She’s not crate trained so I’d allow your pet to roam freely through the house. Anything I do for Blossom is what I’d do for your baby unless you tell me otherwise, and she’s treated like a princess! I know visits away from home can be a little stressful for your fur baby, but rest assured I can handle any situation and make sure your baby feels at home. Expect many pictures and videos! I live a little bit outside of Ann Arbor but getting to me from Ann Arbor would be a short drive. My neighborhood is very dog friendly so it will be no problem! I care for my pet A LOT throughout the day, so walks, feeding, play time, anything is completely a part of my daily routine. I take Blossom on walks numerous times a day so if you have a pet that isn’t house trained yet, I think having her around will be helpful for them to learn how. If in my home, everything is already safe for pets to be there. I don’t have any carpet so I’m not concerned about pet messes, I can clean them up easily. I’m very attentive to my own pet and would be just as attentive to your fur baby. I’d invite you to come see my place before your pet’s stay to see if it’d be a good fit. About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I have an outdoor kennel for nice days if they need to be outside for a little while.

About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. About: I've been taking care of both dogs and cats since I was around 12 or 13, both my own pets and others, and have dog-sat multiple breeds and sizes of dogs for pay as well as for family/friends. I have experience cat-sitting for pay as well and volunteered at a cat shelter, which I loved, that gave me experience with some special needs cats. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Catherine kept the dogs entertained with frequent walks to the park next door and plenty of play time. She paid careful attention to our instructions to reinforce our training. Catherine handled a kerfuffle between our dogs wonderfully, separating them as soon as it happened and attending to their needs right away. She communicated clearly throughout. I highly recommend her, especially if your dog can use some additional socialization!”

“She was awesome, we rescued potentially a bait dog only a couple months ago, with a heart of gold but, we are still working through issues with her and at the last minute our Airbnb canceled and we weren't able to take her. I reached out to Brooklyn and she was available and I explained the situation and she was willing to take her, work with her where she was and still offer her grace.
