(I had five, but I very sadly lost my dear girl, Rita, to cancer last year ❤️). I love my kitties so much that I literally have two of their portraits tattooed on my arm. They're my entire world. I know that those of us who love cats, all share the same obsession. We're a special type of person. I currently care-take for my sick boy, Castle, dealing with his kidney disease. And have taken care of all my babies with the utmost care through their whole lives. The dog/s can enjoy ice bowls, kiddie pool, water sprinklers and shade in the backyard. In the summer I offer water play daily! They have free will to come in & out of the house into the fenced in yard all day! In the fall & winter months the dogs can enjoy outside time by a warm outdoor doggie bonfire. There are areas they can romp in the leaves & explore. I also incorporate daily walks weather permitting. On colder days or rainy days we have a rainy paw day. If the dogs are open to it they can enjoy some doggy stretches, Spaw services such as coconut oil rubs on their paw pads, homemade doggie treats, and dog related movies and cuddles!

I've owned, rescued and loved cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks, raccoons, birds, and squirrels! I currently own 4 cats, all of which were rescues. Two of them brother and sister who I hand raised and bottle fed. I also have 3 dogs, A gaggle a blue heelers, so I'm especially used to high energy pups. I'm a corporate professional who is very fortunate to work from home, and has really great control of their schedule! So I can very likely work my schedule around your needs! For those whose pets I will be dropping in on to feed or walk, I take great care in making sure instructions are followed, and all the needs of your pets are met! I have an abundance of love to give, so rest assured that they'll get as many scritches as they can handle, and as much fulfillment as I can give while I'm there. I know what it's like to have to leave your fur-family alone, and I'll do everything I can to make this time a positive one for them, and you! I also offer cat boarding, which seems rarely offered. I wanted to offer this because I myself have been in a situation where I've needed this service, and I've never found a place that offers it, and it was absolutely so stressful so try and find a solution! For the kitties that stay with me, I have a completely separate spot in my house that I will have them stay in, since I have kitties of my own. The previous owner of my house actually had this section designed as an in-home salon, so it has a completely separate entrance into my home. As cat owners, we know how sensitive and stressed they can get, and introducing cats to other new cats just adds more unnecessary stress. This separate entrance and room allows for a stress free, safe environment that's large and clean to play and hang in, all to themselves! They will have their own sanitized, fresh litter, litterbox at the ready for them. No need to have to haul your own supplies here! Just bring any food and treats (or any special toys or blankets that you feel might be good things for them to enjoy their stay better, or be more at ease!) Your pets must be fully vaccinated in order to come stay, so please be ready to show proof of up to date vaccinations prior to any boarding bookings. This is for the safety of both your fur babies and mine.
About: I have owned dogs my entire life, I worked in the vet field for over 4 years in various aspects, I previously worked at a dog groomers. I currently have 1 dog and a cat, I used to have lots of reptiles as well! I'm never afraid of any dog and welcome them with open arms. I am a Stay at Home Mom to my beautiful son so I have some flexibility. Most of my days start at about 8am and I'm unavailable typically after 730pm, but can make arrangements with my husband as needed. I do offer in home stays but can not stay at your home. With having a baby, that is next to impossible. But I have a dog at home that definitely loves company. Your pet must be good with cats as I do have one in my home.

“We live about 4 hours away in the UP. A family engagement brought us down to the Lansing area, but our accommodations did not allow for our dog. Jordan came with high reviews and was super flexible about a late night drop off and an early morning pickup. We weren't sure how Loki would behave since he has a lot of separation anxiety and this was his first time away from family for two nights. But Jordan was very kind and by the end Loki started to warm up to him. The update and photo put our minds at ease. We would definitely book with Jordan again the next time we are in the area.”
