“I took a "mini" vacation to Florida a couple weeks ago. My Havenees Poodle mix "Jackson" bonded with Judy immediately. All he wanted to do was be around her & beg for attention & belly scratches. Judy followed the meal plan & even took him to Mcdonalds (at my request) so he could have some French ? Fries! He LOVES their fries! Judy would send a picture of Jackson each day & I really enjoyed seeing his smiling face. Judy also has a big back yard for "doggie exercise" There were no issues or concerns whatsoever. When I came back from my vacation, my Jackson was in good health & was wagging his tail. Judy is great. I will definitely ? use her in the future. One word of warning...her schedule fills up FAST! I currently have a sweet Yorkie Poo and a gentle Newfoundland, and I truly believe every dog has their own personality, needs, and little quirks that make them special. “Neha was absolutely amazing! I had just moved to a new neighborhood and was looking for someone to give my miniature golden retriever, Leia, dinner, a walk, and some extra belly rubs. Unfortunately, I forgot to update my address in the Rover app, so Neha ended up driving all the way to my old house across the Twin Cities. When she arrived, she noticed that the house didn’t match the photos and instructions I had provided and kindly reached out to me. I was out of town and didn’t see her message for over 30 minutes. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am home most of the day already with my dog -unless having to run errands. The same holds true if I am watching your pet. I will be around the house with your pet all day! I have a 2 floor home, fenced back yard, small shallow koi pond, doggy door, and gates at the top of the stairs for pets.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life, and they have always been a big part of my family. I currently have a sweet Yorkie Poo and a gentle Newfoundland, and I truly believe every dog has their own personality, needs, and little quirks that make them special. I have over 5 years of professional dog grooming experience, which has taught me so much about dog behavior, body language, handling, and how to make dogs feel comfortable and safe. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors in all sizes. I also have experience with dogs who need extra patience and care, including dogs recovering from procedures and blind dogs. Besides walks, daycare, and boarding, I can also offer basic maintenance care, such as brushing, baths, nail trimming and grinding, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing, feet - paw and face trimming. I love going on long walks (usually two one-hour walks a day with my own dogs), and I’d love to give your pup the same attention, exercise, and care while you’re away. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, loved, and cared for like they’re part of the family. Our day includes two long walks, usually around 8:30 AM and 5 PM to avoid peak heat. We enjoy walks, park visits, playtime, cuddles and enrichment activities throughout the day. I provide a safe, calm home environment with supervision throughout the day. I’m home most of the time, offer structured walks and playtime, and have crates available if dogs need quiet time or separation. While I don’t have a fenced yard, dogs receive plenty of outdoor exercise through secure walks and nearby park visits. I also have experience handling different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities.
About: Growing up with an aunt that is a veterinarian meant interacting with many animals and many different species. I’ve cared for small and large animals ranging from rats to horses. Earning an animal’s trust is one of the most rewarding experiences to me. I have full availability throughout the work week and am available most weekends! The weekends I’m not available will be marked on my calendar. I can be flexible to match any needs you or you pet(s) may need! I understand all animals are different and can’t all be treated the same. I try my best to meet animals where they are at. For example, I give shy animals more space and move slower so as to not spook them. I am more than willing to hang out for a while with your fur baby to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and being well cared for.
About: I currently do not have an animals , but I have 10 years of experience and treat any animal in my care as if they are my own I work full time as a nurse I am available once a week and every other weekend for full time care for your furry companion Fenced in yard , can offer potty breaks every hour , go for walks clean up dog poo etc , go for runs , give them a bath if needed
About: I am recently returned Peace Corps Panama volunteer with over a decade of experience with my own dogs, as well as caring for others’ dogs. I grew up with a Vizsla, and took a lead role in training her including obedience, agility, and retrieving. This also provided me with extensive experience with very high-energy, as well as anxious dogs. I have experience with all breeds- large, small, high energy, low energy, etc. I also have experience with older and sick dogs. Over a year ago, my childhood dog sadly passed from a serious form of bone cancer. Due to this, she was very fragile and we had to be very careful about helping her and making sure her days were pain-free. I also have experience with temporarily ill dogs. I also have my own dog that I have had since a puppy who I got in Panama. Lastly, my family has recently fostered some dogs, which provided me with experience with nervous and unsocialized dogs. I am currently on a month-long leave before starting a new role with the Peace Corps, and have complete my open availability. I am very flexible, and will make sure your pup receives the love and attention that they deserve! I continuously research dog behavior and training techniques, so I will cater to each individual dog’s needs. I practice positive reinforcement techniques for training and correction. I have experience caring for dogs with a range of medical and mobility needs, so each dog's care plan will be specialized based on what you, the owner, want.
