“Deans did an amazing of job of taking care of our pup. Thank you for keeping us updated along the way. Will definitely give her a call next time we need to go out of town. I think our boy was sad to have left Shaggy.”
“Caroline took such great care of my dogs. I like the fact that they were able to socialize with other dogs that matched their energy levels (chill) and temperament. I also very much appreciated that she would send videos throughout the day, and respond to my requests. You can tell she really loves dogs and that dog really love her back!”

“Holly was great with our dog Max. We had left Max with Holly for around 18 days. Max was comfortable and enjoyed his stay thoroughly at Holly’s place. Holly would send us daily pictures of Max assuring us that he is having a great time. I would highly recommend Holly & book her as a dog sitter for our dog Max when planning our next vacation.”

“Karen was simply amazing. She took wonderful care of our dog, Daisy. And we would absolutely have her watch Daisy again. Karen offered Daisy healthy treats throughout her stay (after making sure it was okay with us). She sent pictures and updates everyday. Daisy was often cozy, comfortable, and snuggled up. Overall, it was obvious to us that Karen is a real animal lover. We are so grateful to have found her.”

“We left OREO for 4 days and we couldn't be more thankful to Mina for her services. She kept us informed by sending pics twice daily. Mina even took care of OREO's medication. Everything was more than what we expected. Will definitely recommend and use her services without any doubt.”

“Matthew was great, he was very accommodating. Our dog had plenty of play time and attention: she went on walks and loved having a fenced in yard to explore. Matthew communicated well with us. He provided plenty of updates and pictures, which we really appreciated this having been our first time using someone for boarding!”

“They were so comforting and took amazing care of my dog, Mila. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in good hands. They kept me updated with pictures and messages, which meant a lot. I will absolutely use them again! Thank you Barbara and Dirk.🐾🐾”

“I am so grateful for Katie and Kristen for their amazing care of my Boston Terrier, Abby! I was going to a conference for two days and plans fell through for her, but Katie and Kristen were amazing and I was able to book with them for two nights. They sent photos and updates which I absolutely adored. Abby is totally pooped after having an amazing time with them and I wholeheartedly can say with certainy that you should book with them when they’re available. You can leave your beloved pet with them as they are in good hands. Thank you so much for all of your help and all of the updates. I am so grateful for you both! And Abby says thank you for taking care of me!”

“Andrew was a great choice to care for Toby. We went on a two-week international adventure, where cell reception would be spotty. It was good to know that Toby would be with very responsible sitters, given that we could not be in touch all the time. Thank you for peace of mind.”

“This was our first time using a pet sitter on Rover, and Christina made the experience wonderful! She was quick and easy to book on semi-short notice. Her communication was great, and she kept us updated throughout the week with pictures of our pup. We will definitely plan to use Christina for all our future pet sitting needs!”

“Teresa was amazing! She took great care of my little guy! I felt very comfortable and you can tell she loves the animals she sits for and treats them like her own pups! She sent me a bunch of pics while I was away which reassured me he was well taken care for! Would 100% book again!”

“Our experience with JoAnn was exceptional. We just added Moxie to our family and were very nervous about leaving him while we went on vacation. This was our first opportunity utilizing Rover. JoAnn was patient with us as we learned how to navigate the app. From our very first encounter, Moxie's meet-n-greet, JoAnn asked us all the necessary questions to assure she followed Moxie's home routine closely. Prior to taking on any other pets during Moxie's stay, JoAnn scheduled time for the pets to meet which validates her focus was on the health and well-being of both pets. One of our favorite parts of every day was the photos and messages JoAnn sent. He looked like he had an amazing time. Our family would 100% recommend JoAnn to care for your pet. We will definitely reach out again when traveling.”

“Shashank was great with Smokey, and his dog Chicoo (the same age as Smokey) was such a sweet and friendly companion! I received lots of pictures and updates, which made me feel very happy about choosing Shashank and Chicoo to care for Smokey while I was away.”

“Aisha was great. Very accommodating with my change in travel plans. She made the dogs super comfortable and was so kind enough to send pics of them during their stay. She’s a great communicator and responds very quickly to messages. I highly recommend her for your pet needs.”

“Anne took amazing care of my dog, Toski! She sent frequent updates with pictures and made sure Toski was entertained and well-loved. Will definitely be booking her services again!”

“Katie is an amazing dog sitter! From the very start, her care and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. She sent us so many lovely photos and thoughtful updates. Her communication was fantastic, and we truly felt our pup was in the best hands. We couldn’t recommend her more!”

“Michele was great with our dog, Boston! She sent pictures, played/walked with him, and met his needs really well. We would definitely have her watch Boston again!”

“Lyle always responds to my text! I had technical difficulties with the app for some reason it didn’t show the pictures he took And Lyle was patient and responded to all my questions! All is good and my parrots were talking care of as usual! Merci Lyle!”

“Amy P. is outstanding. She took excellent care of our cats and paid particular attention to the special needs of one of them. The reports / pictures she sent were so helpful. She’s very personable and goes above and beyond to do whatever she can to be helpful during her visits. We will look forward to having her come again! Highly recommend.”
“Theresa did everything to put our minds at ease when we left our cat Teddy in her care. We knew when she came by to feed and care for him. Theresa took pictures of Teddy playing and interacting with her. We would highly recommend Theresa if and when you need a pet sitter.”

“Emi-Lu was so great with my two cats! It’s comforting to have sometime to trust while out of town to take care of your babies and Emi-Lu was that for us! She fed them, played with them, and cleaned the litter box (who doesn’t like coming home to a clean litter box - honestly!!!). Will definitely rebook with her in the future!”
“We are so happy we discovered Abby through Rover! She stayed with our 18 year old kitty while we were away at a family reunion, and she did a wonderful job! Oliver is no easy-to-deal-with cat, as he requires medicine twice a day, eats only canned food, and also has a bottomless pit for attention. She was there for him, kept us updated, and we also found our home spotless upon our return. In addition, she kept our wild birds happy by keeping their feeders and baths full, along with watering our potted flowers. Over and above!”

“Arden was amazing for our senior/deaf kitty Gonzo. He warmed up to her on the first visit, then tried to hold her captive. He loves her and so do we! We will definitely use Arden for future trips.”

“Barb is a wonderful Pet Sitter. She took care of our two cats during our long vacation and sent daily updates with pictures and details on what was going on. She truly seems to care about the animals she watches and I greatly appreciated the regular insights. I highly recommend her.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Kristi and Jason! They were able to accommodate our last minute request and went above and beyond to make sure our high energy dog got plenty of attention, exercise, and care. Communication was excellent throughout our time away, we received updates and always felt confident that our dog was in great hands. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 10 years old. Family, friends and eve Neighbors have relied on me to take care of their furry friends whenever they are in need. Not only do I have two cats of my own but I will care for yours as if they are my own too.

About: I’ve been doing drop in cat care since I was very young! At one point, I had 4 cats myself! I absolutely love all cats & their varied personalities. I know when to give them space & when to give them snuggles. Nothing better than a cat making muffins & purring in your lap!

About: I’m a proud cat mom to two cats and understand that every cat has their own unique personality and routine. Whether your cat is playful and social or prefers a quiet companion, I’m happy to provide the care they need. I have experience with feeding schedules, litter box maintenance, playtime, medications, and caring for shy or anxious cats. My goal is to make sure your cat feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away, and I’ll always send plenty of updates and photos

“We are so happy with the level of service that Christopher provided for our babies! When we have traveled, we have been able to take them with us, but this trip we could not. After meeting with Christoper and seeing how our very timid and shy cat came around a bit during our initial meeting we felt so much better about going away. We received updates and pictures of what was going on and how they were doing, which allowed us to enjoy our time away knowing they were being well cared for. Our home and our babies were well cared for and now we know that we have someone that we trust in our home and caring for our kitties. Thanks again for taking such great care of Birdie and Bunny!”

“Steph is the perfect pet sitter for my Gracie. She has a border collie just like mine so she is well aware of their energy levels and high sensitivity. You can tell Gracie loves when Steph comes over to visit her. Steph gets a lot of that energy out that is getting built up while Gracie is home alone and shows a lot of love for her. I know I can trust her while I’m away.”

“Stephanie was great! Super friendly and timely. We really appreciated the pick up/drop off option. We can tell our pup had a great time and was well cared for. 100% will be going back the next time we need someone to watch Finn!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and now have an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. He’s getting a little older but we still enjoy walks around the neighborhood and running around the yard. We like having dog guests to hang out with. I’ve watched dogs for friends and family over the years and enjoy having them around the house. I only host one dog at a time (or multiple dogs from the same family). I can provide daycare and overnight stays in my home. Can be flexible with start and end times and can include pick-up or drop-off, if near by. Your dog’s safety and comfort are the priority here. I only take one dog at a time (or multiple from the same family) to ensure a relaxed environment for the dogs and for me. I work from home, so the dogs are rarely left alone, and they’ll have regular access to a fenced yard, walks, and time to relax inside. I try to keep things low-stress and stick to your dog’s normal routine as much as possible, whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, crate preferences, or exercise needs. My dog is friendly, and comfortable around other dogs, but I always prefer slow introductions to make sure we'll be a good match. I’m happy to send updates and photos during your dog’s stay so you know how they're doing

“Trixie and Ginger had a lovely time with Shannon and her family. So happy we found her. She was so flexible, caring and gave updates on the girls during their stay. Highly recommend!!”

About: I’ve always had a dog or cat in my home! Growing up we always had a Golden Retriever :) My most recent dogs were two senior Chihuahua sisters I adopted and one Olde English Bulldog. They have all crossed the rainbow bridge and though I’m not ready to get another pet, I miss having them in my life. One of my seniors had diabetes so I’m trained at administering insulin as well. I’m a stay at home mom of two little boys I share with their dad, though when I have dogs stay with me they stay with their father. For boarding, I live in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of other dogs and great sidewalks for strolls or power walks if needed. I enjoy going for daily long walks myself would love the company. For walks at your home, I never skimp on time outside or if weather doesn’t permit, extra fun and love inside.
About: My husband and I love giving plenty of cuddles, attention, and affection. We truly enjoy the companionship and know it’s returned tenfold. I’m a full-time healthcare professional who has always had a soft spot for furry family members. We understand how important it is to know your pet is not just cared for, but genuinely loved in a home environment rather than staying in a kennel. That’s exactly what we provide. Your pet will be treated like one of our own, with attention, comfort, and care throughout the entire day. Since I work from home, your pet will have consistent supervision, companionship, and plenty of love morning, day, and night I have worked from home for quite a few year which allows me to let doggies out every hour if needed and take several quick walks Pets are allowed to go everywhere in the home. We do have a baby gate up at my office door to block off dogs when we leave the house for a period of time if they are puppies
“Marija is wonderful with Poppy! He is so excited to see her when we drop him off for the day or overnight. I am so happy to have her watching Poppy when we can’t. ❤️”

“This was the first time we had left our puppy with someone and we were a little apprehensive, however, Holly was awesome. After talking with her in person we were at ease about leaving Ruger with her. I will use Holly again and I highlighted recommend her.”

About: 15 years of shelter volunteer work plus caring for my own dogs for 16 years. Frequently dog sit for both of my daughters and my son-in-law. After losing my last dog at 17, I would love to provide care, love and walks for yours. I work from home and set my own appointments outside of the home so I can determine precisely when I'll be home. Although I don't have a fenced yard we have a great neighborhood for walks. Dogs should be able to free roam as I don't currently have a crate; or you can provide a crate. Please bring any special toys, bed, etc. that will help your dog acclimate!
“Debbie is wonderful! Her and her husband were great with communication and sending pics of our pups everyday! They were also very well equipped with a fenced in yard among other dog supplies. Their dogs were very friendly and we felt good about leaving our fur babies in their care! Highly recommend!!”

About: We’ve loved and cared for animals our entire lives and have years of hands-on experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, and physical needs. That lifelong experience helped us create a home designed specifically for dogs’ safety and comfort, where we care for only one pup at a time so we can give them our full attention. With a fenced yard, lots of supervision, and very little time spent alone, your dog will enjoy a calm, loving environment filled with playtime, cuddles, and personalized care. Our daily routine is built around the dogs in our care. One of us is home most of the day, so your pup will have very little, if any, time alone. We provide regular potty breaks, supervised outdoor time in our fenced yard, play sessions, walks (if that’s part of their routine), and plenty of cuddle and relax time throughout the day. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, sleeping, and medication schedule so their stay feels familiar, comfortable, and stress-free. We offer a calm, safe, and loving home for your dog while you’re away. About: My experience and background with animals spans over the course 20 years. I've worked as a veterinary technician, fostered nearly 2 dozen puppies for rescue programs, and founded my own successful non-profit rescue & conservation program dedicated to primitive canids. I had the wonderful experience of helping one of these rare dogs whelp & raise a massive litter of 12. I've owned numerous breeds including a Beagle, working-line German Shepherd, working-line Anatolian Shepherd, and numerous primitives such Carolina Dogs, a coydog hybrid, & an imported Canaan Dog. I've trained dogs in sports such as schutzhund & nosework. I established my private dog training business in 2019- specializing in puppies and working dogs such as service & livestock guardian dogs. I've been blessed to own two wonderful cats! On our homestead we had an incredible indoor/outdoor boy that kept the rodents at bay. We also have a sweet, indoor-only kitty that lives the high life with raw food & endless cuddles! I'm thoroughly experienced in caring for senior dogs & cats, administering medications, first aid, & wound care. I've fed numerous specialized diets, including fully raw. I adore the puppy stage- including crate training, potty training, & socialization. I'm a strong advocate for socialization that bolsters confident neutrality. A puppy's endless curiosity is so fun to harness! I enjoy giving dogs a balance of outdoor exercise like hiking, as well as indoor mental enrichment like games and puzzles. A tired dog is a happy dog! I train dogs part time & homeschool my daughter- which lends me a great deal of flexibility in my schedule. I can often accommodate short notice requests. Your beloved pet's safety is critical to me. I'm extremely cautious with opening & closing doors so no animals can slip through a door, check the fit of a dog's collar to prevent potential backing out, & ensure there's nothing a pup or kitty could get into thats potentially dangerous. I have a very strong preference for using martingale collars on dogs for walks to mitigate that risk. I've personally endured the tragedy of my young dog slipping the door and being hit by a car while a sitter was taking care of him- so I assure you I take this very seriously. Building trust with both owners and their pets is pivotal! I'm committed to open communication and honesty. I allow pets to greet me on their terms and understand some animals need a more patient, gentle approach than others. I strive to create a positive, calm environment for your pets- and once I'm trusted by them, I will add the playfulness and affection they deserve!
About: Hello! My name is Maggie. I’m a 31 year old living in South Lyon, & a lover of all animals; the furry, the scaled, the smelly, the shy, the rambunctious, & every animal in between. I’ve had a dog in my home since I was born. My specialty is rabbits! Rabbits are such unique creatures, & I know how to give them the care & gentle love they need. I’ve had 5 cats, 4 dogs, & 1 rabbit in my lifetime, & now, due to my living situation, I am unable to have my own furry pal. I am hoping to get my fix of animal love through this service, while also helping those who need a little help with their busy work schedule or holiday travel plans. I promise to give your pets the same love I would give my own! If you have any questions or concerns feel free to send me a message. Thanks! As a stay at home mom, my schedule is flexible. My toddler would accompany me to drop ins, but he has strict boundaries with animals. If your pet loves kids - great! My kiddo loves animals! If your pet is hesitant to kids, no worries - my son knows he isn’t allowed to go near animals without permission. If you aren’t comfortable with my son being around, I am available Wed-Fri for solo pet care! My husband is home those days! I understand that all pets have different boundaries & quirks. If you have an escape artist cat living in your home, I will be sure to take extra care opening the doors. If your puppy is working on training, I am happy to help continue to with positive reinforcements. Upon meeting, will can go over all your pets’ needs… and their quirks! There will be no shortage of cuddles & playtime for those pets who need extra attention. And pets who take a little longer to build trust will soon find themselves a new friend to find comfort in!
“Amy came today and helped me out tremendously! I stayed home sick and did not have the strength to walk my dog. We made a pick up adjustment and Amy still came and walked my pup. I'm so grateful!”

“Taylor does a great job with Hannah and Hannah is always so happy to see her! She is a quick responder to inquiries and I know I can count on her to be on time and communicate well! I highly recommend Taylor!”

About: I started dog sitting in 2022 for a coworker at the time, and since then I now have 9 different families I regularly sit for. I have experience with a range of dogs (from Toy Aussies to German Shepherds) as well as cats, which I grew up with, and some experience with fish and birds. I love all kinds of animals and getting to know their individual quirks and personalities! I am primarily doing online classes for school and working part-time. My working schedule can be flexible with advanced notice so I can spend the most time with your pet(s)! Whatever is best for you and your pet is what I provide! I’ve cared for very high-maintenance dogs that need multiple walks a day, special diets, etc., as well as very chill dogs that just come in and out as they please and eat whenever they want. I’m very flexible to provide whatever care the pet requires!
About: I’ve been around fur babies my entire life, caring for pups of all ages, sizes, and personalities. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, I’m comfortable using the intuitive understanding of their needs and behaviors that I have gained throughout my years to adapt my care to match each dog’s unique temperament and routine. I’ve also spent time caring for senior pets for family members, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentleness they require, whether that means maintaining routines, supporting mobility, or offering calm companionship. On top of that, I’ve raised and cared for my own stubborn shih tzu, which taught me a lot about patience and how to handle strong-willed dogs with both structure and love. What sets my care apart from most, I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on truly knowing each pet as if they were my own: learning their personality, respecting their routine, and creating a safe, stress-free environment where they feel secure and loved. Clients can expect reliable communication, updates, and the peace of mind that their pet is not just being watched but cared for. As a college student home for the summer, pet care fits seamlessly into a very open and flexible schedule. With ample availability throughout the day and week, there is plenty of time to provide attentive, consistent care. This flexibility allows for adapting to each pet’s routine and ensuring they receive the time and attention they deserve. Creating a comfortable and trustworthy environment is always the top priority. Care is tailored to each pet’s routine to keep things familiar and stress-free, with close attention to feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any specific instructions provided. Walks are always done with safety in mind, using secure leashing and awareness of surroundings. In a client’s home, respect for both the space and the pet’s comfort is key: keeping things clean, calm, and consistent while maintaining open communication. The goal is to ensure every pet feels secure, cared for, and happy, while giving owners absolute peace of mind.

I have experience with both cats and dogs but have more experience with cats! I have my own cat that I care for and am an insured pet sitter full time! I love caring for pets as if they are my own and go above and beyond to make their owners feel safe! I care for pets in your home by feeding, giving water, attention (play, cuddles, walk, depending on animals needs), cleaning litter or letting pets out, administering medication, and generally looking out for their well being.
About: I have pets from cats to pugs to rottweilers so I'm very comfortable working with both small and bigger dogs! I've had pets my whole life, my family used to foster dogs so I've been caring for all kinds of dogs since I was a kid. I have done drop in's with friends and families pets while they were on vacation. I've worked with pets that take time to trust and can tell when a dog is uncomfortable and needs space/a break. I also have experience working with special foods/medications. Littles, seniors, and everything in between are welcome I've worked with them all in my personal life! I'm a full time university student trying to put myself through college! I'm home for the summer and my schedule is extremely flexible! I'm willing to work holidays. I'm able to follow owners' requests for their pet whether that be using command words, crating, feeding, playing, walking, litter boxes, light grooming. Any routines or training you have I'm more then willing to impliment them into my visit!

About: Hi there! 👋 I’m Corrine, and I’ve spent the past 2 years caring for dogs and cats of all kinds — from energetic puppies to sweet senior pets. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely love spending my free time around them. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing fetch, or just keeping your pet company, I’ll treat them like my own. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with furry friends, making sure they’re happy, safe, and loved. I’m reliable, patient, and committed to giving every pet the attention they deserve. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged family members! 🐾 I work full time but love to hang with pets in my free time! Happy to assist on week nights or weekends. Willing to travel a little bit as well. I care for pets as if they are my own. Give them their own food, bed and safety - whether it be free roaming or in a crate. Whatever makes them feel safe and loved.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for over 18 years now. I usually help family and friends when they go out of town. Pets are like family and should be treated as such and that is something I value in my care. I currently work a full time job. My daily and weekly work schedule are morning shifts and a few weekends, I can be flexible for the needs of your loved ones. If I’m in a clients home, I will do what the client says is most best for their loved one. I aim to make sure each pet is cared for and comfortable in their environment.
“I am so thankful for Michelle. She is a quality person who took amazing care of my sweet dog on an extended vacation. She is a wonderful communicator, reliable and most importantly took exceptional care of my dog. It allowed me to have a stress free vacation knowing that my dog had a walk and got out in the bitter cold and my elderly parent was not faced with that chore. Thank you Michelle. I am so glad to have met you you’re truly a blessing.”

“Michele helped us last minute. She was awesome with communication and sent us some cute photos on their walk. Thank you again Michele! Teddy definitely appreciated your company. 😊”

“Michelle was very responsive, send us photos of our dog on his walk, and was easy to work with! She was able to accept our booking fairly last minute and we are so thankful. Earl was so happy to have a potty break on our long day of work!”

“Caroline took such great care of my dogs. I like the fact that they were able to socialize with other dogs that matched their energy levels (chill) and temperament. I also very much appreciated that she would send videos throughout the day, and respond to my requests. You can tell she really loves dogs and that dog really love her back!”

“Andrew was a great choice to care for Toby. We went on a two-week international adventure, where cell reception would be spotty. It was good to know that Toby would be with very responsible sitters, given that we could not be in touch all the time. Thank you for peace of mind.”

“Anthony is awesome with dogs. My dog emma is fond of Anthony and she gets to play with a bunch of dogs. In recent stay of Emma with Anthony, he was very creative in making sure Emma takes her allergy pill. That gave my wife and me a lot of mental peace, as we were rest assured that Emma’s allergies wont kick in when we are not around her.”

“Josiah was great and offered last-minute services when my original plans fell through for zazu. Their family took great care of my boy, sent regular pictures, and he came home happy and healthy!”

“This is the third time that Laura and Manuel have watched our two pups and they are beyond amazing. We knew that the dogs were having the best time and were very well taken care of. They sent us pictures and updates throughout our trip and are always responsive.”

“Jenna did a wonderful job taking care of my Standard Poodle. After our meet and greet where I met Jenna, her husband and 2 dogs I felt they were an attentive and dog loving and dog centered family. I really appreciated their fenced yard and their flexibility and understanding that my dog was not perfectly trained, she still jumps and does not go for walks calmly. It was clear that Jenna's family was going to provide the same loving attention and lots of activity (playing with their dogs) my dog receives at home. Jenna was responsive when we communicated, she would answer within a few minutes. She sent pictures and updates. I could not have asked for a better sitter for my dog and I will definitely use them again in the future. My dog was happy and well cared for by Jenna!”

“Ariana was amazing once more! We were out of town for an extended period of time (13 days) and she provided updates the whole way through. I felt that she was able to give our dog attention and make him feel right at home. When I came to pick him up, he was in a very happy mood! Would highly recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.”

“Tanios was a fantastic sitter for Sophie! She took to him right away, and it was obvious they had a great time together. He was friendly, reliable, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It was wonderful knowing Sophie was happy, well cared for, and getting lots of attention. We’d absolutely book with Tanios again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring sitter!”

“Kelly and Brandon were kind and communicative in helping us to set up our first dog sitting experience for our puppies. They kept us updated w photos all weekend and the pups seemed to have a great time!”
