About: Hi, I’m Jessica! I was born and raised in Montague, MI and love everything about it. I have four crazy dogs, four wonderful cats, two guinea pigs, and a 7 year old son. I have 10 years of animal experience, working at two Muskegon County animal shelters and as a vet assistant. I am licensed and insured through my personal business, Muskegon's Poopin Scoopin LLC. With my knowledge, experience, and above all passion; I guarantee the best service possible. I'm currently working part time during the week, so I have extra time to love on your furry friend! I do most of my pet sitting without my son but if you have a pet that loves children, my son would love to join. Your home is my home and I will take care of your home as so. In my home, your pet can have free access to outside with the doggy door. All cats are kept separate from the dogs. All dogs are fed separately. About: I come from a family that has always sheltered, rescued, and spoiled all the fur babies that come into our lives. Patience and affection are our gifts. I work from home part time. That leaves my schedule open to caring for others pets in my home or for drop ins and walks. I have a fenced in yard and a large home with plenty of room. I can give good boys and girls the most excellent care And assure you they will be loved and snuggled while you’re away! I am able to give baths. Your best friend need medicine? I am comfortable with that! No human food? You got it! Need help with getting energy out? Let’s run around! I would love to host your best friend, or visit if that’s what you’re looking for! About: I have always loved animals. My favorite thing to do is go on walks because I get to spend time with my best buddies and I get some excercise myself. All dogs have a unique personality and I love getting the opportunity to get to know each dog. I am a pretty active person myself so I am able to power walk or even run to get the dogs energy out! My schedule is pretty flexible but I prefer mornings and afternoons (morning walks are always peaceful and nice). I am willing to travel to trails and other walking areas to give the dog a new adventure and so they do not get bored with the same walking routine. I think even dogs like to change up where they walk every now and then! My current work schedule is already extremely flexible. I am able to work around any pet care visits and walks. I would love to spend the extra time I have caring for animals as they always make days brighter! Currently I am only doing care at the clients home. We just moved and currently do not have a fence set up yet. Our two dogs listen pretty well so we don’t have to worry about them running off, but I don’t want to risk watching anyone else’s fur baby at our home until we have a fence put up! In 3 days time, was house trained, and enrolled in Puppy Pre-School at a local PETSMART. He was such a quick learner, sitting and staying in no time! - Years later, my youngest Son and I, owned registered AKC, Siberian Huskies, and raised and sold 4 litters of puppies. Such fun. - a few other animals I've cared for; dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, bearded dragons, fish, eels, a chinchilla, pet snakes....but said no to a tarantula! I also get along with other animals as well. Growing up I had pigs, chickens, horses, and a dog. About: I've grown up with dogs my whole life. I also grew up with hunting dogs. So I can handle high energy breeds. I also work with horses, so I can handle high maintenance animal care. I can give shots, medication, and follow instructions. I work a lot, so the weekends work best for me. If you want to sleep in on a Sunday or go out late on Saturday, or even just take a nap I'm good to walk your dog. I always have water out for my dog, and feed him twice a day. About: I come from a family that has always sheltered, rescued, and spoiled all the fur babies that come into our lives. Patience and affection are our gifts. I work from home part time. That leaves my schedule open to caring for others pets in my home or for drop ins and walks. I have a fenced in yard and a large home with plenty of room. If your pupper is unfamiliar with cats I can ensure safe space kept between them. Walks, couch potato time, and kiddos in and out make for plenty of love and activity. My children are old enough to provide respectful space to pets that need it.
About: I have been a Equine Veterinarian Technician for just over two years now and previously worked 2 years at a small animal clinic. I love getting to meet, care for, and play with all different types of animals. I spend majority of my time outside. I love hiking and going on walks with our dogs. I have multiple years experience working with all different types of animals from farm to house pets. I currently have two box turtles and two pups Duke, a yellow lab retriever and Rocky, a terrier dachshund. I have plenty of time throughout my day and week to spend with your pets. If something is conflicting my availability I will make sure to be upfront and transparent before accepting the job. My number one goal is to do what’s best for your pet. Working at vet clinics you get to know all the tips and tricks to keeping your pet safe. When out on walks I always have a leash on your pet and never let them off.
