About: Oh my gosh, where to even begin... :) I started and built, Girl Meets Dog Pet Care Services - Chicago, from 2000, through 2018 (I’m relatively new to doing this in the Rover route, so most of my reviews are posted on other sites), when I became too ill with Lyme Disease, and needed to move back to my hometown to be closer to my family until I became well enough to get back on my feet. Now, I have little home in Spicer, MN, with a big deck and a fenced in yard. I work from home (fashion reseller) so it's me and my big sweet Ni'ta Girl, a 9 year old 100 lbs. of Great Pyrenees sweetness), little Henry (dog loving little 4 year old Bichon-Shih Tzu), hanging around here all the time, so we've decided it's time some other sweet kids get to come soak up this perfect dog loving life with us! I so miss having a house filled with 'nieces and nephews' for me to dote on and spoil rotten, so, if your kid deserves to be treated like like true children (or even better than that, in my book ;)), then this is where they belong. I had clients that called it 'going to camp' when they were coming to stay with us (it's just me, and my fur kids here. Note: due to Nita’s senior age, we don’t take any ‘high energy’ doggos at this time, but all others are welcome!). Since I work from home, I am home with my dogs and kitty 95% of the time, so I am able to provide all the love and company to visitor kids they could possibly want. About: Already when I was 10 years old I had my first foster dog in the neighborhood . The owner went to work all day and so I went after school to her house and picked up Anuschka to go for a walk. About: Since day one, I have always had a dog in my life. A cat in my adult years and a few other critters throughout the years. They are all family! So feedings, playtime, bathroom breaks, etc is not an issue for me. We have 5 acres of unfenced land to run around in. I also have a very large fenced Garden the dogs are allowed to roam in for off leash fun, as well as a sizeable wrap around deck to chill on and soak up the sun. We are outdoor people, so are our dog(s), so if it’s nice, you will find us out and about. With our training they do well to stay within our property and listen well if running around the yard. Communicate if your dog(s) need to be leashed (also have a leash line setup between trees to enjoy the outdoors as well). I would hope in any environment that your pets are trained and do well in the space provided or within, please communicate any special concerns, etc. I do have experience with “shock” collars for more so the ‘tone’ button, as we have wildlife and woods surrounding our house, we use this to protect our dogs from our surroundings periodically throughout the year. So I am comfortable using this method to ensure your pups stay safe.

About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. We take daily walks when the weather is good. We have a large dog crate if your dog needs. Our yard is fenced in and dogs wouldn’t usually be home alone for more than a few hours.

From milking cows to raising chickens and pigs, and always having a dog and numerous cats around, animals were at the heart of my daily routine. Those early experiences taught me responsibility, consistency, and the importance of attentive, compassionate care. Today, my husband and I run a small hobby farm of our own, where we care for horses, chickens, our beloved dog Luna, and many kitties. Animal care continues to be a central part of my life and is something I truly enjoy. I have also completed additional training and worked extensively with my own horses and dogs. Having been around animals my entire life, I have experience providing a wide range of care, including assisting with livestock deliveries (calves and swine), administering medications, and caring for animals with medical needs, including those associated with aging. I also frequently care for the pets and farm animals of friends and neighbors. I can't help but develop a special bond with each animal I care for. Working with animals is one of my deepest passions. I love to travel and explore the world whenever I can. Through my own experiences, I’ve learned how challenging it can be to find someone who is not only trustworthy, but also experienced and comfortable caring for both household pets and larger farm animals. Having peace of mind while you’re away is invaluable. My goal is simple: to give you the confidence to travel, work, or attend life’s events without worry, knowing your animals are safe, well cared for, and treated like family. I look forward to serving our community and building trusting relationships with both you and your animals! Currently, I am home full-time and available 24/7 from June through August, which allows for a very flexible schedule. I return to my full-time position during the last week of August. At that time, my availability will vary, with weekends generally offering the most flexibility. From September through June, my regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. I am committed to working with pet owners to accommodate their needs as best as possible and will do my utmost to ensure your pets receive the care, attention, and consistency they deserve. My pets are part of my family, and I provide them with the highest level of care, love, and attention possible. Their well-being is one of my top priorities. When caring for someone else's pets, I treat them as if they were my own because I understand how much our animals mean to us. I also recognize how important we are to our pets and that being separated from their owners can sometimes be stressful for them. My goal is to provide the comfort, care, and attention they need while maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible. I make every effort to follow all instructions and preferences provided by pet owners to ensure their pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they are away.
About: Hello! My name is Autumn and I have tons of experience with many breeds and species! I grew up on hobby farm taking care of pigs, chickens, pheasants, etc. I have also cared for all of our family pets growing up. I currently live with my German Shorthair Pointer mix, Eddie and my Mini Dachshund Skippy! My boyfriend and I have 2 Quarter Horses names Steve and Skeeter. I am a huge animal lover and would love to help love your pet as well! I am a currently a full time health care worker at the hospital so I work weird hours and often am available at various times. I recently moved to the area! I have a big yard surrounded woods! Dogs will be leashed at all times!
