“Félix is beyond AMAZING ! He has such a beautiful heart and Love for dogs. I took my Shelby over for a meet and greet. I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend. I was a little nervous at first as I understood it was Tyler's first time pilling a cat, but he had no problems and our kids received all of the medication, morning and evening. We received daily updates and pictures during his visits, which made me relax and enjoy our trip that much more. Tyler was very responsive throughout the entire process, from booking to coming home. About: I often joke that I like animals more than people and with that being said, I can promise that I will love on your furbaby as if they were my own. My Chihuahua-Jack Russell recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and my house has been too quiet. This opportunity with Rover will bring some joy back to my life, hopefully with a side of snuggles. I’ve been watching cats & dogs since I was a pre-teen. I grew up in a house with 2 cats, as well. I work Monday-Friday, but I have plenty of time on the weekends to walk and play with your dog. I am open to house-sitting at your residence if that is better for the animals. I'm available 24/7 for boarding at my house, as long as your pup is crate-trained and okay being home alone for 6-8 hours as I do work full time Monday-Friday. Same hours go for housesitting at the pet's home. I have lots of space to roam in the house. Couch and bed are free spaces. If your pet prefers to be crated at night, I am happy to do so. At your house, I am happy to follow all rules set in place.

About: I’ve had cats before I was even born! My parents rescued a cat a year before I was born and he was 20 years old before he passed away. He was treated like any other family member and he sparked my deep love for cats. So much so that I rescued a kitten from Texas when I was 10 years old and I learned even more about the care and dedication it takes to have a cat. Then 10 years later I officially adopted my own cat from TC Paws Rescue! He came to me with stomach issues that required him to be on medicated kibble and I fought to find the root cause of his issue to help his quality of life. I soon found out that he has a food intolerance to all seafood! After cutting out all the fish products from his diet, he hasn’t had any stomach issues since! And to me this is an example of the unconditional love that cats teach you. I could’ve kept my cat on that kibble diet and not question it but cats are family and like family you fight for them no matter what. Regardless of the hassle or battle it may cause because every animal should have the best chance at a wonderful life and we’re their advocates.

About: I’ve had all sorts of pets growing up but I have the most experience with dogs and cats. I’ve been around many different dogs with all sorts of training and personalities. I have two dogs that we got when they were puppies and I helped train them. I taught them all sorts of things like the basics but also secret hand shakes and hand signals. I currently work full time and my hours vary. Sometimes I am available any time after 3 pm or any time before 12 am. But my schedule is completely free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I care for pets by sticking to their feeding schedule, spread out times of play/interaction, walks, grooming, bathing, and light training. I do think it’s very important to make sure dogs are socialized with people and other dogs if able to. And for cats i know it is especially important to have activities for them or interactive play time to decrease the chance of boredom.

About: I personally have had 2 dogs and 3 cats. My one pup, which recently passed, was a small Shi-Tzu/Chihuahua female, who was spunky and loved to play and cuddle. My current dog who is living back in Michigan is a 5 year old Husky male mix. He is a rescue pup, flown in from Lebanon (the country!) after a vet found him severely wounded in the streets. He loves to run, and is the biggest attention hog now! I also have had 3 cats, 1 currently- a fluffy orange tabby who is an absolute dork but lovable nonetheless. He does not currently live in the apartment with me, so I miss him dearly. It is quite rare for me to meet an animal I don't feel comfortable around! I am currently working part-time and control my hours, so I am extremely flexible with whatever needs your fur babies may need! I do not have any current vacations planned either. I'm always cautious of safety for any animal. I like to get as many details from the owners on what their animal likes/dislikes so that I can create a comfortable environment for them.

I work weekends mostly so I am free during the week alot and can even to weird 3rd shift hours if needed. Very flexible when I can be. I like to try and meet up before the sitting so I can know how your pet is taken care of so I can keep them in the same routine even when your gone.

I believe animals truly are our bestfriends and you can be positive they will be treated as my own while under my care! As a bonus, one of my hobbies is photography, you can expect a beautiful photo or two of your babies and of course the standard daily photos to keep you up to date on your babies. I am blessed with a work from home position, while house sitting, so long as I can access your wifi, I will be able to be in the home full time. For drop ins and dog walking I have full weekend availability and Wednesday most of the day! The rest of the week I can do early morning (before 9) or late night (after 8). I follow any and all of your personal rules for your pet and then some. Whatever you say and need for your pet I can and will accommodate. I am very protective, probably "over protective" of our babies and I will always ensure they are leashed, doors stay closed and locked, even with "darters" (I have my own experience with a darter) and will ensure everything is left how you have it, I fully believe in leaving no trace when caring for a home, your home will be just as sparkling as you left it!

“Félix is beyond AMAZING ! He has such a beautiful heart and Love for dogs. I took my Shelby over for a meet and greet. I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend.
