“Jill is an amazing person! We left our two small dogs with her while we were gone to Europe for two weeks. Just after we left, Jill noticed one of them was not acting quite right. She got him to a vet asap, who reported our dog was near death from anemia. Jill then, at our request, got our dog to an animal hospital, where he remained for 10 days. When he recovered enough to be discharged, Jill fetched him from the hospital, brought him back to her home, and got him to the outpatient testing that he needed. She was in contact with us the entire time, was very empathetic and accommodating, went above and beyond her duties as a pet sitter, and frankly saved our dog's life. She also managed to care for and provide a great time for our other dog that remained with her during that time. Thank you so much Jill!”

About: I have a 10 year old black lab who has brought me years of happiness. Unfortunately, his activity is limited these days and I miss our long walks and trips to the lake. I've had cats and dogs my entire life (our family also includes 2 tuxedo cats) and enjoy their company and the hours of entertainment and love they give. I am retired from nursing but still have a desire to work and find this line of work to be very rewarding in many ways. Your pet will be loved and cared for in the same way mine are and I'm sure will bring me just as much joy. I am retired and can offer multiple days and times to care for your pet in a caring setting; no need to worry about them. My black lab, lives a pretty charmed life. He is an indoor dog with access to a large yard and an abundance of bones, toys and love to keep him happy. He likes his routine and I understand how important that can be for your pet. He is safely secured in our yard when outside and comfortable inside with his orthopedic beds, and he deserves it all. Our cats are indoor cats and tolerate other dogs well and also live a pretty charmed life.

About: I have never lived without a dog in my life, my family trains hunting dogs so I am very familiar with training and dog behaviors. I currently work two part time jobs, one more part time then the other but I'm available on weekends and wednesdays and weekdays after 3pm. I have one pup of my own who is very friendly and loves to make friends and a large unfenced yard, can crate if needed but the crate would need to be provided.

“Haylee is an absolute god send, I booked her for the AM feedings of my cat while I was way for work and when my PM feeding people canceled last minute she was more the happy to go over and take care of my cat, she sent me pictures and videos throughout the entire time she was with him. I couldn’t recommend someone more to take care of your fur babies ❤️❤️”

Photos posted on my profile are of all the furry friends that I love taking care of here on Rover, and also three of my own (Maui, Jax, & Von) 🥰 A little about me is — I love to be outdoors and staying active (especially with our fur-littles) when not behind a desk. I love to go hiking, kayaking, fishing, zip-lining and just about anything that gets me outside. I have many years of experience with house training and working with young/old pups and kittens of all breeds, also with deafness and blindness. I am also a nurse and animal-CPR certified with the American Red Cross. So, administering oral, optic and subcutaneous prescription medications, and/or chest compressions is all well within my comfort zone. I work a flexible day job where I am able to work from home most days of the week, Mon-Fri, 7-3:30. Mornings and afternoons/evenings work great for me, however, I am always willing to see what I can do. 😊 I will always allow the opportunity for a meet and greet, so your pets are most comfortable with me from day one! When it’s time for potty breaks, I’ll always ensure safety and the opportunity for exercise. Fresh water and litter are also a high priority of mine while in my care. I try to go above and beyond for their needs and safety!

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life! I started dog sitting for others when I was about 13 and have done it on and off since then. I work part time, so I have quite a bit of availability! I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! Monday - Thursday is completely open at the moment for dog walks or in home visits! My pup Rowdy is spoiled in the best way! We go for walks daily (usually at least 2 miles), we are outside the majority of the day and alot of playing of course!

About: I have a huge passion for dogs! I grew with dogs and cats in my household since I have been a child. My parents always had a dog and cats in their household. Currently have I three dogs of my own. I have German Shepherd, English Springer Spaniel, and a Chihuahua/Rat terrier mixed that was rescued from California. I work part time currently and I do have time to take care of other pets in my situation. This is a passion of mine! Willing to work week days and weekends! I don’t have fenced in your yard at this time. Your pet will be leashed when taking potty breaks or walks outside. I do have crate provided for your pet when sitting. I prefer pet sitting your horse and dog walking in your area where your house is located.
