The vibes were mellow and welcoming at Ashley’s. My dog got out of the car and sniffed about wagging his tail, good sign! Her disposition and friendly nature was not only felt by me, but also my pup ;) Ashley handled him as if he was a lapdog! I received countless photos. She took him swimming and for long walks and he slept in her home. I picked my dog up at her house and he was not anxious to hop in the truck. He simply ran around her yard and pranced about as if he was at an old friend’s house! I rarely ever send him to a kennel as I’ve noticed he is rambunctious and desperate for attention. She was highly experienced, and therefore highly attentive to, our high-need Shih Tzu, administering several medications a day and asking excellent follow-up questions to ensure the best care. Charlie and Mochi enjoyed safe, cozy places to rest, ample walks and even their first ride in a stroller when it was too rainy for them to enjoy a walk. About: I've had large dogs my entire life, including a special needs dog and police-trained K9 dogs. I have owned and operated a farm hotel in Brazil for the past 5 years, where I was the primary responsible for all daily care, injections, medical treatments and behavioral work with the animals (5 large dogs and multiple farm animals), so am very comfortable administering any special care your animal may need. I have also rescued & fostered nearly a dozen dogs from the street and helped them find forever homes. I love all animals and understand each one is different with unique personalities. About: Dogs have been my passion for 30 years. I have had all types of breeds - tiny to giant and have adopted all of my babies. I am experienced with giving special medical care and medications including injections as several of my kids have had severe illnesses. I believe there are no bad dogs, just dogs who express themselves differently. Would love to meet your four-legged family and help make them happy. My day rates are based on an 8 hr day. Rates for after 8 hrs can be discussed. I work from home and have a flexible schedule which allows me time during the day to provide the attention needed for walks and potty break. About: I’m a huge dog lover and have owned and trained dogs in the past. I understand completely how pet parents need some help or even some free time off from dog duties. I have a super inviting young French Bulldog who will be spending his days with any new doggy friends. I’m currently a full time EMT and work three days out of the week. I’m open to providing dog boarding and day care at the moment in my home. I am willing to work on any training in our time together as well. And I have experience accommodating special diets or even trips to the vet. Even puppy’s and senior dogs I’m open to working with. About: I'm an animal lover and have grown up with all types of animals. I have been trusted taking care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for many years. My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.
About: I've had large dogs my entire life, including a special needs dog and police-trained K9 dogs. I have owned and operated a farm hotel in Brazil for the past 5 years, where I was the primary responsible for all daily care, injections, medical treatments and behavioral work with the animals (5 large dogs and multiple farm animals), so am very comfortable administering any special care your animal may need. I have also rescued & fostered nearly a dozen dogs from the street and helped them find forever homes. I love all animals and understand each one is different with unique personalities. I work from home which allows me to always be present to keep your pet company, and love taking small cuddle, walk and play breaks throughout the day to break up my desk routine. Having extra dogs is the perfect excuse to stretch my legs! I live alone in a spacious apartment downtown Portsmouth where I can board up to 2 large dogs or 3 small dogs at a time. I am only a 5min walk from the Mill Pond dog park and can take your dog for several walks throughout the day. I can also crate your dog if they prefer it. I can administer medication and provide any special treatment necessary. I treat all pets as my own, like members of my family.
