From learning patience with young dogs at the age of 5 weeks old, to attending to a 14 -year-old dog, I have open-handedly experienced what it is like dealing with dogs of all ages. I have also dealt with the sassy teenager phase from both dogs and cats. When they are bored, they will make it known. The biggest take I have learned from taking care of dogs and cats is that they won’t always be on your timeline. You have to be extremely patient and take time to train them and be there for them. I’m currently working part-time Monday 9am-5pm, and every other Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm-7pm. I am going to school but I mainly take online classes, so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they need. My schedule is flexible and my boyfriend also lives with me and helps me so your pet won’t get bored! He’s home during the periods I am out so overall my schedule is free. I have a fenced in mini pet park next to my apartment. Your furry companion will get all of the exercise he/she needs! My apartment is very cozy and safe, only smaller pets are allowed so there won’t be any issue with other pet owner neighbors.

About: My full name is Olivia Vera Love but you can call me Vera! I’ve taken care of animals of every kind ever since I could walk. Henry was my first dog and he was an English Setter. Ollie was my first cat and he came from a local barn. My mom taught me how to care for their every need and extend that towards other dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, guineas, and goats. I have walked, fed, bathed, brushed, and worked with special needs dogs, chickens, reptiles, and elderly cats. At one point I was taking care of four cats, three dogs, and twenty birds. I'm confident in my experience with animals to leave a positive impact on them. Both of my mom’s dogs are older dachshunds with special needs. I regularly dog sit a lovely miniature Australian Shepherd and cat sit a Blue Russian cat on my own time. I also currently own one rat, Cheez-it, and she loves the Australian Shepherd. Im a recent graduate looking for work so I'm flexible at the moment. Routine is two walks a day in the morning and night.
