About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We've always had at least one dog in our household and previously had a cat. I have also walked other dogs and have taken care of dogs here on my own. I have experience handling large and small dogs and do not get worried if the dog gets worked up. I am very aware of how empathetic dogs are and can remain calm. I also can keep to a schedule and give pets the love and care they need and deserve. I'm currently working at Bronner's outside of Rover, from 8-4:30 three days a week. This would just mean that for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I will be unable to provide services during those times but can still do so outside of then or even feed a pet in the morning before leaving and after I return. It changes depending on what is needed, but I prioritize the pet's safety, and the client's home condition. Leaving the place as it was when I arrived, if not better is a priority of mine, as I hate leaving messes. I always follow medical instructions.

About: I've had cats since I was born. Currently I own two of my own cats since they were both kittens. I litter trained them and even bottle fed one of them. I’ve been caring for animals since I was a pre-teen, and it’s where my passion and empathy lie. I have two dogs of my own and a few hermit crabs, and I even feed the squirrels, bunnies, & birds that frequent our outside space. Reach out! I’m excited to help! I’m currently working part time, just under 6 hour shifts around 27 hours a week, and I’m really trying to find work that feeds my passion. I can do drop in’s, walk your dog, as long as they are good on a lead, and be spur of the moment most of the time if necessary. I’d prefer to do home drop in’s, but my dogs are very friendly and love to play. I have a fenced in yard, but at this point unless emergency, or further discussion I prefer to drop by your home!

About: Dogs have been a significant part of my life, holding a special place in my heart. Growing up, my mother was involved in rescuing dogs, and we even took part in fostering. This experience exposed me to dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I've undergone basic dog training and share my life with a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Millie. Prior to Millie, we had a beloved hound dog named Evie, who was a cherished companion for 15 years. My love for dogs spans every age, and I appreciate the unique needs and characteristics that come with each stage of their lives. I currently work from home full-time however, my schedule allows for flexibility through the week day where I can be available for walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and snuggles. I would be happy to come get your pup out for a long walk before you return home. I would be happy to take your pup to a park to walk or around your neighborhood. I have a dog harness for safe traveling. I could also bring your pet to my home to play with my dog for a playdate. We have a nice fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to run. Our dog is wonderful with other dogs as well- big and small.

About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! We have a large open park right in our backyard along with short trails. We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and is great with big, small, old and young dogs. We also two cats (a boy and girl) that sleep the day away and love spending time looking outside in the sunroom. My three kids (ages 9 - 14) have been shown from the beginning how to respect and love animals and they will be a wonderful addition to keeping your fur babies feeling loved and cared for!

Pet Care in My Home Pets in my home receive dedicated supervision unless prior arrangements are made: Dogs: If a dog is staying with me and needs to be left alone for an extended period, I require a crate for their safety and comfort. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

As a college student, I have availability in the mornings, most evenings, and on weekends. The only times that may be limited are mid-afternoons Monday through Thursday. For home check-ins, I will provide the services you request in the way that best fits your pet’s needs and your preferences. Walks can be discussed and agreed upon in advance, including the location and routine.
About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We've always had at least one dog in our household and previously had a cat. I have also walked other dogs and have taken care of dogs here on my own. I have experience handling large and small dogs and do not get worried if the dog gets worked up. I am very aware of how empathetic dogs are and can remain calm. I also can keep to a schedule and give pets the love and care they need and deserve. I'm currently working at Bronner's outside of Rover, from 8-4:30 three days a week. This would just mean that for Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I will be unable to provide services during those times but can still do so outside of then or even feed a pet in the morning before leaving and after I return. It changes depending on what is needed, but I prioritize the pet's safety, and the client's home condition. Leaving the place as it was when I arrived, if not better is a priority of mine, as I hate leaving messes. I always follow medical instructions.

No type of animal (unless aggressive) will likely be turned away. About: I have experience as a kennel worker and as an animal shelter aide. I have grew up with dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time researching dog nutrition and I’m very experienced in dog behavior. I have 3 dogs and 3 children. Me and my family would love to care for your pups! About: I have experience with animals in all settings. I have helped distract puppies when they receive their first shots and I have helped dogs who get laser therapy. I have helped care for the pets family and friend throughout my entire life. I have always enjoyed helping people but helping pets is so special. I work part time 0.5 mile away from home. I usually work from 12pm- 8pm. Or later in the evening usually between 5pm - 2 am. When I am not home my boyfriend is home most of the day. I live in a safe and quiet apartment, without a fenced in yard. I have an American bulldog mix. I enjoy going for walks and bringing out the best in my favorite fuzzy critters.

I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. They are welcome to lay where they are comfortable and shares the bed with me if needed.
