“This was my first experience leaving our dog, Nova (border collie), with strangers overnight, but Natalie allowed us to visit with her twice at her home a few days before the booking, and that helped tremendously. I really appreciated that. Nova warmed to Natalie right away and I know this made Nova feel more secure when I dropped her off for the weekend. I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. Also, Nova is the only animal in our household and she "rules the roost," so I was glad that she had other canine company. Natalie sent texts and photos to me while I was away and Nova looked alert, calm, and content. I really appreciated getting little messages about Nova and answering any questions Natalie may have had. While I did think about Nova a lot during the weekend (we've had her all her life and she's 9 now), I did not worry about her. I felt she was safe, looked after, and treated kindly. About: I have worked many different animal specific jobs over the years. From pet stores, dog bathing, to overnight doggie daycares. There have always been animals around me at home, especially dogs! Now that my childhood dog (Brownie) is getting older, I’ve also gained more experience with senior canines too. I am currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to give attention to and care for your precious fur friend(s)! I am available for check-ins any day of the week after 11am. My family is able to help with transportation, but please discuss details with me ahead of time for availability if needed. My house has a spacious front and backyard, including an invisible fence that both of my dogs are trained with. There are plenty of dog beds, water bowls, and a big bucket of toys laying around inside the house. There is also multiple doggie doors leading from the inside of the garage and into the house (both have slide door blockers as well). I am located on a quiet dirt road and can offer dog walks to get extra energy out. A bathtub is also on the top floor if you’re interested in giving your pooch a relaxing spa day. I love taking photos/videos, don’t hesitate to ask!

As a teen, my family rescued a young cat named Bella off the streets when she was about 6 months old and she became the absolute love of my life. Years later, my family welcomed two kittens into the home while Bella was already a senior cat, so I've experienced the full range, from raising playful kittens to caring gently for an older, more settled cat. That mix taught me how differently cats communicate depending on their age and personality, and how important it is to respect their boundaries rather than force interaction. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. I’m working full-time, but I have free time to help you walk, feed, take care of your pet/pets. Early mornings and nightly visits are totally doable, depending on the day I currently am not able to have pets at my house. But I can assure that your pets will be taken care of with the tools and space provided and more. From taking potty-breaks, playing outside, to making sure they are fed and watered, taking their medicine. Whatever may be the case. I will also change litter and keep your space clean, as if you never left!

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 5 and did Rover during college for about two years! I am now a night shift nurse looking to make a little extra cash and get some pup (and cat) lovings. I am a night shift labor and delivery nurse that works three shifts a week. I can usually do drop-ins in the mornings after work, or in the evenings before I head in! I do not have any pets of my own, so they get all the attention to themself. This allows me to be able to provide the most safe care for your pup.

About: Since I was a young child, I’ve taken care of an assortment of pets. This list includes a squirrel, iguanas, chameleons, bearded dragons, dogs, cats, horses, and birds. I have no professional (paid for) experience, but I am very knowledgeable about how to care for pets properly. I am new here, and I would love to start building some connections. I am available Sundays and Mondays all day. Tuesdays through Saturday I am available anytime before of after 8am to 4pm. Let me know what works for you! For my own personal pets, two cats, I manage to clean their litter every morning. I change the water in their fountain every morning as well. Both have plenty of outdoor time with a fenced in yard. Every day they get extra stimulation by playing with their favorite human friend (me). They always get extra cuddles too!

I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. About: I have worked many different animal specific jobs over the years. From pet stores, dog bathing, to overnight doggie daycares. There have always been animals around me at home, especially dogs! Now that my childhood dog (Brownie) is getting older, I’ve also gained more experience with senior canines too. I am currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to give attention to and care for your precious fur friend(s)! I am available for check-ins any day of the week after 11am. My family is able to help with transportation, but please discuss details with me ahead of time for availability if needed. My house has a spacious front and backyard, including an invisible fence that both of my dogs are trained with. There are plenty of dog beds, water bowls, and a big bucket of toys laying around inside the house. There is also multiple doggie doors leading from the inside of the garage and into the house (both have slide door blockers as well). I am located on a quiet dirt road and can offer dog walks to get extra energy out. A bathtub is also on the top floor if you’re interested in giving your pooch a relaxing spa day. I love taking photos/videos, don’t hesitate to ask!
