About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I grew up with a cat who was much more than a pet—because I didn’t have any brothers or sisters, she was my best friend and constant companion. About: We love taking care of dogs! We are the go-to pet sitters for our friends and family, and now that we are up in Portland, would love to be the go-to sitter for your pup! We've cared for a range of dogs, from puppies to senior pups, and all sizes in between. We have a wonderful 5-year old rescue pup named Dill. He is extremely sweet and does well with other dogs at the dog park and obedience classes. We request that all dogs that stay with us for doggy day care or boarding are friendly with other dogs. We do have space to keep pups separated for breaks, if needed. We both currently work full time jobs away from home, Mon - Friday 9-5, so would not be able to care for dogs that can’t be left alone for the workday. We would still take your pup out for a lunchtime potty break! During the week, our evenings are typically spent at home and the weekends are usually open! We currently live in a large 1 bed apartment with our rescue dog Dill. Your pup would be the only additional dog that we care for and we would introduce them to our pup at a comfortable pace! We have a partially-enclosed backyard and are near the Western Promenade for adventures.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life—from Cavapoos to Corgis to Wheaten Terriors to Doodles, to Boxers! I’ve also had the pleasure of having a Goldendoodle of my own as well! She asked me great questions and was very considerate; for example asking first if it would be ok to give my dog a certain treat. She’s very mindful of animal interaction and knows each dog and situation are different. This was my first Rover experience and I hope they’re all as good as this was. Thank you Anne!”

About: While I am new to Rover, I have lots of experience dog and cat sitting for friends and family. My whole life there’s been a rotation of dogs in my home (my parents never bothered getting a dog because we watched our friends’ so often) and in recent years I frequently do house visits to feed and entertain pets. I have had a cat before who I loved wholeheartedly and I would love to take care of yours. Please consider me as a candidate to help your family. Thank you! I have a flexible work schedule, so I can dog walk almost any time of day. However, I am not home all the time if your pet needs 24 hour care. For overnight jobs, happy to take your pet to my house or stay at yours. House is not puppy proof but I would be happy to set up an area for them. I have no pets at home.
