We are very protective of Mocha, and Logan made sure she was safe and getting along with their cat and one other dog they were caring for during part her stay. I know if they were not getting along he would have kept them separate and protected her. But turns out they all got along. About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We've always had at least one dog in our household and also currently live with a cat. I have also walked other dogs and have taken care of dogs here on my own. I currently am unemployed and am not yet in school so my schedule is completely open. About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs for the past 5 years, varying from Great Danes, English Mastiff's, and even including smaller breeds such as Shihtzu's. I am attending mott as a student for EMT, the schooling takes place in the mornings, so I should be available basically any time after 3pm. We have an invisible fence with buzz collars, so they dont shock the animals. I have also dealt with a Rottweiler that needed to be in a crate at night.

I was in town camping at bay City with my dog and friends and realized the weather was far too hot for him to be outside all day so I found Lynda last minute to take Atlas during the day when it was the hottest and she accomadated my last minute request! My Atlas can be skiddish and anxious easily and he ended up having a fantastic time I was so pleased and it was such a weight off my shoulders to know he was well taken care of! About: Dogs have been a significant part of my life, holding a special place in my heart. Growing up, my mother was involved in rescuing dogs, and we even took part in fostering. This experience exposed me to dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I've undergone basic dog training and share my life with a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Millie. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: I've taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. We've always had at least one dog in our household and also currently live with a cat. I have also walked other dogs and have taken care of dogs here on my own. I currently am unemployed and am not yet in school so my schedule is completely open. The only issue that I might have for these next few months would be an issue with scheduling with the rest of my household. About: I have taken care of pets my entire life from guinea pigs to elderly dogs. I am a graduate from the University of Michigan and am studying at Tufts for the next two years.
