“Again, Diana and her family added to our vacation enjoyment by taking excellent care of our dogs. We received daily reports and photos. Our elder Lab (nearly 15) occasionally suffers separation anxiety and occasional eating issues, but none of that happens when he visits Diana. In fact, both dogs light up when I say "Let's go to Miss Diana's" and respond happily when we arrive at ehr house. Recommend enthusiastically & without reservations. ”
“Marwa and Casey were absolutely amazing! They took such great care of our Goldendoodle while we were away. They gave us many updates and pictures each day and were so attentive to every detail along the way. She came back happy and clean! We will definitely be contacting them again for future trips!”

“This latest stay with Mila was the longest that Woodford has had with anyone, and we were admittedly nervous because of some separation issues he has. He was happy and excited to see us but was unexpectedly calm. Mila has developed a close bond with him, which puts both him and us at ease when we’re out of town. We’ll continue to use her as our preferred sitter going forward! :)”

“Steven is the “dog master”. Okay that is actually how I have him listed in my phone book! He often has several dogs on busy weekends but it is clear that they all get plenty of attention. Most importantly, Steven reads dogs very well, he thinks and “speaks dog”..He is just very tuned in -it is a rare talent. My dog Jake has spent numerous weekends with Steven and comes back happy, healthy and secure. And anytime I drive him over to Steven’s neighborhood, he gets so excited. Clearly there is good stuff going on here! (Never an issue of any sort except that Steven is popular with dog owners, so reserve early…)”

“Phyo is a patient and excellent sitter! My dog, Tony can sometimes be a bit difficult, and Phyo was patient during our first meet and greet. He also lives in a great neighborhood, so you can be rest assured that you furry friend will have a great time staying with him. I will be using Phyo again!”
“Rodney and Marissa were awesome with Bella, she was nervous, but they made her feel right at home. She had a good time with them meeting new friends and was able to be her playful self! Thanks so much guys”

“Deanna is such a great dog sitter! She and her lovely family took such great care of Romee. Romee had walks, plenty of playtime—just a perfect situation. Knowing Deanna was taking care of Romee allowed me to truly relax and not worry a bit while I was out of town. I’ll be rebooking with Deanna! Absolutely recommend.”

“Kimberly was absolutely wonderful! My dog, Cooper, has anxiety when it comes to being away from me, which can make leaving him difficult. Kimberly made the entire experience so much easier by sending photos of him relaxed and comfortable, along with thoughtful updates on his care. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We were so pleased with Kimberly that we’re already hoping she’ll be available again in July. “Riley was awesome! She came over a few days before to get the lay of the land and attempt to meet my cat (she hid and I still have no idea where she was hiding). Suzie did eventually warm up to Riley and even sat in the same room as her! I will be using Riley again!”

“This was our first booking with Emily and the first time we've left our crew of 3 kitties with anyone new. One of ours is a newly diagnosed diabetic with the need for 2x/daily insulin. Given that she was new to her and I was gone, our pouting sassy little girl was not exactly cooperative especially the first night, despite the terrific freindly meet and greet ahead of booking. Emily was very patient and creatively worked through things for the two days. We will definately use her again and with familiarity, my sassy clingy cat will be way easier...we hope. Thank you Emily!”

“Ashley does a great job of taking care of our senior cats. She does well with communicating with us when things pop up. She sends thorough reports with plenty of pictures of our cats. We have used her services before and both times her services have been great!”

“Joshua was wonderful, he was timely, communicative, and our shy kitty absolutely loved him. If you are looking for someone dependable who loves your pet he is the one!”

“Trevor was absolutely wonderful! He put so much care into updating us and sending us photos! He made our cat very comfortable and was sure to play with her lots. He allowed us to enjoy our vacation without being anxious about her. Would absolutely have Trevor do drop in visit again!”

“Brian really came through for us at the last minute! Our usual house sitter had an emergency and had to leave two days before the end of our trip, and Brian jumped in to help even though he had never cat sit for us before. He was attentive to detail and kept us updated with pictures. Thanks again Brian you really saved our vacation!”

“Tracie, thank you so much! We came home to a neat and clean home and you took such good care of Jinx. Thank you for going above and beyond! I hope we can rely on your again in the future!”

“Jason was very punctual and responsible with taking care of our two cats. He always sent us pictures and this was reassuring as we were so far away! We will definitely be using Jason again!”

“Mina was caring and attentive to Otto, making us feel comfortable being away. She sent pictures of Otto from her visits. She did everything we requested to care for our cat and our house in our absence. I would feel completely comfortable hiring her again during our travel!”

“Nicole took great care of my kitties while I was away out of the country. She was super responsive and consistent and I was comfortable that they were in good hands. She appreciated their individual personalities and sent great daily updates and pictures. I would not hesitate to ask Nicole to watch my animals or home next trip.”

“Olga took such great care of my baby Remy! He is a very active dog and she took him on several walks and showed him so much love. He was totally exhausted when he came home and even slept in the next day, which I love. She was flexible too, as pickup details shifted during his stay. I would highly recommend Olga to anyone!”

About: I have had dogs all my life, I currently have 4 dogs in my family home, one of them being solely mine! I had been a volunteer at the humane society of Catawba valley for 4 years when I was in college and that is now how I have my rescue, Bella. I am constantly donating to animal organizations and also fostered 3 puppies about 3 years ago. I am now fostering dogs for a rescue until they get adopted and I love it so much. I dog sit friends and families dogs all the time and they are always very pleased! Your dog will love being and playing with me I promise! They will be in the best care possible and I will attend to any special needs as well! I like to know any behavioral / aggressive tendencies as well so I can make your pet as happy and as comfortable as possible! : )
“Watched my puppy on a very short notice. She sent pics and let me know how he was doing. House was clean. She and her husband were really nice. Will use again. Thanks again.”

“Milo was nervous when I dropped him off but he quickly adjusted. Thank you Phyo for caring for him and taking him for walks. I would definitely recommend as I see you have a gentle way with pets.”

About: We are huge animal lovers in our home! I have been a pet owner myself and taken care of other’s pets for majority of my life. I have also had experience taking care of pets in all stages of life. Whether they’re energetic and need constant play, or they’re older and require more specialized attention. Our pets are part of our family , so I understand the importance of providing them with the attention and care they deserve. During the week I work a second job from home so I do not leave pets unattended for long if at all during weekdays. Time will be made for cuddles, play and walks in our yard or sometimes local trails! Whenever it is nice outside I like to be outside as well so your pup will join me! My schedule is fairly flexible so please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate when I can! I offer personalized care based off the needs of each pet individually. Any pet in my care will be treated with the same care and attention as if they were my own.
“Rodney and his wife are awesome! They took such good care of our puppy (boarding) that we decided to send her there for doggy daycare! And I've already rebooked for boarding! He also takes very cute photos and gives good updates! 10/10 recommend!”

About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs for the last 15 years. I have raised pets from babyhood to seniorhood. I'll love your pets as if they were my own. After 12pm, your schedule is my schedule. I'm free when you need me, generally within tree days' notice. I'll even water your plants. and feed your fish, if you have any. When I am sitting for someone, I'll fallow all your instructions. If they need special accommodations, I will abide by them. I'll make them feel loved.
About: I've taken care of dogs for years and am looking forward to opening my home to your dog in order to make them feel comfortable, loved and cared for while you are away. I am a stay-at-home Mom with two kids who adore dogs. We have availability during the week and weekends to care for your pup/dog(s) for 2-5 days. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood where lots of pups and dogs take daily walks and play time. While we don't have a fenced in backyard, it's tree lined with lots of space to run.
About: As a child and teen, I helped my mom breed, raise, and train golden retrievers. As an adult and family man, I cared for my dog "Beyoncé" and cat "Kitty." This includes food, water, play, running, brushing, brushing teeth, and trimming. My pets have passed on and I’m ready to host 😊 Im a dad of 3 boys with shared custody. With a barn and a sunroom, I’m able to separate kids from dogs as-needed. I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. I’m a civil engineer / environmental consultant and work at home 100%. I have a lot of flexibility with taking breaks. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training spirited dogs. Aiming to cater to the most “difficult” dogs for those owners who have limited options. I work at home as an engineer / consultant and have lots of flexibility with taking breaks. I have a need to move every hour at least. I live in a single family home that I own. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom, enclosed sunroom, and finished barn space can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. For runs & walks, I use my own private access to the little gunpowder falls river woods with a long walkable waterfall, the local NCR trail, or the cemetery across the street (1/4mi laps).
“Nora was very communicative and attentive with Brooklyn and kept us up to date with pics throughout the time. She help to ease my anxiety while my little one was away from us. Thank you Nora and anytime we come to Maryland we will definitely be reaching out to you to baby sit our little Brooklyn”

“Brianna was a joy to work with. We dropped our pup off in the morning and we were sent photos and updates which was wonderful. I strongly recommend Brianna if you’re looking for an engaged and thoughtful dog sitter. 10/10!”

Right now I'm teleworking, while our office is being revamped, but will soon return to the office. Once that happens I'll probably be gone from 7:30AM - 6:00PM on weekdays. I usually walk your Dog around 6 AM when I first get up, make sure he has water food and a chew toy when I head out to work, and walk him/her as soon as I get home, and once more before bed. I live alone so I can focus on your pet I live in a 1 bedroom apartment in a clean safe neighborhood. It's a very dog friendly community, and there's a fenced in play area where your Dog can run and play fetch. I also live fairly close to a walking trail. As far as housesitting, I'm willing to go anywhere in the Baltimore metro area. I'm very respectful of other people's property, and as I mentioned I live alone so it's not an issue to spend a week or longer at your house

“Emily arrived on time and was so friendly and warm greeting Sadie. She definitely provided Sadie a great walk and rewarding experience. I would definitely use Emily again?”

“Shelby was so nice and helpful, she send me pictures about Pisco and treat him very well, and follow all my instructions to take care of him ✨ I’ll definitely call her again in the future if I need more help with my pup ! Thank you so much Shelby!”

“Brian took great care of my girl, Lemon! He made sure the plan for Lem was super clear beforehand, which I especially appreciated since the schedule I gave him to complement my friend's visit schedule was not perfectly regular, and he didn't miss a visit! He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. We came home to a dog who, while happy to see us, was clearly doing just fine without us, which is all I can ask for :)”

“Tracie is amazing. She has saved the day for me a few times already with last minute walks. She is wonderful with my dogs and always takes lots of pictures and gives them lots of love and attention!”

About: My love for dogs started in my parents home. We had 3 different dogs growing up. I had a pet for 5 years. Be a pack leader and place pet safety 1st with a great dog walking or sitter experience. Don't have a dog now but love watching AKC competition and westminster dog show . Starting to jog now and can orient dog into the jogging routine. I have room in my large condo 1200 square feet. HVe dog bowl for water and food. Have a big green area around building to walk and jog.
About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. I learn their pet's routines and I try to spend some time with them so they know my sent. This makes it more comfortable for the owner and pet when I am with them.
“Julian is amazing! I could not have asked for anyone more sensitive to the needs of our senior, special needs greyhound. He was very attentive to all details we provided, was incredibly flexible when our schedules changed, and made sure Tannin was always comfortable and happy. Tannin would even run to greet Julian when he'd come in. There's no higher praise than that!”

About: As a mom to a 6-year-old Golden Retriever, I know from experience how much attention and care impact an animal’s life, their behavior, health, and even their mood. I walk my dog twice a day because I know how much energy a Golden Retriever has and how important these walks are for their physical and mental health. I’m a very active person, so I love spending energy with dogs on walks and playtime. I love all animals, but dogs are my favorites because of their intelligence and genuine affection. You can rest assured that your pet will be very well cared for with me, and we will definitely burn plenty of energy on our walks together Most days I’m available after 9 a.m., once I drop my husband at the office, which gives me a flexible schedule for walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays. At the moment, I live in an apartment, so the safest and most comfortable option for your pet is for me to provide drop-in visits and walks, rather than full-time boarding in my home. During visits, I follow your pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide, always making sure doors and windows are secure and your home is respected
About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 11 years old, and I’m comfortable with cats and dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. People have called me a “pet whisperer” because I have a calm, patient way of connecting with animals and earning their trust. I’m also physically strong and confident handling large, powerful, and energetic dogs, including dogs who need firm leash control, longer walks, structure, and plenty of activity. Safety, patience, and clear communication are always my priorities. In addition to the Rover Guarantee, I carry my own premium Pet Care/Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. I’m available 7 days a week and have a flexible schedule throughout the day. I can help with morning, afternoon, evening, and late-night care depending on your pet’s needs. Whether you need regular visits, last-minute help, walks, drop-ins, or extended care, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. I follow each client’s instructions closely and do my best to keep every pet’s routine consistent. I know every animal has their own personality and comfort level, so I take a patient, respectful approach to care. If your pet wants playtime, attention, or companionship, I’m happy to give that. If they are shy, anxious, independent, or simply prefer space, I’m just as comfortable keeping them company from a calm and safe distance. My goal is always to help your pet feel secure, respected, and well cared for.
“Above and beyond. While my girl Gemma was ready for her walk, my puppy Nico was very apprehensive it came time. Mike was super patient and understanding, taking extra time to win Nico over.
