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work school hours during the week and have Thursdays at home, which gives me extra flexibility for pet care. I’m available for walks and drop-ins after 4 p.m. on weekdays, and for boarding or extended visits on weekends. Your pets will always get plenty of love, attention, and playtime. I love spending time brushing and walking all of my furry friends. I don’t have a fenced yard at this time, but I spend lots of time outside with pets in our spacious back yard and make sure they’re always safely supervised. I’m comfortable using leashes, harnesses, and long leads to give dogs room to explore while keeping them secure. About: I went to school to be a vet tech. I can administer any medications you may need. I specialize in the care of elderly pets and their unique needs. Animals are better than people. My schedule is open for weekdays or weekends, night or day. Your babies can come stay with me or I can stay with them (sometimes home is just less scary) Whether at my home or yours if there’s a yard we’ll be playing for hours, if there isn’t we’ll be taking some fun walks at the park. About: I’ve got quite a bit of experience with all sorts of animals! I grew up with two dogs, one of which had diabetes and required me to give them insulin occasionally, so I’m comfortable being around dogs of all shapes and sizes. I currently have four cats of my own, each with their own personality and temperament, so taking care of cats should be no problem. About: I have grown up with pets being a huge part of my life. Right now I have my sweet girls Paris and Rana. Paris is a four-year old Golden Retriever and Rana is a rescue kitty from Furry Friend's Rockin' Rescue. We adopted her in 2020! Outside, we have a large grassy area directly across the street that provides plenty of space for walks, playtime, and potty breaks. I take the dogs outside every 3–4 hours (or more often if needed) to ensure they stay comfortable and get plenty of fresh air. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. If your pup is crate trained or requires crating for their routine, I’m happy to accommodate that. Otherwise, they’ll be treated like part of the family and receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and, of course, all the cuddles they’re comfortable with!
About: Hello! I have always had a love for animals especially dogs and cats. I had my own dog, Charlie, who had complex health issues and unfortunately is no longer with me. He made me comfortable with giving medications, insulin/allergy shots, and following instructions with dietary restrictions that I can also provide your pets with when needed. I currently work full time M-F, but my schedule is flexible during the week and most weekends. I have also been employed for over a year with a company in the F/M area providing pet care services in people's homes. I LOVE what I do and always looking for more opportunities to meet new furry friends. About: I have grown up with both big and small dogs, as well as cats. I’m a lover of all animals and can’t wait to help you with yours! I prioritize them getting adequate exercise, play time, and of course snuggles and treats. I am a senior college student with a flexible schedule. I can work around yours to provide the best care. Let’s talk and figure out a schedule that works for you! At my own house, I have a medium yard, and live in a safe neighbor hood. About: From 8 weeks old to senior pups, I’ve seen it all! Whether it’s basic canine knowledge, walking, bathing, medication administration, or pet snuggles, I’ve got you covered! I work full time M,W,Th,F (every Tuesday off) from 8:00am-5:00pm. With 2 dogs of my own (cavalier/shih tzu/bichon (17lb) and golden retriever (60+ pounds), we have a timely feeding and walking routine. Your pup will fit right in! With a two story house, patio, and open yard with a walking path nearby, the opportunities are endless for your pups needs to be met! Your pet can snuggle up on the furniture and/or bed or be crated if that is your preference.
About: Three years as a veterinary assistant and a current pre vet student has prepared me to provide attentive, trustworthy, loving care for every pet I’m entrusted with. I’m currently working full time but will be switching to part time come end of August. I’m available for boarding after 5 pm all week and all day throughout the weekend! I live in a small house close to NDSU and love going on walks (especially with your pet)! I provide a safe, clean, stress free environment by following routines, securing hazards, monitoring pets closely, and treating every home with respect and care. I am comfortable administering any medications your pet is on and do not mind allowing pets on furniture but will follow your rules if you do not:)
