She took him into her yard, on a leash, & to a nearby trail. No doubt he loved that. It was my fault that he had to be exposed to another dog for his last 3 days, as I initially got my return date wrong . But he dealt with that pretty well, it seems.”

“Lindsay was amazing! She watched our 3 cats while we were away and took such great care of them. She was extremely prompt on arriving each day and would stay extra long to give them all the attention and love they needed. She would even go out of her way to go find one of them if they were hiding under a bed to make sure they were ok. Our cats all have very different personalities and Lindsay was great at reading those and giving each cat the attention or space it needed. About: I am a stay at home mom with 2 school - aged boys. My kids love dogs almost as much as I do and are very good at helping out with them. I have been a dog owner for 30+ years and our dogs have always been treated like family, including having their own Christmas stockings. We adopted our sweet senior rottie mix, Roary, back in 2023 and our indoor/outdoor kitten, Biscuit, in 2025. I will only care for dogs in my home that get along with children, dogs, and cats so everyone will feel comfortable. If your dog plays well with others, (s)he will be treated as family! I work from home, so I spend the majority of my day at home. Your pet will not be alone for long, if at all. We live on 3 acres and while we don’t have a fenced yard, your pet will spend plenty of time outside (on a leash) and be walked around the yard every few hours. I currently work from home. I will be able to take your pet for multiple walks daily and attend to their needs consistently. Even though I work from home, my time is important. Last minute requests will have a $25 charge added to the booking. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a good amount of property and will walk your pup throughout the day. If they need more exercise, I do have a long lead I can put them on to play fetch or just run around. I do not allow the pups to be outside unsupervised or unleashed at any time.

I did attend a vet tech program in 2018. I have experience with puppies, all the way to senior care. I am comfortable and experienced at administering meds as well! About: I’ve owned and taken care of animals since I was a young girl. I got my first puppy in second grade and she was with me until I turned 18. She was a Boston, so I know the special care and attention that brachys need. My current pup is an 8 year old, slightly reactive German Shepherd. I am able to accommodate various needs to make your pup more comfortable. I cannot remember the last time we have went for a walk at a “normal” time haha. I also have a lot of experience caring for elderly dogs and can lift, hand feed, prepare special meals, tidy messes, etc. I currently dog sit twice a week for a family member (though am unsure how long it will be continuing) and am in school full time online alongside extracurricular activities. I am chronically ill and currently unable to work a “normal” job, so dog sitting allows me to do something I love while also prioritizing my own health. The only set times where I am busy are Tues/Thurs after 8pm, Fridays at 5-6pm, & Sundays from around 10-1pm (until 5/24, then just 10-11:30 am). I currently offer in house dog sitting/check ins, which means I can come check on your fur baby in the comfort of your own home. My responsibilities for my current gig are making sure pup is fed, let outside multiple times (if it is not just warm enough to let him hang out in the yard as long as he wants), and some basic cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, vacuuming, mopping floors). I would be happy to discuss this sort of thing with you as well!

About: I’ve had experience with dogs my whole life. Growing up, my family bred Australian shepherds. I’ve owned small dogs like a Chihuahua and big dogs like Great Pyrenees. I’ve had experience with just about every breed of dog. I’m a pitbull lover as I currently own one. I love taking walks and giving lots of cuddles! I currently work full time in a school so I get plenty of time off including holiday breaks and summer hours. I only work 7 hours a day Monday-Friday. So I’m available for overnight care.
