From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. We can't recommend Robin enough and we will definitely be using again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and small animals for three years now. I also have experience with housesitting and babysitting. I work two 12 hour day shifts a week. I am currently working part time two 12 hour days. Dogs go out before I go to work and after. On my days off I am able to spend more time with them. I realized one of the biggest concerns for travelers was their dogs and the thought of having to use kennel services. About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

About: I have taken care of various different fur babies my whole life. From my grandma’s elderly diabetic cat, to many little baby kittens. Making animals feel safe and cared for makes me feel so fulfilled. I also have been bathing and doing regular grooming since I was old enough to understand how to. I’ve taken in strays and helped regime them or reunite them. I also took in and nursed back to health a kitty that I witnessed get hit by a car.
