About: Dogs have always been a part of our family, and caring for them is something we genuinely love. Over the past 15 years, we’ve shared our home with four dogs, including caring for three into their senior years through age-related and chronic health conditions. We’ve also raised a litter of puppies, giving us experience with young dogs and the extra patience, attention, and consistency they require. Because I work from home, your dog will receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.
About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.

About: I have a love for animals big and small. I enjoy exploring and making new experiences with animals. I have experience with elderly and medical needs animals. I work as a nanny and have sometimes weeks off and would love to have an animal to take care of and take places with me. I have a house with 13 acres, for dogs that are not recall trained I use a 10 ft leash and always make sure leases are on before the door opens. I have a separate room for my own animals that way if rabbits or cats are meet with aggression all animals will be safe.

“Fantastic experience with Coddy and Byron! Our 1-ish year old Austrlian shepherd, Wes, stayed with them for a portion of July. Coddy and Byron were very responsive to messages, sent updates (and pictures/videos of Wes), and genuinely, thoughtfully incorporated Wes into their home for 2 weeks. Two weeks! We miscalculated Wes's food and, when it become apparent it would run out a few days before, Coddy and Byron rationed and mixed it with their own dogs' food in a way that didn't negatively affect Wes's digestion. If that's not top-tier dog watching, we really don't know what is. Would highly recommend and would book again!”
