About: I’ve pet sit for a long time! I often take care of a few dogs in my neighborhood and my next door neighbors cat. About: Relocated here from Iowa. Enjoy working with different dogs. Pet lover. I completed 6 months of Veterinarian Assistant classes online. Life happened and I had to take a pause. But I am thinking about going back and finish obtaining my associates degree in the field. They will be let out separately as well. We don’t have a fenced in yard but we have a decent sized yard and your dogs will be leashes outside at all times.

About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I am educated on animal CPR and heimlich. I'm happiest when I'm spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than one large dog or 2 small dogs at a time but someday I will! About: Hi! My name is Ava. I am a lifelong animal lover who has been caring for animals since I was 13 years old. I have previous experience in working at a dog boarding/daycare facility, so i’m comfortable with animals of all ages, size, personality, demeanor, and energy levels— Yes, that includes your shy, grumpy pup or your high-energy goofball! My experience includes monitoring behavior, administering medications, exercise, enrichment activities, basic grooming and bathing services, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for your loved one. I am very passionate about animals and am currently working towards a career in dog training and rehabilitation. Each animal I meet is an opportunity to learn and grow. I foster an honest, thorough, detailed communication style. As a pet owner, you deserve to know what’s going on with your pet while you’re away. I love to leave little report cards and send you silly pictures to let you know what’s they’ve been up to! Whether your pet needs a winter walk, some playtime, a little extra patience, to just be checked in on, or a cozy buddy to hangout with— I’ve got you covered. I look forward to meeting your sweet furry friends! I am available most days of the week, but sometimes am gone to visit family in the cities. This will be reflected in my availability and if there are conflicts with scheduling due to me not being home, I make sure to let you know before you book. :) Bringing a random stranger into your home can be anxiety producing, as I have had to do the same thing with my dog. I want to give you as much information about me as possible to mitigate some of that anxiety! I am an open book, and will make sure to continue my communication with you about your pet while you’re gone. As in terms of your pets safety, this is my number one priority—and i’m assuming you’ve heard that from everyone. But with my experience with being a PCA, keeping a yard full of 20+ dogs safe is not something you can negotiate. Animal behavior and body language has always been fascinating to me- which means I am constantly monitoring how your dog is feeling based on how they are presenting to me. I work with your dog to meet their energy and activity needs, as this is also important to their/my safety. If your dog is more active, I love to take them out for walks or take them to a secluded park to get some of that out! ;) In terms of home safety, I request that you just give me detailed information on how to lock things up (doors, rooms, garage, fences, cabinets) so I make sure to keep your animal where they should be, and have access to things they are allowed to. If you ever have any questions about anything, PLEASE ask. There are never too many questions when it comes to making sure your loved one will be safe and properly taken care of.

At this time I do prefer to watch pets in their own home where they are familiar with their surroundings. I will board pets at my home, but I do live on a fairly busy highway with an unfenced yard. If you wish for me to watch your pet in my home, I do ask that they are very well trained off leash or are content being on a long leash outside. I ask this for your pets safety & would absolutely hate for something to happen. When watching pets in my home, my husband comes home every day for lunch during the week and can accommodate play time & bathroom breaks.
About: I have experience caring for my family’s dogs as well as my boyfriend’s dog while their owners are out of town. I ensure they are taken outside for bathroom breaks before coming inside, maintain a consistent feeding schedule, and always make sure they have fresh food and water. I also enjoy working with dogs on basic training and have successfully taught my own dog commands such as “sit” and “shake.” I’m currently working full time at a daycare in Byron MN. I’m free anytime after 5pm-9pm on most weeknights and I’m available anytime on the weekends! I care for pets like they’re my own. I make sure pets are well feed and have water. I make sure to keep an eye on them well outside.
About: I have cared for many dogs over the years. I love taking our Mokes to meet other dogs and exercise areas to meet new pups! I am also comfortable administering medications, and have been a nurse for many years. I love taking our dog everywhere I go and your dog would be treated, just like my own! Throwing a ball and long walks are what every dog loves, so let me help you with your busy schedule! I’m currently working full time during the day, most weekdays. I am available evenings, on the weekends and most all holidays! I can be very flexible with last minute needs. I have one very friendly chocolate lab, that loves to have new playmates! I can also easily crate your pup, if that’s what you prefer. We love to take walks to the nearby park and play fetch. I also like to watch animals in their own environment if that is where they are most comfortable!
About: I’ve raised my two adopted puppies and created a safe home for both of them. All the vet visits and training and spending time together on walks helped me learn a lot about them and allowed me to show them that humans can be kind. They have their own personalities and needs. The dog treadmill keeps their stress and anxiety levels low. I groom and trim their claws. I’ve been training my dogs day to day and it never stops amusing me how smart they are. I am currently working part-time and spending time with dogs helps time go by. Weekends are always open. Obviously there are chores to take care of the house but there is always time to tend to the furry friends. I cared for my dogs when they were sick following vets instructions to give certain medications to my dogs. Adopting a dog always comes with challenges and we have overcome many of them. At home I have four rooms and two floors and a fenced backyard. I have three crates and one giant crate. I only use them if I need to run an errand or take care of myself away from the dogs. I try to ventilate the house an much as possible, frequently clean the house and make sure that my pets stay safe, healthy and happy.
About: I've had pets since I was five years old, and have taken care of dogs for the last six years. I absolutely adore dogs and cats, and miss being around them every day. Growing up, I cared for different pets in my neighborhood, and have been on Rover since 2020, working with pets of all shapes and sizes (but mostly dogs and cats). I have an extremely flexible schedule since I work in a hybrid capacity, and can be available as often as your pet requires me to be. I have availability every day of the week, as well as nights.
