From milking cows to raising chickens and pigs, and always having a dog and numerous cats around, animals were at the heart of my daily routine. About: I've had pets all my life and am currently a dog Mom to two well behaved, super friendly adult dogs. Your dogs will have plenty of space to roam and play in our large, fenced in backyard. I am currently a full-time stay at home Mom. My schedule is very flexible and am able to make appointments as early as one day ahead of time. We have a large, fenced in backyard for your fur babies to roam and play. Plenty of pet beds for them to sleep, or in a kennel if your prefer (must drop off own kennel).

About: I’ve always had a love for animals, so much so that I turned it into a career. I’ve been a vet tech for about 15 years and have been caring for animals the majority of my life. I can administer medications if your pet has been prescribed any. And if anything seems out of the ordinary I will notify you right away. The care and wellbeing of your pet is my priority. I am currently working full time during the week with every other Friday off. The weekends, and every other Friday I am at home and we can arrange a time for pick up and drop off that works for you. When playing outside your pet will we supervised closely and will not be left outside alone. We do have a fence on the back side of our yard. And we live in a cul-de-sac, so no need to worry about being on a busy road.
About: We have had our own dog for 7 years and have taken care of other family members dogs while they are away! We love have another pet in the home that we can interact with by playing fetch, going for walks, belly rubs, snuggles, and extra treat giving. Our beagle loves playing with other dogs as well! In the summer I am off so I am home daily. During the school year, I am at work Monday through Friday 7-4 and home on the weekends. We don’t have a fenced in backyard, but have an invisible fence for our dog. When watching other dogs we make sure we are outside with them so they don’t run off. When gone, we gate our dog in the kitchen area that has her bed along with food and water. Don’t need to be crate trained.

About: Avid animal lovers, both fur and feathered alike! We are a family of four humans- mom and three children, with several outdoor feathered friends. We are an active household that enjoys many days outside, but also equally loves cuddling up on the couch for a movie night. At night, your pet is welcome to sleep wherever they find it most comfortable. We have had personal pet ownership experience with blindness, deafness, and separation anxiety in dogs. In addition to our own pets, we have also opened our home to foster dogs for several years, specializing and dog reactive dogs, as well as hospice/end of life care. My career consists of over a decade of hospital-based pharmacy experience, and I am now fortunate to currently work from home. With my career and volunteer dog hospice foster experience, I am comfortable and knowledgeable in administering any oral, subcutaneous, and IM medications. - We provide care to one outside family at a time to ensure a stress-free experience for everyone. I do allow exemptions for multifamily households. - Your pet will have an adult with them for at least 20/24 hours per day. Most updates are sent with morning breakfast, midafternoon rest, and before bedtime. You are also encouraged and welcome to reach out anytime outside of that. - If your pet does require a crate at any point, please ensure one accompanies them to drop off. We are a home-based boarding experience and do not have commercial kennel runs. - If your pet has been excused/banned from a commercial boarding facility, I do require a no-cost meet and greet for introductions before confirming the booking. It is my priority to ensure your pet feels safe, and I am confident in their needs before confirming commitment. - Privately insured for household companionship pets, which covers both care during boarding and any agreed-upon transportation. At this time, my employer allows me to set my own hours, meaning I can easily adapt to your pet's schedule and any medical needs. Any pets boarded in our home can expect to have a human home a minimum of 20 out of the 24 hours in a day. We welcome your pets to rest and sleep wherever they are most comfortable- couch, pet bed, human bed, etc. If you request or your pet requires kenneling at any time, please ensure a kennel accompanies them to drop off. Our home is carpet-free (stress-free!), and we understand accidents happen. Please inform me if your pet is working on potty training, and we can reduce the number of rooms initially accessible. Our acreage is unfenced, and dogs have access to the backyard of the property. If your dog is not off-leash trained, we provide a pulley tie-out to allow them a greater range of access. About: Oh my gosh, where to even begin... :) I started and built, Girl Meets Dog Pet Care Services - Chicago, from 2000, through 2018 (I’m relatively new to doing this in the Rover route, so most of my reviews are posted on other sites), when I became too ill with Lyme Disease, and needed to move back to my hometown to be closer to my family until I became well enough to get back on my feet. Now, I have little home in Spicer, MN, with a big deck and a fenced in yard. I work from home (fashion reseller) so it's me and my big sweet Ni'ta Girl, a 9 year old 100 lbs. of Great Pyrenees sweetness), little Henry (dog loving little 4 year old Bichon-Shih Tzu), hanging around here all the time, so we've decided it's time some other sweet kids get to come soak up this perfect dog loving life with us! I so miss having a house filled with 'nieces and nephews' for me to dote on and spoil rotten, so, if your kid deserves to be treated like like true children (or even better than that, in my book ;)), then this is where they belong. I had clients that called it 'going to camp' when they were coming to stay with us (it's just me, and my fur kids here. Note: due to Nita’s senior age, we don’t take any ‘high energy’ doggos at this time, but all others are welcome!). Since I work from home, I am home with my dogs and kitty 95% of the time, so I am able to provide all the love and company to visitor kids they could possibly want. I do daily walks and have a fenced in yard. They own the place. I just live here and dote on them, basically. :) I am almost always here (at most I'm gone for a 4 hour stretch 2-3 times a week).

About: I have fostered both dogs and cats in the past. From childhood to the present day, a home is not complete without some form of animal companion. I tend to be an early riser and am very flexible. Cleaning up after myself as well as your pets is my specialty. I enjoy camping and antiquing when there’s no critters to hang out with. I am familiar with many types of leash and collar. I prefer to keep a dog heeled on most of the walk, letting them run and play when it’s appropriate to do so. If you have a preferred method of control I’m happy to accommodate. I’m comfortable giving meds and have experience with all kinds of feeding. When sitting, I’d love to water your plants and get the mail-any little extras that you need. I often take my dad shopping or to doctor’s appointments, and set my own schedule with my other jobs. How long your pets can be left alone (if at all) is up to you! I’m great at following orders, especially written instructions; please tell me how you usually handle your pets so I can keep it consistent for them! I like to go for walks, and like it even more if I have company. I also always enjoy a good snuggle.

I currently not taking in-house boarding due to having a foster dog at the moment, can do doggy daycare. * due to having 4 dogs of my own; I do NOT take non-social dogs. I work part time (some full time some weeks) so I am usually available. I am an active person at home playing with my own dogs, my dogs love having friends over. I am not taking in-house boarding appointments due to currently having a foster dog. Dogs have a nice fenced in yard! We pick up poop daily, and there are cameras inside and outside of the house. Whether it be a tiny chihuahua to a sizeable Bullmastiff, a cat, birds including chickens, reptiles, fish, even small furry friends like rabbits or ferrets. I've personally trained my dog to follow voiceless hand signal commands and he is also special needs, so caring for a senior or special needs animal is a breeze for me! I've even provided end of life care for my grandmother's cat, which included administering fluids via injection, so don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Not to mention that I have experience raising young kittens and squirrels at milk drinking ages! I am available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday and overnights on Fridays and Saturdays. Whether it be for a walk, potty break, comfort while you're away, socializing and training your puppy basic commands (and maybe a few tricks), or even just taking your furry friend out for a pup cup and to a sniff spot, I'm the gal for you. I will even provide litter or doggy doo doo cleanup for an additional price. Your pet will always be safe and loved in my hands. I am currently in between jobs, and my kiddos go to daycare from 7am-5pm M-F, so I am available to help between those times, or overnights at your house on Fridays and Saturdays. I could be purr-suaded to do extended overnight stays at my house if your feline is cat, dog, and young child friendly. If I am caring in my home, I have 3 cats-all fixed- a special needs male dog who is NOT fixed due to medical reasons, and two kids under the age of 5. If you choose to keep your pet at my home, they need to be able to get along with them or be kept in a separate room. If you have a female dog, they would need to be fixed with proof of spay. My special needs dog has no business procreating! I have a large home and a decent sized yard with a tie-out cable so that your pet can explore my whole backyard safely without fear of taking off. I also have a screened in porch that I often let the cats roam in during the nicer months. I have a Honda CR-V, so I can keep decently large dogs in the car as well for transport or in case of emergency. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will cuddle, play, exercise, and feed & water them to their hearts content. I will ask however for an extra fee to pick up any dog poo or clean litter boxes.

About: I’ve had big and small dogs all my life. I’ve watched puppies and have done senior care. All dogs are different and i’m well adaptable. I work part time and get off at 2 at the latest. I’m off mondays, wednesday, and weekends all day! Just let me know when! I always listen to the owner first! I’m very patient with other dogs and their safety always comes first. I always watch the dogs signs.
About: I have walked, cleaned kennels, bathed my parents dog after he rolled in... well, 'something'... but he was very stinky and now clean and much better smelling! Have plenty of experience with kittens and cats! As well as animals with disabilities. I was recently laid off from my job so I have nothing to do but care for any and all pets 24/7 because I have disabled cats that need help every day. I have a nice big yard for the dogs to run/play and such. As for cats I have a poarch area that is enclosed so if they dont get along with other cats they will have their own space away to be as comfortable as they can be.
About: I can provide a safe quiet home for your pet to visit when you’re away. I work from home and spend the days with our almost 8 year old boxer mix, Aggie. We love taking walks to the park near our home and we have a small fenced in back yard with a privacy fence. Aggie gets along with almost every dog and will sometimes play. She can be pretty vocal when she plays but is otherwise super quiet. She’s a great role model for younger dogs :) I work from home so I am usually home with the pets for most of the day. We take daily walks when the weather is good. We have a large dog crate if your dog needs. Our yard is fenced in and dogs wouldn’t usually be home alone for more than a few hours.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I grew up on a large animal farm where we had bison for 20 years. I went to college at msu Mankato for animal science. In 2016 I started working at a boarding kennel and ever since I have found my life passion of working with dogs and cats. I have 4 dogs of my own on a hobby farm. About: I've had pets all my life and am currently a dog Mom to two well behaved, super friendly adult dogs. Your dogs will have plenty of space to roam and play in our large, fenced in backyard. I am currently a full-time stay at home Mom. My schedule is very flexible and am able to make appointments as early as one day ahead of time. We have a large, fenced in backyard for your fur babies to roam and play. Plenty of pet beds for them to sleep, or in a kennel if your prefer (must drop off own kennel).

About: I’ve always had a love for animals, so much so that I turned it into a career. I’ve been a vet tech for about 15 years and have been caring for animals the majority of my life. I can administer medications if your pet has been prescribed any. And if anything seems out of the ordinary I will notify you right away. The care and wellbeing of your pet is my priority. I am currently working full time during the week with every other Friday off. The weekends, and every other Friday I am at home and we can arrange a time for pick up and drop off that works for you. When playing outside your pet will we supervised closely and will not be left outside alone. We do have a fence on the back side of our yard. And we live in a cul-de-sac, so no need to worry about being on a busy road.
About: We have had our own dog for 7 years and have taken care of other family members dogs while they are away! We love have another pet in the home that we can interact with by playing fetch, going for walks, belly rubs, snuggles, and extra treat giving. Our beagle loves playing with other dogs as well! In the summer I am off so I am home daily. During the school year, I am at work Monday through Friday 7-4 and home on the weekends. We don’t have a fenced in backyard, but have an invisible fence for our dog. When watching other dogs we make sure we are outside with them so they don’t run off. When gone, we gate our dog in the kitchen area that has her bed along with food and water. Don’t need to be crate trained.
