About: I’ve loved all animals my entire life, and have always had atleast one dog of my own. I have been in the petcare business for over ten years now. I started out in grooming a bit over ten years ago, later on l was the boarding supervisor at a dog daycare pool and boarding facility. I later went back to grooming while also doing Rover dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting and boarding at my house. I moved to Nebraska and became the Kennel manager at Town and Country humane society where l helped save and rehome lots of dogs. While at Town and Country l completed and internship with Wildling Dog training and have been training dogs professionally ever since. I have worked with dogs on all ends of the spectrum, from dog/people reactive dogs to overly confident and exited pups. I’m currently enrolled at UNOmaha studying biology and environmental sciences. About: My full name is Olivia Vera Love but you can call me Vera! I’ve taken care of animals of every kind ever since I could walk. Henry was my first dog and he was an English Setter. Ollie was my first cat and he came from a local barn. My mom taught me how to care for their every need and extend that towards other dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, guineas, and goats. I have walked, fed, bathed, brushed, and worked with special needs dogs, chickens, reptiles, and elderly cats. At one point I was taking care of four cats, three dogs, and twenty birds. Additionally, one of our great neighbors allows us to take Nova to her fenced backyard and have some playtime with her dogs as well. About: New to Rover but not new to caring for animals. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to each pet’s routine. I’m a dependable, structured sitter who understands that pets do best when they feel safe, calm, and cared for—just like at home. As a busy mom managing a full household, I naturally bring consistency, patience, and attention to detail into everything I do—including pet care.
