About: I have been around cats my whole life and have 2 of my own which I love like they are my children. In the last 5 years, I have taken care of family and friends cars when they have gone out of town. I have also had experience taking care of a small kitten, sick and elderly cats.

About: I've been a dog lover my entire life. In fact, when I was little, I used to tell my mom I wanted to be a dog when I grew up! 😂 My passion for dogs led me to begin fostering in 2019, and since then I've helped around 40 dogs find their forever homes. I share my home with two friendly dogs: a senior blind Boston Terrier and a playful 3-year-old who loves having the right playmate. Because we've welcomed so many foster dogs into our home over the years, both of my dogs are comfortable meeting new canine friends and are adaptable to different personalities and energy levels. My younger dog is a swimmer, so during the summer we love visiting the dog park at Minnehaha Falls. Very high-energy dogs can be stressful for my senior dog, who is blind. • Reasonably quiet when left alone. Normal barking at delivery drivers or unfamiliar noises is completely fine. About: Worked with PAWS at the University Of Minnesota which helps people meet animals safely. It helped me educate more people about how pets support mental health and wellbeing. My favorite thing in the world is hosting those angels in my residence. I’m currently taking summer classes but when im not in school i’m usually pretty free. I've had a few dogs in my family: a chihuahua, shar pei, golden retriever, pomeranian, dachshund, and a chow chow; with experience from puppies to seniors. Rover is my full-time job, so I can spend as much time as needed with your fur baby and make frequent check-ins or walks if desired! If they're not comfortable with new people, I will respect their space and boundaries based on what they're telling me so they feel relaxed and safe. About: I am a very loving person who has ALWAYS adored animals. My first very pets were two kittens named Tiger and Amy - who were brother and sister - and ended up having a litter together. I also had a dog named Sunshine who was a very energetic golden retriever. I took her on walks around our neighborhood and to the park for fetch and frisby. About: Before leaving for college my parents bought a beautiful Pomeranian at 12 weeks old and she continues to be the sweetest girl ever. Now there are 2 Poms and I can just tell you I know how much effort goes into potty training, crate training, and behavior training! Being around that helped me realize the difficulties and differences between each dog. And since going to college I have dog walked for a few pet owners and I recognize the importance of following pet parent's guidelines and instructions and want to bring that service to you! With the end of my college semester approaching my schedule opens up significantly. I work ~30 hours a week, as early as 5:30 and as late as 7:30, with each shift being around 6.5 hours. “Amber did an amazing job walking our dog while we were our of town, and for several days beforehand! Our girl is a reactive rescue, and Amber was so kind and calm with her, which made all the difference. Our dog happily went with Amber for each walk, which was amazing, and Amber even braved a snowstorm to take our girl out for her walkies!
