From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. About: I have cared for dogs throughout my life including my own, my family, and friends. The dogs have ranged from puppies to older adults with boarding in my home and their own. I live on the first floor of my building and there are no steps for senior dogs to have to worry about. While I do work as a teacher full time, my weekends are very open to care for dogs. I typically take a walk one to two times a day on my own through the neighborhood so adding a dog companion along would be very easy. We also have a cat who loves dogs with many dog toys of her own that she can share! I have a one bedroom apartment with no stairs so it is easily accessible for dogs of all mobility ranges and ages and I can keep an eye on them throughout the day. While we do not have a fenced in yard, we do have access to a field next door at an elementary school and neighborhoods to walk in with little car traffic.

I am not just feeding and walking your dog(s) and caring for your cats; I am providing emotional support and plenty of care (frequent outdoor breaks and walks, playtime, pats, massage, energy work, etc.). 2) I am a professional in the practice of meditation and the healing arts, a path that cultivates empathy, which helps me bond with animals and be more attuned to their needs. I have been on this path for 17 years. I am highly intuitive. I practice Eastern techniques of energy work (qi qong and martial arts) and I am a certified Reiki practitioner, so I love to connect with animals as part of that practice (they are great conductors of energy, which is only ever healing and calming for them to experience). About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. About: I believe puppies (all dogs are puppies) are essential to living a good life. They bring happiness and excitement to an at times mundane existence. About: I have two years of pet-sitting experience, mostly for family and friends, along with volunteer work at animal shelters. About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!
