“My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”

About: I’ve helped dog-sit my neighbor’s pups over the last 10 years and have loved every encounter with them. I recently lost my best friend (border collie mutt) of 13 years, and am looking to help any other owners out!! I love running with dogs, so if you have an energetic one that needs exercise I am happy to help! I am also comfortable walking, playing, stopping in, feeding, conducting potty breaks, and spending the night with all pets! About: I often joke that I like animals more than people and with that being said, I can promise that I will love on your furbaby as if they were my own. My Chihuahua-Jack Russell recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and my house has been too quiet. This opportunity with Rover will bring some joy back to my life, hopefully with a side of snuggles. I’ve been watching cats & dogs since I was a pre-teen. I grew up in a house with 2 cats, as well. I work Monday-Friday, but I have plenty of time on the weekends to walk and play with your dog. I'm available 24/7 for boarding at my house, as long as your pup is crate-trained and okay being home alone for 6-8 hours as I do work full time Monday-Friday. My aunt has two German Shepards and a pit-bull that I watch quite often so I have experience with bigger dogs as well. I’m currently working a full time job from 8:30-4:30 PM, M-F. I can watch a dog any day during the week and or overnight as long as they can go that long without potty breaks! If the house is nearby I can go on my lunches to let the pets out :) We currently have an electric fence and colar for our puppy and are very cautious any time letting him out. About: I have been a Pack Leader at The Indoor Dog Park and Daycare since March of this year, I am now looking for a more flexible way to work with animals. Plenty of experience all the way from small skittish beagles to large reactive pit mix’s. Also have experience with cats, all the way to senior cats with disabilities/health concerns (hearing & kidney failure) to fat cats with spicy attitude, I would like to say I have a plethora of different experience to care for your pet. Lastly, I think I would be a great sitter by being patient and simply understanding what pets mean to people! I do work full time in office but have work from home flexibility, as well as I pick my hours so can be available if needed. I prefer boarding on the weekends but can be available during the week! I can be available to let your dog out every 2 hours if needed, as well as give medication, feed them, and play with them as well. I live in a 1BR Deluxe duplex, have half of the first floor house to myself, so ample room for another or two. Do have liter box, as well as enough space for another if needed. As well as enough space for a dog crate and their favorite toys, food and treats :) My young pit mix has plenty of space shared with Gibby my cat, but they always choose to lay on the same bed together !

Currently my husband and I work opposite schedule, someone is often home with the animals. If not, we will confirm you are comfortable with the duration we leave (if care is in our own home). I will care for your pet in any way that is needed or requested! We give lots of attention and care because we know that pets can be uncomfortable in a new environment or with a new person! We want your pet to be comfortable in any space!

“My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”

“I had to leave town last weekend and decided to see what boarding my dog Ding with somebody from Rover might be like. I hit the jackpot when I decided to reach out to Roman and Suzanne. Right from the get go they were extremely responsive and had the answers to all my questions. And so friendly! We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. “Jacob was wonderful and easy to work with and our dog loved his stay! Jacob starts off with a meet and greet to make sure your pet meshes well with his dogs and I think he did a great job slowly introducing each of his dogs to Thor. Jacob watched Thor over the Fourth of July and although Thor doesn’t mind fireworks he mentioned that they do have thunder vests in case Thor got anxious. Jacob sent pictures throughout the stay and was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be rebooking!”
