I grew up with a cat who was much more than a pet—because I didn’t have any brothers or sisters, she was my best friend and constant companion. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of family and friends since I was in my teens, but more extensively in college and since. For 3 years I boarded and sat for three different family friends. I’ve personally helped raise 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’ve even helped herd sheep and tamed alpacas! I work nearly full-time as a server at a restaurant, so Wednesday to Saturday night I’m unavailable for somewhere between 6-9 hours on those days. When I have my off days I’m usually at home or out for a walk. I’m usually efficient with my errands and have extensive free time on off days. My apartment is a one bedroom, so if I’m not playing around the apartment with the pet, I’d want to bring them on a walk or to the park. I’m committed to following your instructions carefully and caring for your dog the way you would, so they feel safe, loved, and right at home! I work remotely from 9–5 Monday through Friday, so I’m available every evening and on weekends for pet care. Since I work from home, I’m also happy to provide longer daytime stays or overnight care, as long as I’m able to work from your home. My flexible schedule allows me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, and care throughout the day. I prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication for every pet in my care. Before a booking, I like to learn about each pet’s routine, personality, dietary needs, medications, exercise preferences, and any potential concerns. I follow the pet parent’s instructions carefully and keep a close eye on pets so I can respond quickly if anything seems unusual. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the same care and respect I would my own. I keep doors, gates, and other escape routes secure, maintain a clean environment, and make sure pets have access to fresh water, food, and a comfortable place to rest. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident while they’re away!
About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.
