“Madison and Brandon were amazing dog sitters for Teddy. They were very patient and worked with him to get to know their three dogs. Very responsive and attentive to Teddy.”

“We traveled with our pooch from Ohio, not realizing the beach we had intended to go to was not dog friendly. We quickly looked on Rover and found Bailey. She had the most wonderful reviews and 5 Star ratings. We contacted her and she had availability for today. She greeted us and Maverick at the door and invited us in to chat and go over Mav's care (Her house is so lovely and very clean.) Maverick found a huge basket filled with toys and he felt right at home. Bailey sent us pics and updates throughout our day which eased our mind and we knew he was both having a good time and being loved on. When we called to see if we could extend his stay by am hour.or so to go out to dinner, Bailey said "no problem". Typically when we pick Mav up from somewhere, he is in a hurry to leave. We could tell Mav was treated with love because he hung around for some extra pats. Thanks to Bailey, out little getaway was salvaged and Mav made a new friend. We couldn't be happier with this Rover stay Thank you, Bailey!!!”

“Angie was fantastic! It was a short notice booking and she was quick to respond and accommodate. She was accessible and provided updates on my two large dogs. I’ll definitely book with Angie and her family again. They were wonderful.”

“Kym kept me updated of how my pet was doing through texts and pictures while I was out of town and she took really great care of my pet which put me at ease knowing my dog was safe and well cared for.”

“Lori was an absolute joy and pleasure to sit my pup. My furboy was happy and content 100% of the time and she sent plenty of pics with plenty of updates. Would definitely recommend people to book with her!”

“Sydney made our first vacation without our fur child a breeze! We felt completely relaxed and worry-free leaving our pup with her. She provided consistent text and photo updates and was very proactive with her care. Our pup absolutely loved her and was clearly very comfortable around her. We look forward to booking Sydney again!”

About: I’ve worked in the vet field for 6 years, caring for dogs and cats. And I’ve been fostering for 6 years as well. I’ve had a love for animals since before I can remember. They are my passion. I care for every single one of them as my own I’m a stay at home mom. I don’t have a lot planned right now other than some up north trips and a wedding to plan. Our house can be chaos with all the animals and 2 kids. But everyone is loved and played with. We can go for walks as our neighborhood is not as busy.
“Cheri and her family were warm and welcoming of Vinnie! She gave plenty of pupdates during the stay. He was well taken care of with treats and toys and had a great time! I felt at ease while he was away knowing he was getting the best!”

“We were very excited and nervous to leave our puppy with a sitter. Snickers, is easy and we knew we would have no problem. Luna, our very energetic puppy we were nervous, Britnie introduced her slowly and she played well with the other dogs. Britney sent daily notes and pictures that made us feel very comfortable about what they were doing. We will ask Britnie to watch our furbabies again.”

“My doggies loved staying with Lisa! She was able to take a last minute boarding request for my two dogs. Her written instructions were very clear and made the process smooth and easy. I loved that she has a private fenced in area in the yard just for the doggies to play. Lisa also updated us with pictures and videos regularly and they always looked very happy. I would absolutely have my doggies stay with her again.”

“Sandra took good care of Jasmine for 2 nights. Jasmine was very happy and they had fun together. I appreciated the extra time we needed when the snow delayed our pickup time.”

“Laura was amazing! I was in town for a wedding and she was able to watch my pup so I could be more actively involved in the festivities. She sent so many photos and updates. I never once questioned whether my pup was safe or having fun. He received so much love and attention, and I will be sure to rebook with her the next time we are in town! Wholeheartedly recommend.”
“Joshua watched Stella for 4 nights. He took wonderful care of her. We had a great experience. He sent daily updates and gave us such peace of mind during my daughter’s wedding week. Reliable, communicative and trust worthy, I truly appreciate all his help and would highly recommend him.”

“Kristen is amazing. She really gives all her love and attention to the lucky pup in her care. My boy is getting older and has developed some anxiety but he was so taken with Kristen. I received many updates on how he was doing, including pictures and videos. I could see that he was so happy! I especially love the fact that Kristen only takes care of one family's pup(s) at a time, allowing her to focus on them during a potentially stressful time. When I arrived to pick him up after 8 days, he was excited to see me but also calm, showing no signs of stress or anxiety. Kristen was the perfect person to care for him.”

“Jon & Deanna are sent from heaven. Our Lily stayed with them for 10 days . Lily was well taken care of. They sent me regular updates and media to keep me posted. Lily was allowed in their bed and all furniture. We will be back again soon :) Thank you Jon&Deanna ❤️”

“Alexandra did an amazing job with drop in visits with our cat, Francine. She handled all elements of Francine's care as discussed, was very communicative and sent pictures from each visit. Francine warned right up to her and we couldn't ask for more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Lindsey is so good with our cat Kiki. Kept our place clean and visits on time. Takes very good pictures of Kiki too, from that we know Kiki is very smitten with Lindsey. Highly recommend Lindsey, we’ll definitely be contacting her again.”

“We had Molly come in for visits twice a day while we were vacationing. Our little dog can be a grumpy little stinker, but Molly won him over quickly. She was even getting kisses! She did a great job of taking care of Reggie and even made things work when we extended the booking by a day. We definitely recommend Molly.”

“Carly is FABULOUS! She always leaves a detailed summary of her visits- which is huge with my senior dog and keeping track of bowel habits and tinkles. Carly walks with my girl in the yard and takes time for lots of pets. Carly pays attention to and adjusts for my dogs significant loss of hearing to avoid startling. If I could give her 10 stars I would.”

“I was in need of a pet sitter and am so glad I found Gabby on Rover. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and I appreciated her visit updates while I was away. She did a great job taking care of my cat. I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

About: Cats have been just as much of a staple in my life as dogs have, and I’ve had and taken care of lots of cats throughout my years. I’ve had 3 of my own for the last 6 years - my youngest I’ve had for 6 but the other two for about 10 and 9 respectively - and I love them with my whole heart. I’ve had to introduce many a cat to another and I know to give them ample time and space to acclimate to one another. My babies are all spoiled rotten and don’t want for anything, and I’ll treat anyone’s cat with the same amount of care.

About: I have loved animals from a very young age, convincing my parents to get me my own dog when I was 10 years old. Her name was Zoey! I trained her myself, and she was my best friend. Not long after that, I began dog sitting for friends and eventually also spent time cat sitting and taking care of animals like chickens and bunnies. I adore pets of all shapes and sizes, and I understand entirely the immense value they have in our lives. I want nothing more than to make you feel safe allowing me to care for your best friends. I am occupied from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, but I am free most weekends and available to care for pets in the evenings. I make sure all animals are well fed and watered as fits their schedule. Also, I understand the importance of activity and quality time and make sure to play with them, take them on regular walks, and give them lots of love.
“Randi was very patient with our cat and sent comprehensive updates about his food/water/litter status, which we appreciated since he has some special needs.”

“Emily did an incredible job with our dogs! She was reliable, caring, and always punctual, which we really appreciated. We came home to happy pups and couldn’t be more grateful. We will absolutely hire her again!”

“Very professional. Takes a minute for our dog to warm up to a new person and Amber understood this. The meet and greet went well as well as the drop in. We would request Amber’s services in the future if the need arose. Trustworthy and cares about your pet. Definitely 5 stars.”

Our dogs had such a a fun time playing with theirs and would love to go back. We will definitely have them watch our dogs the next time we are in town and recommend them to everyone!”
“Maria was absolutely incredible with Echo! From the moment we arrived, Echo felt instantly comfortable and at home with her. She had such a great time that when I came to pick her up, she didn’t even want to leave! Her communication was amazing, she sent lots of photos and videos throughout the day. Maria was so kind and accommodating to my requests, which made everything so much easier, especially since this daycare day was meant to ease Echo into staying longer during my upcoming trip. I feel completely at peace knowing Echo will be in such caring and capable hands. I couldn’t recommend Maria more, she’s truly amazing!”

“I brought my 2 and a half year old German Shepard x Husky to Angie and her family for 2 nights! They were very understanding as my dog was a little mouthy at first and we worked with her and she enjoyed her stay! The whole time I was updated on what they were doing together with my girl as well as pictures and videos! I will be keeping Angie’s family as a top pick for my girl anytime I need! Thankyou again so much!”

“Jemily and her mom took such amazing care of my dog, Marta. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. Marta was very well cared for, and I could tell she had a great time with them. I’m so grateful for how sweet and welcoming they were. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring for their pet.”

About: I've had dogs my whole life. Most of the time more than one. I started looking into doing this on my own after I had such a hard time finding a place for my own babies when I went on vacation. There is a huge backyard for them to play. And plenty of space for them to sleep at night. There are plenty of doggy beds, but if you prefer to bring your babies bed/bedroom feel free to do so. I work from a home office. During the day, I take breaks and go outside with them for a bit. Other than that, they will have open access to a back yard to play all day long. Or if you or they prefer, we could keep them inside. I would providing the necessary potty breaks several times per day when I take a break. I'm very protective of all of them. As animals in my care, they are my responsibility to make sure they're kept safe. I take it very seriously.
“Caitlin is so wonderful and sweet. Not to mention flexible and accommodating. Her home was a little further than I expected and she offered to come pick up my puppy if that made things easier. My puppy felt right at home with Gordie and they became friends immediately. Benji was in puppy heaven. Caitlin’s home really is a pup palace. She played games with my pup, took him on 2 walks, and updated me frequently with pictures. Highly recommend.”

“I couldn't be more thrilled with my dog's second visit to Jesse's place. The care and attention provided was exceptional, making both my dog and me feel at ease. I am genuinely grateful for the outstanding service and look forward to many more visits. Thank you for being the best!”

“Amanda has been awesome for my sweet doggy Shiloh! She’s so flexible with scheduling which I absolutely love, updates with pictures daily of your fur baby playing or enjoying a walk! My Shiloh girl is very energetic and comes home at the end of the day EXHAUSTED from playing all day which was never the case before day care. We’re thankful for Amanda!”

About: I’ve raised my 2 dogs from puppies. I care for them just like my own children. Since my kid and fur babies are young I’m always active. We enjoy going in walks and playing fetch! I was tired of feeding them kibble so I make them homemade dog food! I work part time, so I’m always with my pups in the morning everyday. They get all my attention. We go for walks at least twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening and we go potty every 2-3 hours I definitely try to follow routine in my house and in a clients house. So our pups become family with what to do and not do. I temporarily have an unfenced backyard but our pups are not able to run off anywhere. I never leave my dogs outside unattended
“Thank you Bailey. That's Nikos new way of getting his harness on, he's such a wonderful boy. I see he even posed for you. Thanks for always making me feel comfortable knowing he's in good hands.”

About: I’ve had pets all my life and I have a love for all animals. I know many dogs through friends and family and I have experience walking and caring for a variety of breeds, ages and temperaments. I used to have two dogs of my own in addition to my three cats, one of which was a Shiba Inu - so I’m used to and can handle dogs that can be reactive or territorial. I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and I love to spoil and care for them. You can be sure I’ll treat your pets with the same love and attention I would give to my own. I currently have a business I’m starting up so I’m only working part time, as such my availability is varied but generally open. I prefer to sit at others’ homes but would be available to board throughout the week - I have a couple obligations Monday, Wednesday and Friday so just message me and we’ll see what we can work out. As I have three cats any boarding at my home would require the pet to be vetted and to verify they are cat friendly and non-aggressive. For in-home sitting I can provide a walk, feedings and general play and care including letting the dogs out to potty. At my own place I do not have a fully enclosed yard, but I can still take out dogs on-leash, and would provide all the same in-home care as I would sitting. I do have a gate for the kitchen if they needed to be kept separate from the cats. As I rent the dogs must be potty trained, though I understand pee accidents due to excitement and such can happen. In general I offer a safe and friendly environment for your pets regardless of whether I’m in your home or my own, as every animal deserves to be treated with love and care.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a young child. I started at 9 with bottle baby goats, added rabbits shortly after and have had many others since from from cats, dogs, birds, and Guinea pigs inside to chickens, goats, cows, and ponies outside along with various others. I currently have one indoor cat and one indoor dog, as well as cows, sheep, a pony, and a donkey. I feed all the feral and stray cats that show up at my barn and have learned a great deal about cat personalities from them. I often babysit my daughters three cats and ferret so have experience with caring for multiple pets at once. I work Tuesday thru Friday from 5:00am to 2:30 pm and I have about an hour of taking care of my animals each day. The rest of my time I have free to take care of your pets. I will be respectful of your individual animals personality and offer them as much or little physical attention as they want. I’ll make sure they have fresh clean food and water, keep their litter area clean, and can scoop or completely change out litter as needed.

Whether it’s going on walks, playing, or just keeping your pup company, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and routine. I take the time to follow your instructions closely so your dog’s schedule stays consistent. My goal is to make your dog feel happy, relaxed, and at ease—even when you’re not home. While I’ve had cats my entire life, I’ve spent many years caring for family dogs and dog-sitting regularly. Through that experience, I’ve become comfortable handling different temperaments and energy levels, and I’ve learned how to build trust quickly with new dogs. I’m confident working with a variety of breeds, whether they’re energetic and playful or more calm and relaxed. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in your dog’s home. I also provide regular updates with plenty of photos of your pup, so you can feel confident knowing your dog is in good hands. Pet care fits easily into my routine right now because I have a lot of availability this summer. I’m only taking a few college classes, so my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, stick closely to their routines, and be available for walks, drop-in visits, or extended care throughout the week. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. During visits, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific needs your pet may have. I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I also keep your home tidy and respect your space. Communication is very important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos to keep you informed and give you peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I’ve taken care of my family pats ever since I was young, always had dogs and cats, I love all of my pets and spending time with them, can’t wait to meet yours and all of their quirks!! I’m only busy one day a week right now, which is Sunday's. Obviously there are days that I’m busy with friends or family or babysitting, something along those lines :) I can’t bring any pets to my home, my pets are shy lol, but of course any special feeding requirements or any special requirements in general, I love to play, keeps me entertained to :)

About: I grew up with dogs, and have volunteered at the Humane Society of Genesee County in Michigan as a teenager and at Soul Dog Rescue in Colorado as an adult. I have experience walking and handling all kinds of dogs and I've loved every minutes of it! I'm a WFH tech research worker so I understand the importance of routine and responsibility when it comes to care services. My apartment complex now sadly doesn't allow dogs otherwise I would have one of my own. The silver lining is that I'll use that energy to love and care for your pup as my own :). I have a full time work from home job so my hours are flexible during the week to attend to your pup! I tend to be punctual and responsive because I take caring for your pet just as serious as my day job. I'm also available nights and weekends to stop by and make sure your dog is well cared for. I have experience dog/cat sitting outside my own home so I'm very comfortable caring for animals in their own space. I love to keep routines as normal and expected as possible, so I'm likely to ask questions about what your dog expects on a day-to-day basis so I can reduce disruption and be a source of fun/comfort for your pet.
About: I have had experience with multiple kinds of animals. I have a Flemish Giant (Rabbit), a dog (Chihuahua), and have had 2 (Parakeets). I also have some Vet Tech training as well but not limited to clipping nails, giving injections, bandaging, bathing, feeding, training, walking, and bottle feeding. I am available during the weekdays from 8:30am-3pm. I can also do some weekends if given advance notice ahead of time. Look forward to meeting you and your pet! I am always making sure to check for behavior cues of other animals if applicable when your fur baby is in my care. Securing leashes to make sure that your animal(s) are safe at all times, and making the environment animal friendly as well as comfortable for your animal.

About: I have had pets ever since I was little kid. I have had cats, dogs, and even lizards! I love animals and have had other people rely on me to watch after their pets in time of need. I currently work full time but I only work 3 days a week, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pet! Whatever you made need I will be able to help! I have a spacious yard where your pet can roam around in. I have a 7 month old Doberman that loves playing with other dogs. I am able to crate your dog and prove anything else that your pet requires.
About: I have always had an animal in my life since the day I was born. My family had gotten a dog a year before I was born and had grown up with her until she passed away when I was in high school. Not only did I help take care of her by taking her on walks and feeding her, I also had a guinea pig, another family pet, our cat Fiona, and my siblings animals throughout my time growing up. My love of animals has come through how I was raised because my household was always filled with some form of furry animal. This ranged from my cats, dogs, guinea pigs, and even goats at one point. I got my first dog my freshman year of high school after our family dog passed and took on the whole responsibility by myself. I have taken care of three dogs at once and this included bathroom breaks, walks, being fed two-three times per day, lots of cuddles, ensuring they always had a full water bowl, and even administering medication for one of the dogs. I am now a proud owner of a golden retriever puppy, miniature English bulldog, and my cat Eskimo. I also dog sit every now and then for one of my friends who also has a golden retriever, and our dogs love going on hikes through the woods together, along with going on swimming adventures this summer! I am currently a full-time grad student at UofM-Flint. I have breaks throughout my schedule that would allow me to care for your animals in anyway needed during the day to help maintain their normal routine! I am a very reliable and respectable individual and will not do anything with your pet unless permission has been asked/given. If there are certain rules or requests for the job, I will follow them accordingly and respect whatever you ask for the time I help take care of your pets. During my time with them, I will treat them as I would hope someone watching my pets would with all the love and attention they deserve.
About: I have taken care of family members', family friends', neighbors', houses, pets, and children since I have been in high school and I am now a 2023 graduate from Central Michigan University. I have taken care of senior pets, both cats and dogs, for several days at a time. I am comfortable with giving medication and tending to any other special needs your fur baby may have. I am also comfortable with taking care of several pets at once, as I regularly stay at a household with 6 pets in the home (4 dogs and 2 cats). I have a dog of my own and I strive to care for others' pets as they are my own. I am currently a nursing student at Oakland University. I am in the accelerated program and my schedule changes every 6-7 weeks. Until 4/16, I have 12 hour clinical days at Troy Corewell on Thursdays and Sundays and class 3 days a week ending at 2 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, then 10:30 AM on Tuesdays in the Auburn Hills area. I am also available in the Macomb and St. Clair areas. I am completely comfortable with staying in the home with pets to keep them on their routines in a familar environment. I have stayed one night up to 2 weeks, so I am flexible with whatever you or your pets may need. My dog loves to play with other dogs, so I can introduce them if requested.

“Sydney made our first vacation without our fur child a breeze! We felt completely relaxed and worry-free leaving our pup with her. She provided consistent text and photo updates and was very proactive with her care. Our pup absolutely loved her and was clearly very comfortable around her. “Amber made pick up and drop off quick and easy. She provided updates and photos/videos during our stay and accommodated us when we were running late. Would use her services again.”

“Both of our dogs had an amazing time at Kellie’s while we were out of town! She kept us updated with plenty of pictures during their stay and in every one we could see them having a great time with her dog and kids! We will definitely plan to use her again for any future trips 😊”

“Miranda watched our two huskies again and they had a blast! She sent us pics of them and made sure they were taken care of and definitely were worn out by the time they got home. I would recommend her to anyone!”
“Deena went above and beyond — making sure our dog Simba was comfortable, well-fed, and well taken care of! It meant the world to us to have Simba watched over while we enjoyed our hectic wedding without any stress. Thank you Deena ❤️”

“This visit was my fur baby’s first boarding with Amanda. I was so nervous leaving him as he is an elder dog, however, Amanda put my mind at ease through consistent communications and lots of photos throughout his stay. I am so grateful for the love that she gave my boy! I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again”
