I am also available in the Macomb and St. Clair areas. I am completely comfortable with staying in the home with pets to keep them on their routines in a familar environment. I have stayed one night up to 2 weeks, so I am flexible with whatever you or your pets may need. My dog loves to play with other dogs, so I can introduce them if requested.

About: I spent 11 wonderful years with my two standard poodles Molly and Loki. I recently lost them in the past couple years and miss them dearly. I would like to offer daycare and lodging for poodles and doodles. I am highly allergic to other breeds so I need to stick with the breed I love. My husband and I are retired and can offer much comfort and love to your babies when you travel or are at work. They will be spoiled rotten and adored while in my care. We are both retired and available quite often unless we are planning to travel. This is not a career for us. Pups will have the run of the house. I often sit 1-4 dogs at a time; so your pet must be able to get along with other dogs. I will take your pets on daily walks and supervise them outside frequently to potty. I don’t use crates unless the owner requests; and the babies sleep with me! For dogs that might be a bit nervous or crabby away from home, I use lavender and chamomile oils to sooth their nerves. I am retired and have lived in the Macomb County area for 18 years. I have excellent personal and business references. My goal is to love and enjoy your animals and provide them with the best possible and safest environment. I love to take photos & will send lots of pics of your babies while you’re gone. I love going on walks with dogs but also snuggling up on the couch with my babies. I currently have a 8am-4pm job but it’s with family so they are very flexible if I need to leave and come back during the day. I’m currently enrolled in college online perusing a degree in marketing as well. I’m a very gentle person and I have a lot of respect for animals space. I don’t like to rush or make them feel threatened by me. I often however, hit it off very well with pets and love to play with them! I have tons of acres at my home so my dogs like to run free or on a leash if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was young! Growing up we had dogs, cats, horses, cattle, chickens and more. I have taken many veterinary medicine related classes as well as exotics. I can care for senior pets, puppies, and everything in between with the same love and care that I would my own. I also volunteer at the local animal shelter where I have gained even more experience with animals of different temperaments. Your pets will be safe with me! I currently work full-time but I am always looking to switch up my routine. I am awake early for my job so walking or taking pets out for the bathroom and breakfast in the morning perfectly aligns. The same goes for when I am home from work. During the weekends, I tend to be outside so walks, hikes, trips in the car are frequent. I will follow all guidelines given to me by the pet parent. I will also pay special attention to medical cases, seniors or those who may need it. With me, there will be lots of snuggles, potty breaks, walks, and vital checks (if needed) just like with my own fur babies. I can crate if needed but I prefer not too if it is not necessary.

About: I’ve had pets all my life and I have a love for all animals. I know many dogs through friends and family and I have experience walking and caring for a variety of breeds, ages and temperaments. I used to have two dogs of my own in addition to my three cats, one of which was a Shiba Inu - so I’m used to and can handle dogs that can be reactive or territorial. I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember and I love to spoil and care for them. You can be sure I’ll treat your pets with the same love and attention I would give to my own. I currently have a business I’m starting up so I’m only working part time, as such my availability is varied but generally open. I prefer to sit at others’ homes but would be available to board throughout the week - I have a couple obligations Monday, Wednesday and Friday so just message me and we’ll see what we can work out. As I have three cats any boarding at my home would require the pet to be vetted and to verify they are cat friendly and non-aggressive. For in-home sitting I can provide a walk, feedings and general play and care including letting the dogs out to potty. At my own place I do not have a fully enclosed yard, but I can still take out dogs on-leash, and would provide all the same in-home care as I would sitting. I do have a gate for the kitchen if they needed to be kept separate from the cats. As I rent the dogs must be potty trained, though I understand pee accidents due to excitement and such can happen. In general I offer a safe and friendly environment for your pets regardless of whether I’m in your home or my own, as every animal deserves to be treated with love and care.

I am also available in the Macomb and St. Clair areas. I am completely comfortable with staying in the home with pets to keep them on their routines in a familar environment. We have a large yard & live in town in lexington! 2 blocks from the beach! We don’t have a fenced in yard, but we do have a large backyard with a long chain so they can run around! He lives with me and can meet you if you are boarding a dog with us. One of us is always up very early if your dog eats at an early time. I don’t leave much when I have a dog, but when I do I limit my outings to a few hours or less. I take dogs out every hour or two if I am home. Or my boyfriend (who I live with & you can meet if boarding here) will help out if I leave for a bit! I try to send a picture a day to let you know your dog is safe and sound. Or videos etc. you can meet anyone who will be staying here, like family, etc beforehand if boarding. My boyfriend is very helpful and responsible & has experience with dogs & cats cats too. Let me know if your dog needs constant supervision (same room at all times). I usually let them roam the floor i am on as they please (it is fully dog proofed), but can provide closer attention if needed. Snuggles always provided:) I am self employed as a real estate agent so I’m in and out of the house a lot but never for more than a few hours. I set my own schedule so I am very flexible. I make sure everything is dog proof/ cat proof and to keep them in those areas and also note any and all safety precautions expressed to me by the owners and follow those directions.
