About: I have always had pets in my house growing up and I love spending time with both cats and dogs. Playing fetch and snuggling is my favorite thing to do! About: I've been providing neighborhood pet care since I was 11. Short walkies with tiny terriers, long trails with Labrador retrievers, dog parks, training exercises, puzzle feeders, I've done it and enjoyed it all. I like to make friends with our canine companions, and help them feel safe and secure in the absence of their favorite human(s). I have experience giving pills and administering daily shots, like insulin. I work remotely, so my time is freauently on my own schedule and at my own pace. Having an animal to care for is an added bonus that is easy to work around, and forces me to remember my exercise! Dogs staying at my house get 2 longer walks and a shorter walk per day, depending on age, energy, and ability of the dog. I also try to incorporate a special enrichment activity every day. Example: dog park, trail, swimming, long play/training session, suited to the dog's interests and abilities. The dog's space in my house is also where I work, so I spend a lot of time hanging out with your dog. At your house, I'll ask for their favorite toy or play routine, to keep their space consistent until you come back. I love to put on an audiobook and take dogs on a "sniff walk" where they can just sniff to their heart's content, such great enrichment for their strong noses.

About: I've been taking care of cats as long as I can remember. I don't currently have a dog but I frequently take care of my aunt's Great Pyrenees and I've taken care of many other dogs. I have a very flexible schedule and I'm free any day of the week for sitting. I would be happy to take care of any kind of dog or cat. I usually consult the owner and try to stick to the pets regular schedule as close as possible. About: Hi I’m Olivia, I’m a veterinary assistant working through getting my Veterinary Technician license online and I also have a bachelors in animal sciences! Along with currently working at a veterinary clinic, I also worked as a care technician in a shelter for 4 years, helping animals and caring for them is my passion, and along side that I love helping people as well. I’m well versed in handling dogs of all sizes from walking them to providing them with medication! About: I have been around animals all my life, ranging from animals like horses to birds. I have cared for elderly/injured animals before, who have needed supports walking/using the restroom/feeding. Through family and friends I’ve watched over many pets! I currently nanny for a family, which leaves me with a very flexible schedule especially during the school year!I have free hours throughout the day ,everyday! About: I have three years of professional pet care experience, and I have an abundance of personal pet care experience. I grew up in a household full of animals (dogs, cats, bunnies, rodents, reptiles, horses, and goats), and I was taught how to care for these animals from a young age. During my adult life I have had the pleasure of taking care of my own dog, cat, and guinea pigs. The majority of my professional pet care experience is with dogs, but I am very comfortable and confident in my abilities to care for a multitude of different types of animals. In order to ensure your pets safety, I plan to thoroughly communicate with you before I am left responsible for your animal's care. I want to know exactly what you need from me to make sure your animal is safe. This communication could entail any behavioral concerns you have which may interfere with your pets safety, any other animals in the area to be aware of, specific techniques you use with your animal to deter them from stressors (an example with dogs would be kenneling or puppy push ups), any safety concerns in the environment (for example if you had a cat and a rodent which needed to be kept in separate parts of the home, or a hole in your fence) and anything else you might want to share with me. About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life from dogs, cats, birds, horses. Aside from my own I have also spent countless time taking care of others animals while they are gone or just need a little extra help! I currently work a part time job in healthcare so my schedule can be super flexible with notice but if you need care last minute I am more than happy to make it work the best I can for you and your pet(s). About: I have two labs, one is six years old and the second is six months old. People have trusted me to take care of their dogs for years and I love being around animals. I currently work full-time from home and I’m outside with my dogs every day playing! pet care is a necessity for me as my world revolves around my girls. I have two labs that are very friendly and playful, I also have the ability to crate dogs as well. I used to work in clients homes so I have a vast understanding of the necessity to keep your home safe and well cared for. I also understand the vulnerability that your pet may feel if you are gone at work or for a period of time.

“Where do I start! Melissa and Family are truly the BEST Rover experience we have had! EVER! The care Bella received was priceless! The house and grounds are a dog’s paradise!!! And the humans made sure Bella had daily walks in the woods, swim in the pond, chasing squirrels and chipmunks …so much so, Bella ate and slept well. This is a FIRST FOLKS! I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! To sum up… this stay was PAWSOME!”
