About: I've had dogs my entire life and love every dog that I come to meet. I've been taking care and walking dogs ever since I was little. I work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but I’m available most evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pet care fits well into my routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals outside of work. For boarding or house sitting, I can provide care before and after work during the week and more flexible attention on weekends. I care for pets by following their usual routines as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. This includes feeding on schedule, fresh water, regular walks or potty breaks, playtime, and lots of positive attention. I make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding diet, medications, or behavior needs.

About: I've housesat and looked after friend's pets (both cats and dogs, young and old) for well over a decade and have attracted multiple new clients through word of mouth. I love getting to know your pets and keeping them company while you're away. I also have some experience with pet medications and disabilities for older pets. I work full-time Mon-Fri in Lakeville from roughly 8am-5pm, so generally weekends are best for me for housesitting (Friday nights through Sundays), though staying overnight on weekdays are just as viable depending on location and frequency of daily pet care. Drop-in visits are similar, though weekdays are much easier to schedule for early mornings or evenings. Details can easily be negotiated through text or in-person meet-ups. I try to stick to any routines or schedules you have with your pets (walking, feeding, treat giving, playtime, bedtime etiquette, etc). While housesitting, I'll usually stay at your home as much as I can during the week and almost all day on weekends to keep your pets company by playing or chilling with them depending on their level of activity. When I leave, I make sure everything from last-minute potty breaks to washing any bedsheets I use is taken care of before I leave. For drop-ins, I'll stay with your pet for however long you need. I'll also take pictures throughout my stay so you know your furry friend is doing alright (or if I catch them being silly!)

“I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: We both grew up with dogs and adopted our first two dogs together more than 10 years ago. Currently we have LuLu, a lab-mix, and Scooby, a golden retriever-corgi mix. I work from home most days and love the company of furry dog companions. We enjoy taking walks with the dogs, either by sidewalk or park trails that are close-by. We have leads out the back patio door for quick potty breaks for your fur family-member as well. Dogs can free roam in the house or be gated to a smaller area per their owner’s preference. The kids enjoy helping with the dogs and are good at respecting boundaries and are not very loud. We have individual food bowls that are dishwasher cleaned each meal.

About: I am experienced in senior pets, and reactive dogs. I can walk reactive dogs up to 30 pounds. I avoid busy times and know to look for triggers before the pup notices. I do not have a weight limit for non-reactive dogs. Additionally, I have experience with freshwater aquariums, parrots, hamsters, and mice! Play, cuddles (or space), and leashed walks will keep us quite busy! Expect a lot of photos. I do have a peanut allergy so I am not able to offer peanut based treats, and ask that they be put away beforehand. Thank you! “I don't even know where to start. This was the best experience! Nancy was amazing! She took such great care of our dog Rookie. She sent us multiple updates and photos/videos each day. At no time did we worry about our fur baby- we knew Nancy, her kids, and her dog, Dakota, were treating Rookie like one of their own. In fact, when we went to pick her up, she didn't want to leave! We'll ask Nancy to watch Rookie every time we leave town. This was beyond a 5 star experience!”
