My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. On the day I dropped him off, Remington had no issues with my leaving and as I drove away he and Jeremiah were off taking a walk. About: I've cared for both healthy cats and cats with underlying conditions. For 10 years I had a cat that was diabetic that I had to administer insulin to. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! We have a large fenced in backyard with lots of room to run and play, plus we love going on walks when we have dogs visiting us. We have two cats, Swiper and Bilbo, who are both familiar with dogs, and can be shy but very friendly. They also have their own hideaway which houses their food and litter that dogs do not have access to in case they need some time to themselves. My mom's dog, Juno, also visits us frequently, and she LOVES having playmates around and gets along with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I make sure to take swift action on any problems that may arise, and communicate frequently in detail. You can rest easy knowing I treat any critter in my care as if they were one of my own, and you will also receive picture updates every day, usually multiple times a day.

About: I volunteer at a shelter almost weekly, so I have tons of experience with different dog breeds and knowledge of administering pills and eye/ear drops! I work part-time currently, so I’m available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I can also check in on Saturday and Sunday depending on the time when I work! I have two lovely smaller dogs at home that are crate trained and they get walked daily and are taken to the dog park weekly.

Right now I'm more then willing to work with any schedule that helps benefit us both. I'm willing to make a drive if that's what's needed. I treat the pet and the owners stuff as if it's everything. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, doggy daycare, boarding and house sitting. Additionally, I have experience taking care of my parent's diabetic cat, when they went out of town, which included giving him insulin shots twice a day, so I am comfortable with some medical needs' animals. My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I know just how much I loved my dog and wanted to protect him and keep him happy & healthy as long as possible, and I promise to treat your pets the same. I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. “I was very pleased with my dog’s adventure. At our meet and greet Remington was very comfortable with Jeremiah. On the day I dropped him off, Remington had no issues with my leaving and as I drove away he and Jeremiah were off taking a walk. When I picked my dog up, he seemed very relaxed and appeared to have enjoyed his stay. Jeremiah is flexible with drop off and pick up times, which is so helpful when traveling.
