“Mary & her husband were fantastic! I could tell that Missy would be well cared for and would enjoy her stay. Mary sent me pictures of their activities throughout the day. I felt very comfortable and at ease, knowing that my little girl was safe and in good hands. I definitely will pick Mary again!”

“Bandit has such a great time with Michael! I cannot say enough good things, and we've already booked more visits. Michael is truly a dog person, great with senior doggos and very kind and communicative.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am a trusted pet sitter amount family and friends. I have a dog and two cats of my own. I have house sat with 3 cats for friends, and dog sat for a family with 5 dogs at a time for a week. Animals are my loves in this world and will always receive the very best from me. Hi! I’m a dependable animal lover with a full-time career and a flexible schedule that allows me to work from home two days a week. I’m available for pet care in the evenings and on weekends, and I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m attentive, responsible, and excited to meet your furry family members! I’m very dependable and take caring for animals seriously. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of consistency, patience, and attention to detail when it comes to caring for pets. I treat every animal with the same care and diligence that I give my own.
“Kym kept me updated of how my pet was doing through texts and pictures while I was out of town and she took really great care of my pet which put me at ease knowing my dog was safe and well cared for.”

“Sydney did amazing with our girl Paprika. She’s a big scary pit mix who just wants constant love and attention. Sydney sent so many updates, especially on the first night letting us know Paprika was settling in well, and gave her so many sweet cuddles. She even crocheted her a little hat! We will definitely book with Sydney again!”

“Angie was wonderful with Broly! This was my first time using Rover, and she made the whole experience much less stressful. She kept me updated throughout his stay with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. Broly can be a bit quirky and took some time to settle in, but Angie was patient, kind, and made sure he was comfortable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about his well-being. I would absolutely trust her with Broly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter.”

“Madison and Brandon were amazing dog sitters for Teddy. They were very patient and worked with him to get to know their three dogs. Very responsive and attentive to Teddy.”

“Britnie is absolutely amazing!! Being new to Michigan, we struggled with finding someone to take care of Luna while we had to leave for the weekend on a plane back to Florida. It’s hard to trust just anyone with taking care of your best friend! Especially being so far away. We gave Britnie a try as I had a good feeling. She assured me Luna was in good hands and to enjoy our vacation. She exceeded all of our expectations!!! I received message and picture updates about Luna all weekend which my family and I enjoyed and greatly appreciated! Britnie is just so sweet and gave us the comfort we needed and the love Luna needed. Luna especially had a blast with all the dogs and Britnies fam I seriously don’t have enough words to say how much we appreciate you! Luna says thank you for taking care of me :D I would love to come back again!”

“Miranda was amazing and took great care of Otis! She responded quickly, sent me updates and is very friendly. Otis appears to have loved running with the other pups on her large property as he has been snoring since I picked him up! I would highly recommend Miranda!”

“She is amazing!! Other boarders would send us maybe one pic a day. We got a load of pics three times a day. She had everything only thing we had to bring was food and the pup. She understands animals and their behaviors. Would recommend her to EVERYONE!!”

“Samantha & Zach are amazing. They’re are amazing with their communication about your furry friend. My dog Titus always gets excited going there would definitely recommend their services.”

About: Hello everyone! I’m Taylor, and I’m a registered nurse. I’ve had dogs my whole life and am now a proud mom to two boys, Hank and Gus. 🐾❤️ I’m looking to add even more love, cuddles, and fun to our family! I’m a full-time nurse I work most days during the week. Looking to do this when I’m available. Let me know if you have any more questions. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs. My younger dog Hank is still a Puppy with lots of energy to share. We spend lots of time outside playing.
“I highly recommend Amanda for anyone looking for a pet sitter! She was very responsive and gave us regular updates. This was our first time boarding our dog and she was very anxious. Amanda went above and beyond to take care of our dog.”

About: My husband and I always had a pack of rescues. Large, small, sick, old. We had no children so our pets were our children. My husband passed away and I recently just lost my last fur baby. I want to travel a bit so pet sitting is going to be my substitute for a while. I love cats but unfortunately I'm highly allergic. I currently work remotely but will be retiring shortly. My daily routine is wide open. I've always had one or more dogs so my routine has always been focused on their care. My last 3 were older boys with medical conditions so my life was focused on their care. I can accommodate crates or not, whatever your babies need. I do not have a fenced in yard so when they go outside they will always be on a leash.

“Dawn took fantastic care of my baby! She came home beautifully tired out from playing with Dawn's own fur babies. Dawn provided informative daily updates that kept my mind completely at ease. I highly recommend her!”

“Amazing!! Our doodle loves going to Kellie’s to hangout with her doodle and her kiddos. She does a great job accommodating and keeping us updated with pics. We’ve used her twice now and will continue to do so!”

“Laura was amazing! I was in town for a wedding and she was able to watch my pup so I could be more actively involved in the festivities. She sent so many photos and updates. I never once questioned whether my pup was safe or having fun. He received so much love and attention, and I will be sure to rebook with her the next time we are in town! Wholeheartedly recommend.”

About: I am a cat and dog mom. I never want to be one of the other. I have had one of my own cats for 15 years and adopted a second about two years ago. They are special creatures and receive all my love regardless of their personality’s
“Mary reassured me about leaving my kitten with her. She sent me pictures of him throughout his stay. She answered my texts promptly also. She treated my kitty like he was her own. Definitely would use her again”

“Shannon was a fantastic cat sitter of 4 cats! Twice a day visits for feeding and litter box duty. Great communicator and she sent very nice pet photos. I will definitely use her services again.”

“Kaleigh is wonderful. She listens to the details of what you need for your pet. My 2 cats loved her being with her I could tell from the great photos she sent me. One of my cats is not the playful one, but Kaleigh had him getting some much needed play time. She informed me when she checked in and out. All was perfect. She even cleaned up after one of my boys was sick during the night and contacted me to find out my preferred product to clean . Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats for 9 years minimum. I have 3 cats of my own. I’ve had several friends and family ask for my help as well. I’m used to all sorts of temperaments and behaviors. Working in the vet field has taught me to read cat body language. I will care for your cat as if they are my own!

About: Myself and my two teenagers have taken care of cats of all ages from kittens to senior babies ❤️ We would love to meet your furry friends and spoil them however we can 😊 We would love to come to your home or stop in to give some food, water and lots of love.

“Alexandra did an amazing job with drop in visits with our cat, Francine. She handled all elements of Francine's care as discussed, was very communicative and sent pictures from each visit. Francine warned right up to her and we couldn't ask for more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“So glad we looked into this site when we decided to go on vacation. Lauren has so many good reviews and we are so glad she was our fur babies sitter for 8 days! We have 4 cats 2 who never come out and the other 2 who are ragdolls and need tons of love and attention and she made sure to do so! She followed our instructions very well and our babies seemed very well taken care of. We looked forward everyday to our rover card and the photos! We would recommend Lauren to anyone looking for pet sitting services.”

“Gabby has been our pet sitter exclusively for over 2 years now and there is no one else I would trust with my fur baby. She takes incredible care of my very spoiled cat Luna - making sure she receives the same love and attention as when I’m home with her. After a few less than ideal pet sitters, it’s been amazing to have Gabby who cares for your pets (and home) like they are her own.”

About: As a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom to two quirky Pomskys (a cuddly goofball named Cyrus and an independent little fox named Luna), I know just how much pets are family. Whether your pup needs an energetic walk, a calm companion, or someone to make them feel safe while you’re away, I’m here to help. I’m experienced with all kinds of personalities, from shy seniors to zoomie-fueled puppies, and I’m always happy to follow your care instructions down to the last detail. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, or sitting. Whether your pup needs a midday stroll or some extra love while you’re out, I can be there. Your pet’s routine will always come first. I offer walking and in-home pet sitting, so your dog stays comfortable in their own space. My own pup prefers a quieter environment, so I don’t host pets at my house. I’m always respectful of your routines, and I treat your home and animals with the same care I give my own.
About: I have taken care of family members', family friends', neighbors', houses, pets, and children since I have been in high school and I am now a 2023 graduate from Central Michigan University. I have taken care of senior pets, both cats and dogs, for several days at a time. I am comfortable with giving medication and tending to any other special needs your fur baby may have. I am also comfortable with taking care of several pets at once, as I regularly stay at a household with 6 pets in the home (4 dogs and 2 cats). I have a dog of my own and I strive to care for others' pets as they are my own. I am currently a nursing student at Oakland University. I am in the accelerated program and my schedule changes every 6-7 weeks. Until 4/16, I have 12 hour clinical days at Troy Corewell on Thursdays and Sundays and class 3 days a week ending at 2 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays, then 10:30 AM on Tuesdays in the Auburn Hills area. I am also available in the Macomb and St. Clair areas. I am completely comfortable with staying in the home with pets to keep them on their routines in a familar environment. I have stayed one night up to 2 weeks, so I am flexible with whatever you or your pets may need. My dog loves to play with other dogs, so I can introduce them if requested.

About: I’m a reliable and confident pet sitter. I love the days I get to spend with dogs, cats, and other animals. I have plenty of experience with animals with different temperaments, sizes, and medical issues. I understand each animal has its own routine. I am dedicated to following each animal's unique routine to make their days as stress free as possible. I have had dogs and rodents my entire life, but have plenty of experience with other animals such as cats, chickens, pigs, goats, horses, and fish. I offer drop-in visits and overnight stays in your home. I share updates and photos daily. My ultimate goal is to provide your pets with the best care possible and for you to feel comfortable and confident when you are away from them.
About: I have been caring for dogs for more than 35 years and have owned several dogs throughout my life. I currently have a dog named Henry, who is a beloved member of my family. Living with and caring for dogs over the years have taught me. how to understand their different personalities, needs, and routines. Whether your dog needs a walk, playtime, companionship, or patient care while you're away, I’ll treat them with the same kindness and attention I give to my own. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while giving you peace of mind. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I care for my own dog, Henry, every day, so walks, feeding, playtime, and attention are built into my schedule. As a dog lover, I am always available to care for pets, provide a reliable service, companionship, exercise, and plenty of love for the pets I look after. As a part time teacher with summers off, I are very flexible! When caring for pets in a client's home, we follow the pet's normal routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. We provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, medication if needed, and lots of attention and affection. We also respect our clients' homes, keep them tidy, and provide updates so owners can have peace of mind while they're away.

About: I’ve worked in the vet field for 6 years, caring for dogs and cats. And I’ve been fostering for 6 years as well. I’ve had a love for animals since before I can remember. They are my passion. I care for every single one of them as my own I’m a stay at home mom. I don’t have a lot planned right now other than some up north trips and a wedding to plan. Our house can be chaos with all the animals and 2 kids. But everyone is loved and played with. We can go for walks as our neighborhood is not as busy.
About: Hello! My name is Mike and I've been fostering dogs since 2019. I've had approximately 18 come and go, only foster "failing" (foster dogs who I ended up keeping) with two who stayed and had the best golden years. I lost my most recent boy in August, a blind Bichon, just shy of his 12th birthday and after 3 great years. He was type-1 diabetic and blind, and after so much time as a foster getting his insulin regulated, he decided I was his forever family. He had a sister when I got him, a senior Yorkie with diabetes insipidus and a host of health issues. All that is to say I'm a professional at insulin, rigid medication schedules and diet maintenance. Presently I have no dogs of my own. When it comes to your dog, I'll keep your daily routine and walk schedules too, so your pups stay is as minimally disruptive to their normal routine as possible. I've fostered dogs of many breeds from Chihuahuas and a Rat Terrier to a Golden Retriever and Saint Bernard. I've had as many as 4 dogs at once so I'm open to having multiple pups at once. I'll never accept dogs from multiple families unless both families are booking together and the dogs are socialized with each other already. And I'll never cancel a confirmed stay for a more lucrative multi-dog request. I live alone in a detached house in Wallaceburg, and I work from home so your dog won't be left alone aside from short errands. I'm not big on crating dogs, leaving them free to be where they like while I'm gone. I have a den with glass door if you tell me they need smaller quarters, or you can bring your crate for me to use. I have a large fenced yard for playing fetch or dogs who need to run. This is a total dog house. I bought it due to its flat land and not having stairs, and I built a ramp down to the yard. I installed a dog door but it will stay blocked unless having access is suitable for your pups. Dogs are welcome on the couch and the bed, and will have free roam of the house (there's no basement, and garage isn't accessible). House sitting radius: the Rover app limits a 100km radius when setting the territory I can offer the services. I've got my radius set Eastward to circle Toronto, as I grew up there and love an opportunity to take gigs that get me into the city. Unfortunately I can't draw a circle that includes Windsor, but I'm happy to take gigs there too. If you're in London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Brantford, or the GTA, and you have a dog that can be left alone for 2-3hrs max, I may be willing to offer discounts on price so I can catch up with family and friends in those areas while I'm there. If you have any questions or you'd like to arrange a tour or meet and greet, don't hesitate to reach out. I work fulltime hours from home, typical office hours. I'm usually awake by 7am and bed by midnight. I don't have many friends in town so I'm home most of the time. My yard is fully fenced. I have a couple Tile tracking tags that I can attach to their collar if they're an escape artist (or you'd like to track your pups location remotely). Hazardous items like cleaning products are kept in cupboards or in my detached garage. My house is pretty dog proofed and I'm not concerned if your pup has an accident. That's what mops and upholstery cleaners are for. I think I've developed pretty good dog body language, and only correct misbehaviour by command and redirection. I'm a bit of a sucker that let's them get carried away when they're being silly, but particularly with bigger dogs I'll make sure their training is maintained (no jumping up to greet, making sure they don't assert dominance etc.)
About: Have a history of dog breeding and care, love all pets. We currently have 2 small dogs, our cat passed way last year sadly, but we love both. I work part time, three hours three times a week and so I have a lot of free time to care for the needs of your pet. I have a fully fenced in yard where even the smallest dog cannot get out. In your home I am available to help them feel comfortable and safe when you are away.

Whether your pup needs a midday stroll or some extra love while you’re out, I can be there. Your pet’s routine will always come first. About: I’ve taken care of & shown all kinds & sizes of dogs since I was 8. Currently only have one dog, but he’s a big boy. I’ve showed Golden, Poms, GSD, husky and our current pet is a Berner/Pyrenees. Groomed all of them too. Also experienced with livestock, so I can handle anything! Grew up with horses, goats, cats and rabbits. Super excited to meet your baby! I am looking to fill some time, so I would be super excited to visit your pet! I’m also very flexible on scheduling as well. I will try to keep your pet to their normal schedule, so even if you are gone, they will not be too upset. “I'm very grateful for Angie and her husband. I was a last minute booking the night before amd Angie was very quick to respond to me, a first time Rover user. I was totally unsure of my timing, if it would have to be extended and then after all that I ended up picking my girl up very early. Angie and her husband were very considerate of my needs all along, Bella had a good time, amd I was given updates and pictures. I absolutely recommend Angie, and I will be contacting her again when the need arises. Thank you Angie and family for being so loving to my best girl!”

I have no allergies and have a smoke free home! I’m a teacher during the school year, so I’m just looking to keep some animals company this summer while on break! I’m not working in the summer, so I have a lot of time to stop in and care for animals or go for walks. I can do weekdays and weekends pretty much all times of the day. I live in a new build home and subdivision, so when I walk my dog it has to be on a leash. I am happy to leash walk, harness walk, or crate animals.

I love going on walks with dogs but also snuggling up on the couch with my babies. I currently have a 8am-4pm job but it’s with family so they are very flexible if I need to leave and come back during the day. I’m currently enrolled in college online perusing a degree in marketing as well. I’m a very gentle person and I have a lot of respect for animals space. I don’t like to rush or make them feel threatened by me. I often however, hit it off very well with pets and love to play with them! I have tons of acres at my home so my dogs like to run free or on a leash if needed.

She was incredibly professional, and it was clear that Percy was in great hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter.”

“Lauren is great. I had already booked Lauren to come on a specific day where both my husband and I work long hours. On this day, my chronic illness appeared which sometimes keeps me bedridden so Lauren kept the appointment anyway and walked Mabel. I felt such relief because I feel guilty about not giving Mabel the outdoor time and exercise that she needs when I become ill. Lauren is so dependable and Mabel clearly enjoys her.”
About: I have owned dogs and cats all of my life. They definitely play an important part of my existance. I live in an area that has lots of room for a dog to get exercise. I spend much of my time outside with my pets near my side. It is important to me that any pet I am taking care of knows that they are very special to me. Your pet will become as fond of me as they are of their owners. I have spent times watching dogs and cats in their homes. I make sure that they are not missing their masters by spending extra time playing and walking them during my visits, whether it is a day visit or weekend visit. I just love our fur pals. I only work part time. My husband is home until 1:00 p.m. and I generally work only until 2:00 p.m. But that is only from May until October. Your dog will have someone around 90% of the day. I have a large yard. It is not fenced in but I keep my visiting pets on a leash at all times. They will be close by to me at all times.

We will definitely book with Sydney again!”

She assured me Luna was in good hands and to enjoy our vacation. She exceeded all of our expectations!!! Luna says thank you for taking care of me :D I would love to come back again!”
