About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. They are welcome to lay where they are comfortable and shares the bed with me if needed.
“Erin has been the best sitter for our cocker spaniel. The regular walks and outdoor time allowed Daisy to adjust to being away from home. Erin sent photos and updates to reassure us as well, and we feel fortunate to have found a perfect home away from home for Daisy.”

“I was so happy to find Kathy. My dog Ashley was able to stay in a nice and clean home similar to hers and made friends along the way. Kathy is very much a dog lover I was not worried about Ashley at all. A very good feeling. I will definitely leave her again when I am back in area”

About: Hi there! My name is Sage, and I’m passionate about caring for pets of all ages and needs. I have hands-on experience giving pills, shots, and other medications, as well as caring for both senior cats who need a little extra patience and love, and playful kittens and puppies. I’ve also helped with potty training for puppies and understand the unique attention that both young and elderly pets require. At home, I’m the proud owner of two cats who keep me on my toes and remind me every day why I love animals so much. My goal is always to provide the same level of care, comfort, and kindness to your pets as I do my own. I have evenings open to love on your pets! If you have a busy night planned or a late night at work, leave your pet in my hands! I know how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable in their own home. As a sitter, I provide respectful, reliable care that follows your pet’s normal routine, from feeding and playtime to medications and cuddles. Whether your pet is young, elderly, or needs special attention, I treat them with patience and love—just like my own two cats. I know my way around Mount Pleasant trails and parks when your pet needs to get some energy out!
“I highly recommend Sylvia. We received daily updates with lots of photos. She was very accommodating when we had a flight delay and offered to keep him another day. Scout came home happy as can be. Would definitely use her again.”

“Jacq is a super awesome petsitter! My cat needs medication each day and I was so relieved that Jacq would be taking care of him. She even noticed a little injury on him and let me know right away with pictures (luckily it was something the vet had already seen, but I was so grateful that she went out of her way to let me know!) Very caring and trustworthy and I loved getting an update with pictures each day!”

“We had Paula drop by for 10 days to feed our cats and she did more than that!! She made sure they ate and gave them attention afterwards!! We appreciated everything she has done for us and will definitely be rebooking her for our next vacation! Thanks again Paula! ❤️”

About: Cats have always felt like my other half. I love making them feel comfortable and cared for because they always return that love ten times over! There's no better feeling than knowing that they feel safe around you, and that's something I will forever strive for.

About: I’ve had experience taking care of quite a few cats and attuning to every cat’s specific needs! I’ve taken care of a cat that requires medicine with their meals, and I’ve taken care of cat’s where I’m just going over to give them some love and attention when their owner is away during the day. I enjoy taking care of cats and ensuring they are as happy as can be!

About: I've never known a home without cats and have spent my entire life caring for them. From energetic kittens to senior cats, I love getting to know each cat's unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. I understand the importance of respecting a cat's routine and boundaries, and I have experience caring for senior cats who may need extra patience and attention. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care and give you peace of mind while you're away.

“Lily was terrific. She connected with our cat immediately and took great care of her. She stayed in touch with us so we knew how each visit went and we could ask and answer questions. Would definitely have Lily pet sit again.”

About: I grew up with lots of pets around the house and absolutely love spending time and playing with them. I’d love the opportunity to help out! I also work at mission point so I know my way around if you happen to be staying here. I’m a big walker and nature lover too so it’s a win-win. I’m available on my days off and before noon! It’s such a nice break to get to go on a walk with a dog or sit with them. I’m able to replace food and water, can play games with the dog and go on long walks. I will give them all of my attention and make sure they’re happy!

About: I grew up catsitting my neighbor's kitties, playing, feeding, and changing litter while friends were away. I have one cat of my own, and live with my parents who have 2 barn kitties. I am experienced caring for kittens and older cats as well as cats who are super shy. I will follow your cat's lead so they can be comfortable with me in their space. I know how different cat sitting can be to dog sitting, since cats take longer to warm up to new people and environments, I won't rush them :)

About: I have done cat sitting numerous times. From brushing, baths, play time, cuddles, and litter box changes, I can help with it all! I would love to spend time with your furry family member!

Newfie loves her and has made friends with the other doggies. We highly recommend her!”

“Blythe was very accommodating. She took us as a fairly last minute booking since we had a funeral and my previous sitter had just moved away. My pickup estimate was off and she was kind enough to keep Grokii an hour or two longer than expected even though it coincided with putting her kids to bed. Her kids are absolutely adorable and I know Grokii was doted on because he slept almost the entire next day. Great family - highly recommend!”

“Jennifer was awesome as always. This was our second time using her services. She is great with communication and she tired our puppies out with walks, playtime with other dogs, and just giving them so much love. She really treats them like family. About: I am a licensed veterinary technician who has worked with dogs, cats, exotics and farm animals alike. I graduated magna cum laude from Baker College's vet tech program and received my license in 2025, but have been living and working with animals most of my life. I have also been regularly volunteering for animal rescues in the Mount Pleasant area since 2022. I am certified to care for animals with all temperaments and levels of needs, including kittens, puppies, the elderly and disabled. I can provide in-depth care that covers all the bases. I am knowledgeable in nutrition, exercise, toileting, enrichment and grooming/sanitation. I am also trained in specialized care such as medicine and fluid administration (any route), monitoring vital signs and blood sugar, animal behavior, syringe or hand feeding, dissability management (seizure disorders, diabetes, Cushings, arthritis, blindness, deafness, etc.), wound treatment, and assisting with advanced hygiene and mobility needs. Animal welfare and preventative care are some of my life's greatest passions. I am deeply attentive to detail and the nuances of animal stewardship. My schedule is flexable, so I am able to adjust my time fairly easily to accommodate the requirements of each family and their pets. I do not take the trust you put in me as animal caregiver lightly, as those are your family members too. I will work diligently and lovingly to keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy. I want to give you the greatest reassurance possible that you may rest easy knowing your pets are in good hands! I have a very open schedule, making me readily available for a wide variety of pet care needs. I am making pet sitting and daytime care/walks my primary work. This will make my routine easy to customize with my clients while having their requirements as a top priority. I do have chronic health issues that I may need to take time off for (appointments and rest days), but I will be upfront and schedule those things in advance so it is not a burden on any client. As of now, I will be doing daytime and overnight pet sitting at a client's home, as well as offering walk services. I currently do not have a space of my own available for boarding services, but everything else I am completely open and flexible with. I am always willing to work with a client and their pet's needs. On top of my standard of meticulous care and endless affection for these animals, I want to customize my care for each client to their particular needs. I will let you know if something is beyond my expertise, but because of my degree and license in veterinary nursing, my capabilities are broader than most sitters, making it much easier for me to take on more complex or in-depth scenarios. I am also someone who wants to keep clients as up-to-date and informed as they need during my care so I strongly believe in consistent communication. Your trust is to be earned so I am an open book to your questions, concerns, and specifications of care.

I am used to caring for pets all day everyday. I can am willing to accommodate whatever care your pet needs to be comfortable, safe and cared for why you are away. I treasure animals like family and I can assure that they will be well looked after.

“Brittany was prompt and reliable. She did not seem at all turned off by my two dogs’ energy level and ‘enthusiasm’ (including jumping) when she met them. I believe she did a great job exercising them. They seemed relaxed and settled when I returned home. I appreciated how well she kept in contact and the pictures she sent!”

“Our pup stayed with Ed for the second time and we had a wonderful experience again. Opie came back happy and tired. She had a nail issue while we were gone, but thankfully Ed took care of it and everything is fine. We didn't have to worry at all.”

“Jeanne and her family were wonderful hosts to my dog for boarding! She communicated throughout the stay and sent pictures. I would highly recommend Jeanne for boarding your pup!”
“Larisa is truly a great option for those looking to board their dog. She is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any of your dogs needs. We love the peace of mind and excellent quality of care Larisa provides.”

“Ashly was great! Very accommodating to our schedule and to our boy Hank. We had an enjoyable and relaxing get away knowing Hank was well taken care of! Highly recommend, and will definitely call Ashley again when we are in the area next summer!”
“Max and Mariah took great care of our two 9 month old pups over an entire 4-day holiday weekend. These puppies are high energy and were allowed to play in their fenced in yard to their heart’s content and adjusted well to their already busy household. I will definitely check with them first if ever needing boarding again.”

“I highly recommend Sylvia. We received daily updates with lots of photos. She was very accommodating when we had a flight delay and offered to keep him another day. Scout came home happy as can be. Would definitely use her again.”

“Our fur babies had a wonderful time with Maria and her family. We received countless pictures and messages throughout our 10 day trip that illustrated how happy and loved our dogs were. Maria even gave them baths just before we returned! We highly recommend Maria and will use her again.”
