I am also more than willing and able to pick up your baby or babies if you'd like. I've had dogs and/or cats most of my life. My friends and neighbors have regularly trusted me to take care of their fur babies of varying ages, breeds, species and needs for many years. One even had 2 cats, 2 dogs and a ferret. I have about 5 years of experience fostering puppies, with the biggest litter being 5 pups and the youngest being 3 weeks. I love animals and enjoy having fun and playing with them at home, as well as walking them and going to the dog park so they can socialize and run and play with other dogs. I have administered meds both orally and by injection to both dogs and cats. I've also had a cat once that I nursed, because he was about a week old when I got him and kept him. I currently have a full time job, usually working 8-9 hours a day 4 days a week, but my partner is available to be here on days I'm at work while I transition to dog sitting full time. I have a fenced yard and a dog at home that's sweet and gets along well with other dogs. I have plenty of room to run around and play inside also. My pup has lots of toys and is good about sharing them. She's not food aggressive. We enjoy going for walks and do our best to go to the dog park every day for extra exercise and socializing. As a former puggle owner, I took care of my little Snuggles all the way through her senior years until she was 13+, so I have experience and can care for dogs at every life stage, including daily care and routine, bathing, training, administering medicine when needed, and handling their specific needs as they get older. I recently had to put my own puggle down, and while I still miss her, I have been enjoying puppy kisses from the dogs I watch, and I love sharing that same attentive care with other pups who need a cozy and reliable place to stay. My setup includes comfortable dog beds, a kennel for secure rest if needed, doggy bowls for fresh water and meals, and soft blankets for cozy napping. If your dog needs someone who’s home constantly and would do walks on a nice day, let’s do a meet & greet! I work from home most days, so I’m available all day for the pups, extra potty breaks, daytime and evening walks, play, and companionship. Once every two weeks, I may be out for a few hours at the office. I’ll coordinate ahead of time, give updates, and make sure your dog is settled. On Saturdays, I’m less flexible for check-in and check-out due to volunteer work (away for half the day). I usually let dogs roam free in the condo. They can follow me everywhere if they want, which most enjoy for that constant company. I can crate your dog if needed (for naps, meals, or if they’re more comfortable that way).

About: Our family said goodbye to our 16 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Lou, and we are ready to open our home to our neighbor's pups for love and attention while you're away! Britt grew up with lots of dogs (and cats), and the whole family has experience caring for animals at all ages. Both Britt and Mike work from home full time, and are able to care for pets throughout the day and night. Our three children are in school and preschool in the neighborhood during the week, giving us several opportunities to go on daily walks. We have a large, fenced in backyard for dogs and our children to share. We do not require dogs to be crated at night or when we are away for short amounts of time. We do have a medium crate if their normal routine includes crating during short times alone at home. Our children are used to being around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful of space.
About: I’ve taken care of many different pets my whole life, I grew up with many different pets in my family. I currently have a well trained pet of my own, my friends and family come to me when they are in need of a sitter. I recently had to say goodbye to my 12.5 year old GSD mix, Gabby. Gabby was my soul dog, and I cared for her like she was my child. “My dog received a minor injury on a walk with Kendall. It was 100% an accident that wasn't preventable and WAS NOT caused by any negligence or action on Kendall's part. Kendall called me right away. I couldn't answer because I was driving, so she left a detailed message and also sent me a text message. She sent me pictures and stayed with my dog until she calmed down. She also promptly contacted Rover to document the incident. The next day she texted to check how my dog was doing. I really appreciate how she handled the situation. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I work full-time M-F but have a flexible schedule, especially on Mondays, Fridays, and throughout the weekend. I’m happy to accommodate walks, drop-ins, or sitting during these times, and I’m often able to adjust my availability as needed. Please feel free to reach out for my exact hours — I’m flexible with both time and location and always happy to discuss what works best for you and your pet. When caring for pets in your home, I’m always respectful of your space and follow your care instructions closely. I stick to your pet’s usual routine as much as possible—feeding, walks, playtime, or medication—so they feel comfortable and at ease. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure and keep a close eye on your pet’s comfort and safety. I also send updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.
