About: Bonafide Animal Lover! I grew up on a farm caring for many different animals & have always had either cats and/or dogs in my adult life. Most recent, I cared for our two adult male shepherds in all aspects - training, feeding, walking, nurturing and our two adult cats - training, feeding, activity and nurturing. My pets are part of my family & I will provide the same level of care to your pets as well! I am a semi-retired remote bookkeeper and empty nester therefore I am home most of the time and have plenty of time to do drop in visits, walking or boarding. My caution level for keeping my pets safe and well cared for is very high. They are part of my family. I focus on their daily feeding schedule, ensure the catbox is kept clean daily, play with them (laser pointer and feather toy) for their exercise, and provide lots of love and cuddles too. When I have our shepherds, I walk them daily and play fetch and tug of war with a ball or rope.

About: We are a family of 2 kiddos, who love hockey and choir and bellybean brings us all the laughs and cuddles. The Family is easy-going and very understanding of life circumstances. We pride ourselves on personal attention given to your fur babies and adventures outdoors. We currently have one golden retriever who is three years old as of December 2024. She is playful and friendly, submissive and calm. Any questions are welcome. I’m home based for work and enjoy helping with projects objects within a company as a consultant. I am available for puppy attention, overnight and long-term care for dogs that are vaccinated and treated for flea and tick. We are busiest in the winter months with personal sports, and open to adventures throughout the year/day with animals included. We have a safe environment. I do keep our bedroom doors closed. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please don’t hesitate to ask. Currently our pets are cared for not crate trained. Ing is an option however. I offer daily walks and multiple catch and throw opportunities daily.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes and have helped with whelping, shots, to finding them new homes. I have trained dogs also! I will always treat them as my own and they will be well socialized. I am currently working full time at a family owned business. I am free from Friday-Sunday every weekend. I can take smaller dog with me to work (30#) or less. I have 30 wooded acres in the country. I have a large yard, not fenced but have a wireless collar system if I need to use it. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child. As an adult I gave rescued and fostered all sizes and breeds. Dogs have filled my homes with love and joy and I look forward to sharing my large fenced back yard with a playful puppy or a well seasoned frisbee catcher I currently work three days a week, no more than 6 hours per day. I can visit twice daily, depending on location if a walk is needed. If I am pet sitting or boarding the pets will not be alone for more than 5 hours at a time. I have a large fenced yard with a 1/4 mile walking path just beyond the gate, backing up to Haliburton Park. I am also just 10 minutes from Carolina Beach State Park and the dog park if your pup likes to socialize
About: I have dogsat for friends and family since I was a kid, I worked at a doggy daycare (Paws In The City) in highschool. My family has raised 2 litters of golden retrievers, so I am familiar with how to train and housebreak puppies from a young age. I live with 2 dogs and 3 cats, all with very different energy levels and personalities, I will adjust to your pet's unique needs and routines! I am a student at CMU, so during the semester I will be gone during the morning for classes. I stop by to check on pets during lunch time, and then head back to campus. On weekends I can stay with them the whole day, taking dogs on a hike if the weather is nice, or staying in and playing on my study breaks. I have a pretty open schedule, so I will have a lot of time to spare for pet care. I am willing to stay with your pets overnight if you need, or just stop by regularly throughout the day. I will follow your instructions, and make sure your pets stay fed, safe, and happy while you are gone! I have a lot of hiking trails I want to explore, if you are comfortable with me taking your pup on a fieldtrip. If not, I am happy to walk in your neighborhood and stay closer to home.

About: Hi there! I am Gina - self proclaimed animal advocate and lover. I am very involved in the rescue world which means I am well-versed in animal language and their needs. I had many fosters through various rescues and have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a bunny of my own. I am a believer in positive reinforcement which means I will treat your animals with respect and never use adverse methods. I believe in treating pets with kindness in every interaction. I have a more ‘difficult’ dog myself which took very patient training to get him to even be able to go outside. My schedule should be up to date with vacations. For in-home stays during the weeks, I would ask that you can set me up with WiFi connection so I can work while I’m there! I will follow any instructions given to me to best ensure your pet feels comfortable. I will take precautions to make sure that the animal is never at risk of flight, and will communicate if needed. I am extra careful to ensure the pet is safely indoors before departing and triple check locks for peace of mind. As mentioned in my profile, I am a positive reinforcement advocate so I WILL NOT use adverse methods such as prong collars, electric shock collars, etc. If this is something you use for your dog, I’m afraid we won’t be a good fit!
