“If you have a small dog, Beverly is unreal. My frenchie loves going to her home. She is given so much love, care and attention the entire time she is there. She has her own bed and rest area during the day with lots of toys. She never goes in a crate or cage, and plays all day long. At night Beverly lets my cookie sleep in the bed. If you are reading this go no further, Beverly provides unbelievable care. I would never consider an overnight kennel and once you try Beverly to babysit you wont either. However, I've been taking care of small dogs and pet-sitting dogs and cats for fam/friends for the last 4 years. I'm a full-time grad student, so aside from evening or afternoon classes, I'm flexible. Morning and/or Evening walking + feeding schedules are no issue. I’m a morning person! About: I grew up with all types of pets, and pet sat for friends and family throughout undergrad. I've cared predominantly for dogs, ranging from a young miniture dachshund to an elderly lab mix. I am more than happy to take on new experiences and can swiftly adapt to meet your pets needs. In addition to caring for pets, I have an ever growing (and thriving) plant collection in my own home and have frequently taken on plant sitting as well. I am a full-time law student and work part-time on the weekends. During the week, my schedule is flexible, providing me time before, after, or even between classes to check in on your pets. On the weekends, I typically work in the evening but remain free all morning. I also love to get outside and go for walks as much as I can and would love to have a furry friend come along! I believe caring for a pet in their own home is the better option. I think pets tend to feel more safe and secure in a familiar environment, which can help counter having an unfamiliar person around at the start. Additionally, in their own home, pets have access to all the food, toys, and other comforts they are used to. My first priority is to make sure your pet is safe and happy. I am always more than happy to adapt to your pets specific needs.

I usually have to give a lot of instructions for sitters, but not so much with Jess, she just knows what to do. I especially noticed that Halle was more relaxed after staying with Jess. Now that she is used to her, I feel really comfortable leaving Halle with Jess.”

About: 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages have taught me that every dog really is one-of-a-kind, and I honor all of their unique personalities and needs. I do sincerely respect dogs, but I always have so much fun spending time with them! I’m a student, and I’m busy with class from 12:30-4 M-TH, and I sell baked goods every other Sunday, but I have time to be in and out on those days. I have a medium-small 3rd floor apartment with a very gentle 8 year old poodle, who I’ve noticed is a comforting presence to nervous dogs. I live a very short walk away from a great dog park.
