For clients who allow my partner to join me on my sittings (who is insured under my private sittings insurance), there is the ability to offer more frequent potty breaks as him and I typically work opposite schedules. No other guests/ friends/ family will ever join me during a dog sitting. Constant Care: Constant care is applied to any sitting that doesn’t allow me to leave for more than 4 hours of the day, per day. About: I'm a work at home pet mom with a large yard, lots of toys, and a calm and welcoming house. I've always had large dogs from mixed breeds to Great Danes, but love and appreciate all types of well mannered dogs. My house sits well off the road, so its quiet and I hike or trail walk almost daily. I am adept at giving medicine, cleaning wounds and dealing with incontinent dogs, but I will only board dogs who are respectful of my cats. I am currently working from home on my own schedule. Boarded dogs who enjoy car rides can come with me on errands or outings. While each day may different, my activities will be built around the needs of the animals I am caretaking, especially if separation anxiety is an issue. I will care for your animals as per your instructions and the capabilities of your pet. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have installed a run line in the past. If a dog is used to being crated, receiving treats, or sleeping on the couch - no problem. Conversely, I don't give animals people food, and if you want your pets to stay off furniture I will strictly honor that as well. My house is small but open, so it is easy to keep an eye on them.

This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is! I currently have a flexible remote job. About: I have always been an animal lover, growing up in the countryside with an array of horses, goats, dogs and cats. I currently have two labradors (one is an *angel* and can calm even the most Nervous Nellies, and the other just wants you to throw the dang ball!). I have a large fenced-in area, wooded trails for curious noses and a food dehydrator for the occasional, chewy treat (with permission). For sure you can expect that your pup will be treated as one of our own with play, snuggles and comfy places to rest. I have help from a trustworthy teen and, at present, incredible flexibility in my schedule. I am really excited to host your furry family members! I am currently at home full-time. Multiple fetch sessions and walks in the woods throughout the day are the norm. During longer stays, I am am happy to take your dog on a hike in one of the nearby preserves. I have two very friendly dogs who would love some company! Note, I do have a twin daybed in my room that boarders are welcome to sleep on, or there is a spare room if they prefer a private space.

About: Dog care shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg! Whether you’re going on vacation or need some help after surgery, I’m more than happy to do anything and everything in between to help you and your pup(s) during your time of need! I work Mondays and Tuesdays 11p-7a so I can check in on pets late at night or early in the morning! Wednesday through Sunday I *only* do Rover, so I can focus on helping pet parents. I make sure to ask clarifying questions during meet and greets, then follow them to the T during visits in the future. Chores are done first if needed (cleaning litter box, letting out pups, food/water, etc) which I try to keep to under 10 minutes in order to give the majority of my time to the pet and spending time with them.

About: I've grown up with German Shepard's being bred in my home, have been surrounded and trusted all of my life with pet care from a very young age by friends and family. Have my own dog now, Nahla, who is very loved & well behaved. Depending on the temperament of your dog we can introduce, or your dog and I can have a solo adventure if that's what they'd prefer too! I'm currently available any day of the week, during any daytime hours, and for multiple hour excursions. My work schedule (for the time being) is very flexible, so I am able to create my own hours. I am currently only taking dogs on hikes/ long walks at the moment, no overnight stays. But you can always expect your dog to be taken care of like I would my own when we are in our adventures. My dog is my baby, therefore my #1 responsibility, and you're dog will be treated the same. 💙 You can always expect hikes to: 1. Be close in proximity to emergency vet centers. 2. Always include an emergency first aid kit, including blood stop, and dog safe benadryl incase your pet were to suffer from an allergic reaction to a bee sting or anything else. 3. Have water, food, and treats on stand by. I ask that you provide food, however I will provide treats, unless directed otherwise. Treats are always consciously chosen, the ones I have right now are real duck & turkey treats that are 100% grain free, no fillers, no synthetic colors, or artificial flavors. We can discuss portions that you allow. 4. Have whatever needs your dog might have be 100% into consideration- wether that be pace, different terrain for different agility levels, or medical conditions that limit them. I want your dog coming back feeling satisfied, tired and also proud of themselves. But not overworked or ever in pain / worse condition from when they left. Some dogs can go for miles, Some just for a while- and that's okay! We will also go over the charachter of your dog, and interactions they prefer/ to avoid. If they like kids, socialization, other dogs, ect. If your dog doesn't enjoy socialization then I will find a more secluded trail so it's not over stimulated. My dog prefers old male dogs that are super relaxed and play mildly, so I also understand that finding friends for our pets is sometimes situational and I want to try to find the right fit for your pet so they feel happy and secure in the experience each time. 5. All the love & attention I can wrap up into the length of our hike!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs cats rabbits and horses ever since I was 10. I’ve cared for new born kittens as well as senior cats at the Humane Society for almost 10 years. And cared for my neighbors’ dogs. From volunteering I’ve learn much about behaviors for both dogs and cats and have discovered I have a talent for working with them. They get fed on special foods on a schedule. When they are eating I clean their cat boxes and when they are finished, I clean their bowls. Before they begin their daily naps , I play with each of them. They range in age from 19 to 1 yr. I also check their water bowls throughout the day or night depending. I can give them treats anytime. I also have learned various medical skills and hope to go back to school for a third degree as a vet tech and if life allows veterinary practice.

About: I’ve always grown up with a dog in my home. I have experience handling a variety breeds of all sizes, from a small 20lb Cairn Terrier to a 185lb Boerboel! I also have experience administering medication which included oral consumption as well as shots. I have been very reliable to my close family members and friends to take care of their dogs and cats when they are working or away on vacation! For clients who allow my partner to join me on my sittings (who is insured under my private sittings insurance), there is the ability to offer more frequent potty breaks as him and I typically work opposite schedules. No other guests/ friends/ family will ever join me during a dog sitting. Constant Care: Constant care is applied to any sitting that doesn’t allow me to leave for more than 4 hours of the day, per day. Constant care rates start at $200/ night (additional rates still apply) and increase based off of pet’s needs. About: I'm a work at home pet mom with a large yard, lots of toys, and a calm and welcoming house. I've always had large dogs from mixed breeds to Great Danes, but love and appreciate all types of well mannered dogs. My house sits well off the road, so its quiet and I hike or trail walk almost daily. I am adept at giving medicine, cleaning wounds and dealing with incontinent dogs, but I will only board dogs who are respectful of my cats. I am currently working from home on my own schedule. Boarded dogs who enjoy car rides can come with me on errands or outings. While each day may different, my activities will be built around the needs of the animals I am caretaking, especially if separation anxiety is an issue. I will care for your animals as per your instructions and the capabilities of your pet. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have installed a run line in the past. If a dog is used to being crated, receiving treats, or sleeping on the couch - no problem. Conversely, I don't give animals people food, and if you want your pets to stay off furniture I will strictly honor that as well. My house is small but open, so it is easy to keep an eye on them.

About: I grew up with a yellow lab named Mo. I was an only child and he was quite truly my best friend. He passed away when I was sixteen. This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! Caring for a dog has been such an important part of my life, and has offered me so much fulfillment and joy. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is! I currently have a flexible remote job. Although I do need to commit at least six hours Monday through Friday to my job, I have much space in between to care for, walk, play with, and adventure with your furry friend!! My weekends are completely available. Most preferabley, I would like to care for your dog in your own home. The house I live in currently does not have a fenced in area, however I would be open to talking through ways to make it work! I love to go on long walks, and would be happy to meet any of your dogs exercise needs or simply needs for muddy adventures.
