As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!

About: As a child and teen, I helped my mom breed, raise, and train golden retrievers. As an adult and family man, I cared for my dog "Beyoncé" and cat "Kitty." I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. I’m a civil engineer / environmental consultant and work at home 100%. I have a lot of flexibility with taking breaks. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training highly spirited dogs (in combination with positive reinforcement, always). I work at home as an engineer / consultant and have lots of flexibility with taking breaks. I have a need to move every hour at least. I live in a single family home that I own. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom or the finished basement can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. About: My daughter and I have been doing animal sitting, walking and drop ins for close family and friends over the past 5 years. As my daughter prepares for graduation in the next year, we said it’s time to make a business out of something we both love. There’s never been a time in our life that we have not had 3-4 pets of our own. From bringing home every stray dog, cat, baby bunny, possum, raccoons and birds to save and rehabilitate. We are very involved in animal rights, animal welfare, cat colony management, fostering and TNR! Even some of the most feral cats have build extremely loving relationships with us. At the moment our pets include 1 dog, 6 cats, 1 bunny and a snake. We are also very experienced with providing care for equine, rodents, parrots, chickens, ducks, sheep, goats and pigs. We volunteer at-least one day a week for an equine rescue. Along with riding and providing care for the past 11 years, we know all the ins and outs of feeding, stall cleaning, Turning in and out, plus other general equine care. We have a great relationship with numerous veterinarians in our area, including exotic, farm animal and your typical small animal veterinarians. I have experience with administering oral and injectable meds to cats, dogs and equine. We also have experience with reptile feeding. While staying at your home, Along with providing loving care to your animal(s) We can water plants, bring in mail, put garbage cans out or any other tasks you might need, so that you will be stress free when returning. Unfortunately, we can't take any more animals in at my home since we have quite a few of our own and 2 fosters at this time. ***Please make note….if you have a pet that can not stay home alone for at least 5 hours or if you have a pet that needs 24 hour care, there will be a $25 fee added to each nights stay. We love doing drop ins, dog walking and pet sitting in your house. It is our top priority to always make sure your pets are safe and loved! We are sure to always provide lots of texts and pictures to assure you that your pets are happy and loved during your time away❤️ Our drop in, walks and house sitting can be scheduled for any time of the day or week that our schedule shows an opening. We are very flexible! We can not take animals in our home at this time. All clients will stay in their own home. Your pets safety is always our top priority.
About: As a college student studying Zoology, animals and their care are more than a side hustle or a hobby: they’re my world. Apart from my academic coursework in animal care and welfare, I have more than eight years of personal care and volunteer experience with numerous animals, including but not limited to: cats, dogs, horses, rats and mice, hamsters, snakes, various types of lizards and amphibians, goats, chickens, sheep, cattle, and even invertebrates such as tarantulas and scorpions. Rest assured, I’ll never discriminate against your furry pal! I have experience giving oral medication, both liquid and pill, as well as insulin injections and subcutaneous fluids. I also have experience caring for elderly animals — like my 18 year old cat, Maya! I can provide feeding, brushing, hoof care, walking, exercise, medication, play time, turning out, litterbox cleaning and much more! I have a driver’s license and my own transportation, and my hours and pay are flexible. I am willing to drive 60-90 minutes depending on needs. As mentioned prior, I have extensive prior experience volunteering at various shelters, vets and farms assisting with animal care, as well as my own personal experience caring for a diverse array of pets. I am happy to gather recommendations from organizations I work with. While caring for your pet or pets, I will regularly keep in contact with you and update you with both text and photos (if desired), along with keeping a dedicated spreadsheet of feeding/watering/grooming times and overall health to guarantee your peace of mind. I am capable of providing pet care across a flexible schedule. I can provide early care from 6-9 AM in the morning and any time after 4:20 PM on weekdays, as well as 24 hour care on weekends and overnight stays if needed. I am able to care for pets in a wide variety of ways thanks to expensive experience. Walking, feeding, litter-box cleaning, playtime, as well as insulin/subcutaneous fluid injections are all possible. I can also administer medication orally. Daily checkups as well as overnight stays are both possible.

As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!
