About: Life-long pet lover with several years of dog walking experience. Also volunteered at the animal shelter, attended a dog training course, and took the vocational Health Occupations course in High School which included job shadowing at a vet's office. Scheduling should be pretty flexible. We are located in Wells & work part time locally. Please inform us what your needs are and we will try to accommodate! We live in an apartment so we will care for your dogs inside as well as giving them walks & allowing them in the yard on long leashes. Our two dogs will be overjoyed to have playmates, but if yours are shy or nervous we can keep them separated. Trips to the beach, dog park, or walking trails are also doable!

About: Kristine and Eric have loved and had animals our entire life. I have always helped care for pets, even as a child. Eric was raised on a farm, caring for many different kinds of animals- waking up before dawn to ensure that all animals were properly cared for and had what they needed for the day whether it be rain, shine, snow, sleet, hot, or cold. We, together, have two dogs. They are both around 10 years old and are rescues. We also have 6 chickens. Our home has a door from the downstairs to the upstairs. When dogs are home during the day and if left alone for 1 hour or so they stay downstairs with access to water, comfy couches, and dog bed areas. When we are home they have free run of the home. We also have a crate for dogs that may need a private, safe space. We have a back yard that our dog enjoys playing in, but just so you know it is not fenced in, therefore dogs remain leashed when in the back yard. We do have a deck that is closed off in the backyard where dogs can be left unleashed to hang out, but always supervised when out there. We also have a 15 year old daughter who loves animals. She assists with the care of our dogs and we have fostered a few dogs in the past from various shelters and she is always eager to assist with making these dogs feel comfortable and give them love. She volunteers at a local animal shelter with small mammals and takes care of the chickens I work full time during the school year for a school district. Eric works from home. Eric takes dogs for a number of walks per day including walks to the local dog park (Rogers Park) and to local beaches for exercise and socialization. I am home by 3:30 pm and bring my dogs (and other dogs) for exercise either running, hiking, or walking. In the summer I am mostly around. I also grew up with cats and with both have experience with cats and providing meds to cats, including insulin shots. I work full time and Eric works part to full time but we can walk dogs in the evening and walk dogs throughout the day on the weekends. I have summers off as I work in a school. I will not be offering care in my home, but am excited to take care of your pet and walk your dog and take your dog on adventures.

About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I had cats at home and started horseback riding when I was six. Now, I am living in New Hampshire for 3 years, with my husband, our two dogs, our cat... only our mare stayed in France. I do not work, so I am available to take care of your pets. I can groom them, administer medicine (with clear instructions), walk them or just cuddle them. I may be out 4 hours max for my english lessons. We moved to the United States for my husband's job; I don't work, so I would be delighted to look after your babies as if they were my own. About: After saying goodbye last year to my sweet 16-year-old pit terrier and 14-year-old lab mix, my home has been empty. While I have no plans for another long-term compaion, I'm looking to provide my love and attention to your fur baby instead! About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was little. I had cats at home and started horseback riding when I was six. Now, I am living in New Hampshire for 3 years, with my husband, our two dogs, our cat... only our mare stayed in France. I do not work, so I am available to take care of your pets. I can groom them, administer medicine (with clear instructions), walk them or just cuddle them. I may be out 4 hours max for my english lessons. We moved to the United States for my husband's job; I don't work, so I would be delighted to look after your babies as if they were my own. I take English classes twice a week in the morning, but I am completely free the rest of the time. At my home, your dogs will be treated just like mine, with access to the garden and unlimited playtime and naps. Introductions to my own dogs will be handled gently—especially with Flack, who can take a little time to warm up but is used to meeting plenty of doggy friends back in France. At your home, I will follow your instructions; since my English isn't perfect yet, please feel free to leave written notes.
“I am so glad and grateful that Shana and Dylan watched my pup this week. I could not have asked for anyone better!! I adopted my dog less than two weeks ago and - still getting to know her - had a trip planned and needed to board her for 5 days. I was hoping for someone to treat my dog like their own and Shana and Dylan did just that. In fact, they went above and beyond what I could’ve hoped for - letting her snuggle with them at night, sending me frequent updates and pup pics, going out of their way to pick up beef and rice and cook it for my girl when her stool was soft, and packing the rest to go when I picked her up. Their dog Cleo is a sweetheart, and joined in on the doggy snuggles. I know if I ever need a sitter again I’ll be reaching out to Shana.”
