“Gisel and her family took great care of my girl Kola. Kola had a case of severely itchy paws pop up the day before we were set to leave town. I was able to get some meds from the vet before we left. I let Gisel know what was going on with Kola, as she was licking and chewing her paws and they were very red. I kept socks on her paws and gave her Benadryl in between the meds from the vet. Gisel also kept this up for the four days Kola stayed with her family. I was so thankful and appreciative of the extra care Gisel and her family gave Kola. Kola’s itchy paws popped up so last minute and Gisel assured me she would take great care of her and she did just that! I would definitely use Gisel again for Kola!”

I have taken care of other people’s dogs and cats. Where they are treated like my babies while here as well and get spoiled and lots of attention. I work from home and care for my grandmother so I will home with them at all times. I can administrate pills/medicine if needed. I am able to take the dogs out whenever it is needed. My babies are always by my side like shadows. I have a fenced in yard.My dogs love to play with friends dogs. The more the merrier!

My name is MaKenzi and I have had pets as long as I can remember, I grew up with two pitbulls rescues, two smaller dogs, and an older cat that I assumed most of the care for as both parents worked full time jobs. Taking care of multiple animals at one time requires a lot of energy and the ability to organize the things they need well but I learned very quickly! Since I have lived on my own I have helped friends and coworkers with taking care of their beloved fur babies while they’re on vacation or just need an extra hand with their pets. In the last year I have rescued my own kitten and I have absolutely spoiled her with all of the patience, love, affection, and extra care that her heart could desire.

I gained a lot of experience working in a dog kennel, and became very comfortable with all different breeds and temperaments of both dogs and cats. Please be advised if your pet cannot be alone for more than just a few hours, I still work a full time job, so some days I might be working an 8 hour shift. About: I grew up on a 25 acre cow farm. As a child I had every pet imaginable. As a mother I allowed my children to experience owning pets. My 2 youngest grown children have dogs and they are my grand dogs lol. We are a horse family. I have a degree in education and have been a teacher for ever. I’m a reliable communicator, send plenty of cute pics, and if your pet’s up for it, you’ll come home to a handmade surprise “from your pet.” *If medications are required to be given an additional fee will be negotiated and applied before the booking is confirmed. Pet care fits naturally into my routine — it’s something I genuinely enjoy! I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a flexible schedule that allows me to adapt as needed. I am able to care for about a dozen pets per week and I only book one house-sitting family at a time to ensure each pet gets my full attention. Walks and drop-ins can easily be added into my day, especially Monday through Friday. Pet care is both relaxing and rewarding for me — I love building relationships with the pets I visit, and I think they look forward to our time together just as much as I do! I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes, starting by learning their pet’s established routine to ensure they feel comfy and happy. I gather all the important info — like vet contacts, emergency numbers, and where cleaning supplies live (just in case!). I’m a tidy sitter too: I take out the trash and scoop up any yard “presents” to keep things fresh. Most importantly, I listen closely to both owner and pet to discover what makes each furry friend feel safe and loved, then tailor my care to their unique personality.
