“This was my first experience leaving our dog, Nova (border collie), with strangers overnight, but Natalie allowed us to visit with her twice at her home a few days before the booking, and that helped tremendously. I really appreciated that. Nova warmed to Natalie right away and I know this made Nova feel more secure when I dropped her off for the weekend. I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. Also, Nova is the only animal in our household and she "rules the roost," so I was glad that she had other canine company. Natalie sent texts and photos to me while I was away and Nova looked alert, calm, and content. I really appreciated getting little messages about Nova and answering any questions Natalie may have had. While I did think about Nova a lot during the weekend (we've had her all her life and she's 9 now), I did not worry about her. I felt she was safe, looked after, and treated kindly. If I had to board her again close by, my first choice would be Natalie. Thank you so much, Natalie!”

Christina clearly knows how to manage dogs to keep them comfortable and everyone safe; she introduced her dogs thoughtfully and had a great set up for separation as needed. She was punctual for drop off and pick up, sent pictures, kept him clean (no easy feat!), and communication was excellent. When we were planning this trip I was concerned our poor Ramen would be stressed and miserable but after finding Christina and seeing how much fun he was having, I was more concerned he wouldn’t want to come home!”

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.

About: I recently lost my 14 y/o Coonhound (Jazzy) She was the bestest girl in the world, and the best friend anyone could ask for. I am not ready for another dog just yet, but I would love to have another heartbeat in the house. My schedule is very flexible, in the event that I have to run some errands, I am happy to take your dog for a car ride with me. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and in close proximity to trails for long walks that I often frequent. Also, I could not be happier to have your dog hang out on the couch with me while I read or work from home.

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have worked with all kinds of sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I currently volunteer with the ARLGP, and love the skills I learn every day from the dogs and other animals there. Whether your dog is the easiest to walk, or needs some special attention (and strength!), I am here to help! Your pets may come back with better manners than when they left :) I am a business owner, and am often home at my property in Topsham enjoying the sunshine or local trails with them. Despite my own travel, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible! We have a small portion of our yard that has a light fence, we usually just walk the dogs or take them to the nearby dog park. Our little guy is an ex-escape artist, so we are always double checking, paying attention, and increasing security on walks / outings! Safety is a huge priority!

I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.

It's been a fulfilling opportunity to be there for families when something comes up and their pets need a safe place to stay. Now that my kids are starting school, I'm extending my services to add dog walking and drop in visits Monday through Friday. I have insurance for all of my services. Ranch style house with no stairs and a small back porch with a yard that is NOT fenced in. We have a 25ft vinyl covered tie out cable that reaches most of the backyard so dogs can wander around in the sun, or the shade under the maple trees. There is a spare bedroom for any pets that prefer a quiet place

“This was my first experience leaving our dog, Nova (border collie), with strangers overnight, but Natalie allowed us to visit with her twice at her home a few days before the booking, and that helped tremendously. I really appreciated that. Nova warmed to Natalie right away and I know this made Nova feel more secure when I dropped her off for the weekend. I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. Also, Nova is the only animal in our household and she "rules the roost," so I was glad that she had other canine company. Natalie sent texts and photos to me while I was away and Nova looked alert, calm, and content. I really appreciated getting little messages about Nova and answering any questions Natalie may have had. While I did think about Nova a lot during the weekend (we've had her all her life and she's 9 now), I did not worry about her. I felt she was safe, looked after, and treated kindly. I really appreciated the care she took during the meet and greet she beat me to suggesting; our awkward teenage pup has not been around many dogs and I was concerned about how he’d do boarding with other dogs. Christina clearly knows how to manage dogs to keep them comfortable and everyone safe; she introduced her dogs thoughtfully and had a great set up for separation as needed. She was punctual for drop off and pick up, sent pictures, kept him clean (no easy feat!), and communication was excellent. When we were planning this trip I was concerned our poor Ramen would be stressed and miserable but after finding Christina and seeing how much fun he was having, I was more concerned he wouldn’t want to come home!”

About: I recently lost my 14 y/o Coonhound (Jazzy) She was the bestest girl in the world, and the best friend anyone could ask for. I am not ready for another dog just yet, but I would love to have another heartbeat in the house. My schedule is very flexible, in the event that I have to run some errands, I am happy to take your dog for a car ride with me. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and in close proximity to trails for long walks that I often frequent. Also, I could not be happier to have your dog hang out on the couch with me while I read or work from home.
