“Dan and Kelly were amazing with our two dogs!! This is our first time using Rover and also our first time leaving our pups with someone who wasn’t our family, they are 8 & 9. Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”
About: I’ve had dogs since I was young and have experience taking care of a variety of breeds. We have a safe, caring environment for pups that will make them feel like they are at home! We are available for boarding on the weekends, and can watch dogs during the week, but will not be home from 8-3. We have safe spaces for pups to relax during the day. We have a Shih Tzu, Woodson, that stays on our main floor with us most times. We do not have a fenced in yard, so we let him out on a leash. We live in a small neighborhood with little traffic. It is ideal for taking dogs on walks, and our neighbors either leash their dogs or have electric fences. Very safe!

I pay close attention to changes in their health, behavior, and overall well-being, and I bring that same level of attentiveness to every pet in my care. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will treat both your home and your companion with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, training, household rules, and daily routines to ensure your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you are away. At bedtime, I am happy to follow whatever sleeping arrangement your pet is accustomed to, whether that means sleeping in a crate, on their own bed, or sharing a room with me. My goal is to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable. My boyfriend and I live together, but I will be your pet’s primary caregiver. My schedule is flexible with advance notice, but for our daily schedule I do biking with my husky, playtime in the back yard, and the pups nap or have hangout time in the dog den! I have a garage for grooming and introductions, then two gates used to separate the dog areas from the rest of the house. Within the dog area is a finished basement and den if dogs need to be separated. At this time, I have 2 crates of different sizes for use if needed or desired. The backyard is fully fenced and great for runners to get out excess energy.

About: I am a Licensed Veterinary Technician and hold a Bachelors in Animal Science. I have worked professionally with animals since I was 16. I am comfortable with all breeds, ages, temperaments, and medical conditions. I am most likely to be free if booked 1 month+ in advance. I cannot provide care during the week due to my work schedule unless your dog has some way to potty during the day (ie dog door). I take exceptional care of the pets I am charged with! I stay the night at a client's home when requested, though I can also drive back and forth if you would rather I not stay in your home. I work full time (M, Tu, Th, F) and I am off Wednesdays and weekends. On the days I work, I can still provide midday potty breaks over my lunch depending on distance from my workplace in Greenville. While my household follows a generally relaxed routine, I understand that many pets thrive on structure. If your dog is most comfortable on a leash or tie-out while outside, I am more than happy to accommodate those preferences. All of my dogs are current on their vaccinations and receive routine veterinary care. I pay close attention to changes in their health, behavior, and overall well-being, and I bring that same level of attentiveness to every pet in my care. If I am caring for your pet in your home, I will treat both your home and your companion with the utmost respect. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, training, household rules, and daily routines to ensure your pet experiences as little disruption as possible while you are away. At bedtime, I am happy to follow whatever sleeping arrangement your pet is accustomed to, whether that means sleeping in a crate, on their own bed, or sharing a room with me. My goal is to maintain their normal routine so they feel secure and comfortable. My boyfriend and I live together, but I will be your pet’s primary caregiver.
