My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! About: I’ve grown up having dogs and cats around me my entire life and there’s nothing I love more than keeping my furry friends safe and happy 💕 I have a flexible schedule that allows pet care to be a regular part of my daily routine. I work part-time as a party princess, primarily on select weekends, and gigs are infrequent and scheduled ahead of time. Because of this, I’m able to commit fully to feeding schedules, walks, check-ins, and quality time, ensuring pets receive dependable and focused care. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I follow all instructions closely for feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and bedtime routines. I make sure pets feel comfortable and secure in their familiar environment while keeping the home clean and respected. I also will provide updates so owners feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for.
About: I have experience taking care of all types of dogs. I grew up with great Danes so im not scared of big dogs. I can train puppies. I am available 24-7 for pet care! I have open availability which means more time taking care of your fur baby. I look forward to working for you! I have a fenced in yard for small to medium sized dogs. I prefer to watch them at your place if possible. I am willing to crate your fur baby if needed.
About: I volunteer at a shelter almost weekly, so I have tons of experience with different dog breeds and knowledge of administering pills and eye/ear drops! I work part-time currently, so I’m available Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I can also check in on Saturday and Sunday depending on the time when I work! I have two lovely smaller dogs at home that are crate trained and they get walked daily and are taken to the dog park weekly.

About: Hello, my name is Amanda! I would be honored to provide peace of mind, knowing your home &/or pets are safe and cared for, while you are away, during the day or longer. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, doggy daycare, boarding and house sitting. Additionally, I have experience taking care of my parent's diabetic cat, when they went out of town, which included giving him insulin shots twice a day, so I am comfortable with some medical needs' animals. My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I know just how much I loved my dog and wanted to protect him and keep him happy & healthy as long as possible, and I promise to treat your pets the same. I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. About: For the past ten years I’ve worked in the area as a veterinary assistant and also have experience in dog daycare and grooming. I enjoy developing relationships with pets and their humans! Being a home away from home is an huge honor to me. I am currently available during weekdays for daycare. I have a great space at my home and neighborhood to keep your dog company for the day. I am now doing pet sitting from my home and able to stay at your home. Whatever your pet is most comfortable with! I have a fenced in yard and my own dog that would love to play. I also have a great neighborhood to explore with your pet. The latest pick up time is 6:30pm but can accommodate if something comes up.
