“We feel incredibly lucky to have found Donald for our 2 dogs Moxie & Gracie .. they stayed with him for 9 days straight due to us listing our house and going on a vacation at the same time.. if we weren’t stressed out enough we were now going to leave them with a stranger for 9 days .. oh my, this was the least stressful part of everything going on .. Donald communicated daily with updates/ pics and videos about each dog / we could tune into his ring cam to see them playing outside.. they visible were so happy playing with him and the other dogs - he allows them to choose where they want to sleep and lounge .. we picked them up today and they have been sleeping most of the day! About: I've had pets all my life and am currently a dog Mom to two well behaved, super friendly adult dogs. Your dogs will have plenty of space to roam and play in our large, fenced in backyard. I am currently a full-time stay at home Mom. My schedule is very flexible and am able to make appointments as early as one day ahead of time. We have a large, fenced in backyard for your fur babies to roam and play. Plenty of pet beds for them to sleep, or in a kennel if your prefer (must drop off own kennel).

About: We have had our own dog for 7 years and have taken care of other family members dogs while they are away! We love have another pet in the home that we can interact with by playing fetch, going for walks, belly rubs, snuggles, and extra treat giving. Our beagle loves playing with other dogs as well! In the summer I am off so I am home daily. During the school year, I am at work Monday through Friday 7-4 and home on the weekends. We don’t have a fenced in backyard, but have an invisible fence for our dog. When watching other dogs we make sure we are outside with them so they don’t run off. When gone, we gate our dog in the kitchen area that has her bed along with food and water. Don’t need to be crate trained.

About: When I was around 5 years old, apparently I would find pictures in books or on my mom’s desktop of cats and would BEG my parents for a cat. All I did all day was look at pictures of cats, but then my dad brought home Rambo. He is my 13 year old baby who I have absolutely adored ever since I first saw him. I’ve been a cat person all my life. Since I was little, the first thing I would do at someone’s house I hadn’t been to before was to ask if there were any cats around—I haven’t changed… I feel like I can get cats to like me, even if their owner says they’re mean, I don’t believe in that. I think that like any living being, trust needs to be earned, and for some of these beings it just takes a bit longer to learn how to warm up to others. At night, your pet is welcome to sleep wherever they find it most comfortable. We have had personal pet ownership experience with blindness, deafness, and separation anxiety in dogs. In addition to our own pets, we have also opened our home to foster dogs for several years, specializing and dog reactive dogs, as well as hospice/end of life care. My career consists of over a decade of hospital-based pharmacy experience, and I am now fortunate to currently work from home. With my career and volunteer dog hospice foster experience, I am comfortable and knowledgeable in administering any oral, subcutaneous, and IM medications. - We provide care to one outside family at a time to ensure a stress-free experience for everyone. I do allow exemptions for multifamily households. - Your pet will have an adult with them for at least 20/24 hours per day. Most updates are sent with morning breakfast, midafternoon rest, and before bedtime. You are also encouraged and welcome to reach out anytime outside of that. - If your pet does require a crate at any point, please ensure one accompanies them to drop off. We are a home-based boarding experience and do not have commercial kennel runs. - If your pet has been excused/banned from a commercial boarding facility, I do require a no-cost meet and greet for introductions before confirming the booking. It is my priority to ensure your pet feels safe, and I am confident in their needs before confirming commitment. - Privately insured for household companionship pets, which covers both care during boarding and any agreed-upon transportation. We spent the whole day together and I always brought her home when the owner was back from work. For all trips beyond that I charge 50 cents per mile. About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. How long your pets can be left alone (if at all) is up to you! I’m great at following orders, especially written instructions; please tell me how you usually handle your pets so I can keep it consistent for them! I like to go for walks, and like it even more if I have company. I also always enjoy a good snuggle.
About: Oh my gosh, where to even begin... :) I started and built, Girl Meets Dog Pet Care Services - Chicago, from 2000, through 2018 (I’m relatively new to doing this in the Rover route, so most of my reviews are posted on other sites), when I became too ill with Lyme Disease, and needed to move back to my hometown to be closer to my family until I became well enough to get back on my feet. Now, I have little home in Spicer, MN, with a big deck and a fenced in yard. I work from home (fashion reseller) so it's me and my big sweet Ni'ta Girl, a 9 year old 100 lbs. of Great Pyrenees sweetness), little Henry (dog loving little 4 year old Bichon-Shih Tzu), hanging around here all the time, so we've decided it's time some other sweet kids get to come soak up this perfect dog loving life with us! I so miss having a house filled with 'nieces and nephews' for me to dote on and spoil rotten, so, if your kid deserves to be treated like like true children (or even better than that, in my book ;)), then this is where they belong. I had clients that called it 'going to camp' when they were coming to stay with us (it's just me, and my fur kids here. Note: due to Nita’s senior age, we don’t take any ‘high energy’ doggos at this time, but all others are welcome!). Since I work from home, I am home with my dogs and kitty 95% of the time, so I am able to provide all the love and company to visitor kids they could possibly want. I do daily walks and have a fenced in yard. They own the place. I just live here and dote on them, basically. :) I am almost always here (at most I'm gone for a 4 hour stretch 2-3 times a week).

I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

I was recently laid off from my job so I have nothing to do but care for any and all pets 24/7 because I have disabled cats that need help every day. I have a nice big yard for the dogs to run/play and such. As for cats I have a poarch area that is enclosed so if they dont get along with other cats they will have their own space away to be as comfortable as they can be.
About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. We take daily walks when the weather is good. We have a large dog crate if your dog needs. Our yard is fenced in and dogs wouldn’t usually be home alone for more than a few hours.

About: I've had pets all my life and am currently a dog Mom to two well behaved, super friendly adult dogs. Your dogs will have plenty of space to roam and play in our large, fenced in backyard. I am currently a full-time stay at home Mom. My schedule is very flexible and am able to make appointments as early as one day ahead of time. We have a large, fenced in backyard for your fur babies to roam and play. Plenty of pet beds for them to sleep, or in a kennel if your prefer (must drop off own kennel).

About: We have had our own dog for 7 years and have taken care of other family members dogs while they are away! We love have another pet in the home that we can interact with by playing fetch, going for walks, belly rubs, snuggles, and extra treat giving. Our beagle loves playing with other dogs as well! In the summer I am off so I am home daily. During the school year, I am at work Monday through Friday 7-4 and home on the weekends. We don’t have a fenced in backyard, but have an invisible fence for our dog. When watching other dogs we make sure we are outside with them so they don’t run off. When gone, we gate our dog in the kitchen area that has her bed along with food and water. Don’t need to be crate trained.
