I write music for a living so the times I’m away from home will be for premieres and other things but I’ll update my availability to reflect my summer travel (which isn’t a lot). I can administer medications, I will take them on frequent walks, feed them on their schedule, and have plenty of play time. I have a loving and sweet fur baby named Blossom who is a toy poodle/ bichon frise mix. She is comfortable around dogs and cats and if anything is a little shy. She’s not crate trained so I’d allow your pet to roam freely through the house. Anything I do for Blossom is what I’d do for your baby unless you tell me otherwise, and she’s treated like a princess! I know visits away from home can be a little stressful for your fur baby, but rest assured I can handle any situation and make sure your baby feels at home. Expect many pictures and videos! I live a little bit outside of Ann Arbor but getting to me from Ann Arbor would be a short drive. My neighborhood is very dog friendly so it will be no problem! I care for my pet A LOT throughout the day, so walks, feeding, play time, anything is completely a part of my daily routine. I take Blossom on walks numerous times a day so if you have a pet that isn’t house trained yet, I think having her around will be helpful for them to learn how. If in my home, everything is already safe for pets to be there. I don’t have any carpet so I’m not concerned about pet messes, I can clean them up easily. About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.

I would walk my dogs for 20 minutes. If the weather was bad I would walk the pet and play with them inside their home. I had 2-4 dogs a week. Frankie a big sniffer male dog and Ginger an older arthritic dog; they were my regulars. I would end every visit with petting and a treat. I really love my dogs. Every visits ends with a text to the owner including a cute photo and information on whether the dog peed and pooped. I love the flexibility. I enjoy getting outdoors and I love animals. We will only go on leashed walks and ensure any toys or “temptations” are put away before returning them home. Our dog stays out of his crate when we leave, but I will be sure to follow your instructions and care guidelines for your furry friend.

Added to that is we had to put her brother to sleep a month ago, so she's been dealing with some separation anxiety. Marija and her family clearly treated her as if she were their own. “Wow - Anna was an amazing sitter! We were a little nervous leaving our pup (Uki) with a new person, but right from the start, we knew she was in for a great experience. Even before we booked, Anne agreed to have my husband come to her house to allow Uki to get acclimated/make sure it was a good fit. My husband instantly felt at ease with Anne and had no concerns leaving Uki with her. During our vacation, Anne sent us daily photos and *the most adorable* daily status updates on how Uki was doing. She went out of her way to make Uki special treats, accommodate her dietary preferences, allowed her on her sofa, and took her on long walks, and showered her with attention. Honestly, I imagine Uki was a bit sad to leave! We are so grateful to Anne for her attention to our pup and would rebook with her in an instant/recommend her to all our friends. “Kayden did a terrific job with my 18 week old puppy. I'd been having significant behavioral problems with the pup and Kayden did very well with her and offered me guidance to help get the problems under control at home. Kayden was very responsive to my questions while I was out of town and sent photos as well. Kayden was extremely well organized in managing my dog's meet 'n greet and all the elements of her six day stay. I'd been worried about leaving a very young, not fully house-broken dog but she clearly had a great time. I'm not sure she wanted to return home! Kayden went above and beyond all my expectations.”
