I also came home early and greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to pick Maggie up a day early. Lastly, I wish Rover supported video so that I could see Maggie during her stay. We are very protective of Mocha, and Logan made sure she was safe and getting along with their cat and one other dog they were caring for during part her stay. I know if they were not getting along he would have kept them separate and protected her. But turns out they all got along. I won’t hesitate to use Logan as my first choice if we ever have need for a caretaker in the future. Thanks Logan!”

While we were away Jerri updated us regularly with photos of them having fun and getting lots of attention. One of my Beagles is very adventurous and managed to slip through the fence (We still don't know how!) Jerri handled the situation very well, luckily for me it wasn't a big issue as any owner with Beagles knows they love an adventure but usually either wont be too far away or will definitely be back for dinner! Jerri was right on the phone with Rover and if he had been away any longer than the hour she was set to supply a search team! About: I've owned several dogs since I was a child, and it was often up to me to take care of them, I used to walk my boys every day, and I do quite miss it. Cats are even closer to my heart, I can think of few times I haven't had a cat somewhere in my home, often times I joke that I prefer their company over actual people. “Shadow and his family give Merissa five out of five paws! If you are looking for someone to spend less than two minutes with your pet, Merissa may not be the person for you. She stopped by roughly 30 minutes during each visit and made sure that Shadow wasn't lonely while we were on vacation. She sent multiple pictures to us every time she stopped over, even if he wasn't interested in having his picture taken. Most importantly to us, she didn't give up on him. The first couple days, he was somewhat apprehensive with someone new looking after him -- he didn't want to eat much or play (which is unlike him). On Day 3, Merissa was able to finally get him out of his funk and act like his playful self (as supported by pictures). Someone else may have just decided to not put in the effort and let our sleepy dog lie, but that wasn't the case with her! So, by all means, don't pick Merissa unless your pet is ready to have someone play with him or her while you are gone. If you want your pet to feel lonely, don't pick her, because she will make sure that your pet gets a lot of attention. And definitely don't pick her, if your pet is camera shy, because you will never have to wonder for too long how your pet is doing. However, if you want to make sure that your pet is cared for while you are away, you should consider booking her right away. Again, Shadow rates her five out of five paws and that is what really matters!”
About: I have personally owned cats, dogs, horses, cows, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, and there are very few animals that I’m *not* comfortable with. I have raised bully breeds from bottles, and I have a ton of experience with large dogs as well as small. I’m not allergic to any animals- and I love snuggling and playing. All guests must be vaccinated including bordetella and flea prevention. If fur baby has ever shown animal or person aggression, I can not board in my home but can accommodate and do frequent drop ins at your home. I don't do overnight care in the clients home and very limited area for drop in visits unless I have no other pets in boarding at the time) All dogs, including mine,are crated overnight or separated overnight and when we leave the home for safety of the dogs

About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! About: My Husband and I have had pets in our family since we both could walk. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats ourselves that are treated better than many humans. We understand the struggle of finding the right fit for your babies when you need to travel and are happy to provide as many updates and pictures as needed to make sure you are comfortable with their care. For Puppies, we both have gone through the puppy phase a few times and understand their needs and chaotic tendencies. All of our animals are up to date on their shots. As a bonus, we both work from home, so your pets will get constant love and attention. We will also be happy to help with any other special care needs such as medications, special diets, brushing, teeth brushing, etc. Our animals are very used to new friends and play nice and we have a big backyard for your baby's enjoyment. If your pet stays with us, they will be loved like family! We both work from home, so, we are able to give potty breaks and enrichment breaks frequently throughout the day. Someone will always be home when we are boarding. We live in a house and have a large fenced in yard. All of our animals have their current vaccinations. We have a large Kennel for our Shepard for when we have to leave the house.
About: I have been dog and cat sitting for over 10 years for different neighbors! I myself have chickens and a cat right now but I have had fish, dogs, and bunnies also! Currently in PA school on rotations and have lots of free time in between shifts and classes so I can be available whenever it is all just kind of random! I am very sweet with animals and like to give them lots of love! I will cuddle with them and also love going on lots of walks!
About: I am a huge pet lover! I have 4 cats of all ages & 3 chinchillas.. I take pride in giving a high quality- specific to the cat diet. I am consistently providing all types of enrichment for them & I love being creative in that. My chinchillas require a lot of enrichment & a very specific diet. I enjoy changing their cage layout & receiving love from them. Ages of cats are: 13, 6, 6 & 4. The chinchillas are nearing 4, 5 & 6. My cats are always kept up to date on their vetting & my chinchillas may see their exotic as needed. I have experience with: cats, dogs of all sizes, Guinea pigs, freshwater fish, an assortment of lizards including bearded dragons, rats, chinchillas, hamsters, mice, frogs, & a small amount of experience with bunnies. I am so very eager to always learn more. I enjoy sitting for people with strict routines because I have a routine to follow. I also enjoy laidback pet sitting as then I can get creative within reason to dream up some enrichment for the pets while I am visiting. I also have been doing cat rescue for almost 6 years now & am quite experienced. I am deemed the pet lover in my friend & family circles & am often the go to for pet sitting if I am able. I absolutely love meeting other pets & getting to know their boundaries, preferences & quirks! Taking care of my pets is a huge part of my life that I wouldn’t give up for anything. I believe they enrich our lives more than we do theirs. I work full time salaried from home, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. However; the only days I truly find myself busy are Tuesdays and Saturdays at times. Unless I am on travel (it is only mon-Fri), I usually have 6 hours or more of free time during that working period. There should be no problem coordinating dedicated time to your pet(s) as needed. All of my pets are fully indoor. Two of my chinchillas are in their double CN cage where cats can see them, but do not interact with. My other chinchilla is in single tiered ferret nation cage. I am an advocate for keeping pets indoors & problem solving solutions for pets who may want a partially outdoor experience. Example: harness training your cat while keeping them on preventatives & consulting your vet first. My cats have a timed feeding with a diet specific to that cat, twice a day. My chinchillas have a once a day feeding including their pellets, fresh hay & access to water at all times; they require a dust bath every 2-3 days. The cats get approximately 15 minutes of exercise 2x a day & lots of opportunities for cuddling or one on one time as wanted. I routinely trim their nails, clean their ears & bathe every 6-12 months as needed.
About: I have experience as a kennel worker and as an animal shelter aide. I have grew up with dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time researching dog nutrition and I’m very experienced in dog behavior. I have 3 dogs and 3 children. Me and my family would love to care for your pups! We love going to the dog park and going for walks. I have plenty of time to spend with dogs! I’m a stay at home mom. Me and my dogs love playing fetch and going to the dog park I have a fenced in yard. My dogs have been highly socialized since they were 8 and 12 weeks old. They’re very friendly and love to play with other dogs.

I often petsit for friends and family while they are out of town, and would love to meet your furry friends as well! “This was my first time using a boarding service, and I’m happy that I found Ralph to take care of Maggie while I was out of town for a month. He was very responsive, and his quick replies helped me check in on her. I was informed that there were a couple of diarrheal episodes. It would have been more helpful for me to relay these episodes to the vet if they had been described in more detail with text and photos. I also came home early and greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing me to pick Maggie up a day early. Lastly, I wish Rover supported video so that I could see Maggie during her stay. Overall, I’m grateful for the care Ralph provided.”
“Logan (and Grace) were great! His communication was quickly responsive initially, and regular on a daily basis including pictures of how happy Mocha was during her stay. We are very protective of Mocha, and Logan made sure she was safe and getting along with their cat and one other dog they were caring for during part her stay. I know if they were not getting along he would have kept them separate and protected her. But turns out they all got along. I won’t hesitate to use Logan as my first choice if we ever have need for a caretaker in the future. Thanks Logan!”

“Jerri has been so kind and loved on our dogs like they were her own. My two Beagles, Hunter & Chase stayed with Jerri for 9 days and Jerri was kind enough to not only have a great meet and greet with her dogs but also took my two for a night to see how they were going to be. While we were away Jerri updated us regularly with photos of them having fun and getting lots of attention. One of my Beagles is very adventurous and managed to slip through the fence (We still don't know how!) Jerri handled the situation very well, luckily for me it wasn't a big issue as any owner with Beagles knows they love an adventure but usually either wont be too far away or will definitely be back for dinner! Jerri was right on the phone with Rover and if he had been away any longer than the hour she was set to supply a search team! (I have to say this has NEVER happened to her before in the many years she has had dogs either but my guy is just a rascal) All in all Jerri was great, the dogs loved the stay and we will definitely be asking her for future stays (if she'll take them! ha) Thnak you for all you do!”
