I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. About: I have been an animal lover since I can remember. I have grown up with cats, dogs, and horses my whole life and have loved every moment of it. I started pet sitting for clients in my late twenties and really enjoy doing it. I have helped take care of cats, dogs, horses, and chickens (I know crazy!). I will usually ask you your pet's routine. When does he/she get fed in the morning? When do they go for their walk? Do they like playing outside? Favorite toy? When is dinner? I will stick to that routine so that your pet feels comfortable and happy when you are away. I will always ask if you need me to do anything around your house as well. I will water your plants for you, take out the trash/recycling, or get your mail. I am very tidy and will never leave a mess after I leave.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals since I started high school. I grew up with dogs, cats and poultry and those are the animals I’ve taken care of most. I’m comfortable with senior care for sure but young puppies and extremely young kittens are outside of my comfort zone. I’m currently commuting to SU for this last semester and finishing off a major doesn’t allow for a lot of job opportunities that were available previously due to the amount of at-home work required. Pet sitting allows a lot more flexibility and brings the brain break of hanging out with fur babies to fit into the class work chaos. I currently have a cat of my own who stays with me as well as my childhood cat and dog who live with my parents. I’ve often pet sat for family and am comfortable with all ages except young puppies and very young kittens.
About: Before joining Rover I mainly provided my services through word of mouth. I have experience with providing basic medical care for dogs and cats, and training experience including potty training and easing separation anxiety. I understand the importance of making sure your guidelines for your pet are followed. I can give oral medications, follow your training rules, walk large dogs, handle dogs that aren’t friendly with strangers, high anxiety, and have disabilities (ex. Deaf, blind). These dogs are our best friends so I promise to take great care of yours :) If you have any additional questions for me, please don’t hesitate to ask. I am happy to chat or meet prior to booking to ensure I am a good fit for your pup! I believe in open communication to ensure the safety of you, your pet, me and mine. I work fully remote and am able to support daycare and boarding. I usually walk my dog morning, mid day and evening for 30 min to an hour at a time. I’d like to be able to support other people who need assistance. During the week your dog won’t be left alone for more than an hour depending on drop off and pick up time. During the weekend your dog won’t be left longer than 3-4 hours depending. We can always communicate your dogs specific needs to accommodate! I have a fenced yard in our home and a friendly, playful 2 year old male lab (fixed). If your dog is in my home, they do need to be friendly with other dogs. During the week I do work full time so there are times where I am in meetings so it is preferred your dog is not destructive or is okay in a crate or enclosed room during meetings. I do make sure the dogs are exercised before and after. I communicate my anticipated work schedule and plan for the day with the pet owner.
