About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! In the summer there is lots more availability! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. About: I have a senior golden retriever who requires tedious care and have previous experience pet sitting and dog walking. I love all animals, especially dogs! In the past, I have been an in-house multi day dog sitter and dog walker. I am very active, so if your dog likes to walk long distances or go for runs, they can tag along! I’m currently working part time and have lots of time on my hands! This summer, my job doesn’t necessarily follow the same schedule every week but I am very flexible and available almost every day. Some days I don’t work at all and others I work short shifts so I could be available pretty much whenever you need me! I have a decent sized yard, a super friendly senior golden retriever at home and a crate, dog toys, and extra dog bed if needed!

About: I’ve taken care of animals as long as I can remember, from cats and their kittens, to hamsters and Guinea pigs, squirrels, mice and of course dogs. I’ve had a few cats of my own and currently have an almost 9 year old pitbull and 2 1/2 year old cat. “Félix is beyond AMAZING ! He has such a beautiful heart and Love for dogs. I took my Shelby over for a meet and greet. I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend. I wouldn’t even consider leaving her with anyone else because I have found the very best in Felix.”
