About: I have had cats in my life for more than 30 years. I know they can range from independent to shy to super affectionate companions. It took me nothing but a couple weeks to turn the frightened creatures whole mindset around by showing it love & compassion. About: I have worked at the Humane Society of South Central Michigan for 8 months now and absolutely love working with the dogs and cats there. I have also pet sitted on occasion for a family friend that has 3 dogs and 3 cats. I also have been asked by a friend to check in on her dog and let her go potty outside and give her some loving. I also worked at Camp Wakonda in the nature center so I have experience working with not just dogs and cats, but other pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, a snake, bearded dragon, and a hedgehog. I work part time at the Humane Society. My hrs vary depending on how my boss makes the schedule for each week. I usually work Sundays 8 to 3. Sometimes Mondays 8 to 3 if in the dog area, and 8 to noon if the cat area. Tuesday through Friday I work 8 to noon and sometimes a day or two of the week I have the afternoon shift noon to 5. I don't own any animals of my own right now, but I have cared for animals at work and for friends when they need a pet sitter. When I care for any animal I will not neglect them. I will play with them if they want attention. I will groom them if they need it. I will feed and water them if given instructions to do so. I will give them lots of loving.
About: I have taken care of cats for many years; usually when I horse-sit for pet owners they have barn cats and house cats that I care for alongside them. Tracki runs on global GPS (satellite feedback) and not cellular feedback, giving that extra security for your pups with no interruption in tracking! Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. I also provide optional training for dogs. I have five years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a high volume multi-species setting. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. Your pups will have access to multiple sections of my home, a fenced play yard, and walks over 120 acres of farm fields and streamed woods! I offer basic puppy training during board and day stays, including potty and crate training. I will gladly accept shark puppies, understanding completely how difficult these pups can be for many caretakers who are not experienced in their breed characteristics. About: I have grown up around working dogs helping my mom with care and training. I am comfortable with all dogs big and small, young and old. I have raised dogs from puppies to seniors and can administer medications, I even have experience with catheters if needed. I can assist with agility and obedience training for enrichment and set up activities to keep your pup stimulated. I have two years of experience volunteering at the Kalamazoo Nature Center in animal care so I can even provide care to snakes, salamanders, toads, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and birds. I am currently attending KCC in Battle Creek and have classes from 1pm - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday. My weekends are typically free but I will of course communicate any schedule conflicts. I follow the owners routine and requests to a t to ensure their fur babies are as comfortable as possible while their parents are away.
About: I have had pets my whole life and love to spend time and play with all animals. I have been dog and cat sitting for 8 years for coworkers and friends. I have a 5 year old Catahoula Hound mix that I adopted from the SPCA! When I house sit he does need to come with me. He has never had issues with other dogs or cats. I am a medical assistant during the week for Bronson and would love to spend time with animals on the weekends or after work playing or going for walks. I make a point to let the animal smell and come to me. It is their environment and they don't know me yet! Once they are comfortable I love to get on the ground and play.
About: I've had numerous pets throughout my life and they can be a big hassle. But it's always worth it in the end. I hope I can make it a little easier and reassuring for you! I live with only one cat at the moment, which is surprising I don't have more pets. But I do take care of my sister's 2 dogs sometimes. I kinda miss having more pets, but I can't get any at the moment, sadly. So I'm hoping this a good outlet for that. I hope to stop by and help your pet when I can, or give them a good walk. I always think that pets should get a good walk/run in at least once a day, especially if it's an energetic blue heeler or something. And I always enjoy a walk too. But if that's not their thing, I'm cool with chilling too and giving all the loving and pets.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, my dogs are my babies and I would treat yours the same. Fully fenced in yard to play fetch in and run around I’m currently a stay at home dog dad so they will never be left alone, always ready to take outside and let play with toys. I let my dogs out every couple of hours, always have food available for them and take them outside to play fetch whenever the weather permits

About: Hello! I am a second year veterinary student at the University of Illinois. I am home in MI with my parents for the summer, so I’d love to care for your pet(s) while you’re away. I have experience with dogs and cats of all temperaments and energy levels. I am also Fear Free certified, so I pride myself on providing comfortable visits. I will be in the Battle Creek area from June through August. Come August, I will be in the Champaign, IL area. My daily/weekly schedule is fairly open as I do not have a current job. My pets are allowed on furniture. However, I will respect whatever rules you have in place with your pet. I tend to do an outside break every 2-4 hours depending on weather, but in the summer most days are spent outside. I feed my dog on a 2 meal schedule, but can accommodate the pet(s) normal meal routines.
