I'm comfortable with all sizes of dogs! I'm currently a stay at home parent so it's just me and occasionally my husband while the kids are at school! The kids walk to and from school so I don't even have to leave the house! While my yard is not fenced in right now, it is on our home improvement list! I'd say it's partially fenced currently, a storm pulled down some panels but your dog would never be left unsupervised! Dogs would have full access to any furniture they want to cuddle up on, and can be crated if that's what you prefer for them at nighttime or times I'm out of the home.
