I live on a quiet two-acre country property with open space and low traffic dirt roads. The yard is not fenced so dogs are always supervised outdoors and kept on a leash for walks.

Even before we booked, Anne agreed to have my husband come to her house to allow Uki to get acclimated/make sure it was a good fit. My husband instantly felt at ease with Anne and had no concerns leaving Uki with her. During our vacation, Anne sent us daily photos and *the most adorable* daily status updates on how Uki was doing. Richard and Sarah have been fantastic with Guinness and he enjoys his time there. A little out of the way to get him there but worth it because of how great Richard and Sarah are with our boy.”
About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. About: I’ve always had a dog or cat in my home! Growing up we always had a Golden Retriever :) My most recent dogs were two senior Chihuahua sisters I adopted and one Olde English Bulldog. They have all crossed the rainbow bridge and though I’m not ready to get another pet, I miss having them in my life. One of my seniors had diabetes so I’m trained at administering insulin as well. I’m a stay at home mom of two little boys I share with their dad, though when I have dogs stay with me they stay with their father. For boarding, I live in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of other dogs and great sidewalks for strolls or power walks if needed. I enjoy going for daily long walks myself would love the company. For walks at your home, I never skimp on time outside or if weather doesn’t permit, extra fun and love inside.
About: I have had animals my whole life and couldn't live without them, healthy, sick, energetic, lazy, you name it. I love taking care of them, loving them, playing and snuggling with them. I work from home and have a fenced in yard. I am available during the week from as early as 6am to 6pm. Our dogs are free to go outside anytime, weather permitting. I am home to let them in and out the 100 times a day they bark to go out ;). I will only dog sit for one family I have a fenced in yard. My pets are never left outside when we leave the house. I do offer over-night stays. Dogs are welcome to sleep in any room they feel comfortable in. Most sleep in our living room or next to my bed. I do not have a crate to put them in. If your pet is crate trained and requires a crate, we just ask that you bring yours with you for them to sleep in if that's what they are used to.

I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.

About: My husband & I grew up having both dogs & cats. Neither of us have professional experience. However, we have watched family members or neighbors pets on top of taking care of our own (2 y.o. Beagle & x2 7 y.o. cats) We both value talking to animals & providing them with whatever environment they prefer, be it more playtime, a shady quiet napping spot, or sun bathing. As most know cats can’t necessarily be trained but nevertheless ours are well behaved. They do have their claws but they have never scratched or bitten (unless playfully) anyone. Our beagle is also well behaved, albeit goofy, & trained with Whole Hearted peanut butter treats. We do still currently have a cage but it is very rare we use it, mostly from when she was a younger puppy. Our animals do fine around others. The cats have an escape to the basement with a gate so if they are crabby will go there. Our dog will sometimes make the classic beagle howl at first but is never a threat. I am home most of the time. We have a child under the age of 1 but she is generally excited by all dogs & cats. My schedule is flexible. If there is someone who would like to make long term arrangements that would be okay to discuss. We live in a neighborhood off a dirt road with a decent sized back yard. There is no fence. We put our dog on a chord if she is unattended but usually will also be outside. There are trails going all around the neighborhood that are perfect for dog walks. We have a farm behind our house that has 2 horses gated in. They are friendly & our dog will get excited if anything. There are multiple households in our neighborhood with dogs. Inside the house, dogs will have lots of choices when it comes to resting spots; sunny or more dark quiet spaces.

My husband instantly felt at ease with Anne and had no concerns leaving Uki with her. During our vacation, Anne sent us daily photos and *the most adorable* daily status updates on how Uki was doing. “I feel like we hit the jackpot with Bill and Sandy! This was our first time leaving our dog with someone other than family and he is almost 8. We picked them because they only take 1 dog at a time, they charged the same amount as it would be to board in a kennel, but he got the 1 on 1 love and attention from them and in the comfort of their beautiful home. It was just like going to grandma grandpa's house! We did a meet and greet the day before and my dog seem comfortable with them from the moment we walked in. They knew all the right things to look for- his energy level, his appetite, his body language. They sent updates every single day and included several pictures too. We were seriously so happy and pleased with how well they cared for our dog. It was not easy leaving him but it was so reassuring to know how well he was being taken care of. “Linda was great! This was our first time using Rover and using Linda. We had a meet and greet beforehand which put me at ease leaving my pet with her. She is very friendly and was attentive to all the directions for Charlie. He had the roam of her home and didn’t have to be in a crate. She walked him as asked and sent pictures. When we were a little late picking up she was very accommodating and didn’t seem to mind. Charlie was relaxed and calm when we picked him up. Linda and her husband are both dog lovers and you can tell! I picked Linda also because there are no other dogs in the home. Thank you Linda! We will come again!”
