About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! As of now, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I only work Thurs-Sun, never more than 8 hours + my other job I can pick my own schedule! I am free all other weekdays to be able to take care of your pets! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! I prefer having the option to crate in case I need to go out for a bit, but I have taken care of pets who didn’t need one! Your pets are treated as my own when they are here, we take long walks around my apartment complex, I have treats for both cats and dogs, and many toys! Let me know if your pet has any allergies or dietary restrictions so they can be as healthy and happy as possible

About: I have had animals throughout my whole life. The animal I’ve had with me the longest is my 16 year old chihuahua. I’ve had him since I was 5 years old. I grew up with him and I take really good care of him. He’s very healthy and also very spoiled. As of right now I’m only doing the dog walking service and the dog and cat drop ins. I am available anytime as of right now. I will give them lots of attention and love. If they have certain times they eat at I will feed them at those times. Whenever they need to go potty I will let them out if there is a fenced yard or I will walk them if there is not a fenced yard.

About: I've had pets (cats, dogs and bunnies) for as long as I can remember. (40 + years) I have taken care of peoples animals many times throughout my life. I'm known for being an animal lover and have been told that I have a way with them. Even when other people's pets have been afraid of other people their pets have felt comfortable with me. I work from home, and am there most of the time. Our little toy poodle that we've had for 12 years just passed away and we slept with her, held her as we were doing school/ work and took her everywhere with us. We don't live on a main road. I'm fine with your pets being out of a crate.

About: Our home is a relaxed environment with plenty of room to wonder around and get sun light. We take 3 walks a day and run into plenty of other animals around the neighborhood and at the park. I and my wife work from home so there is always someone around! We take our dog for multiple walks a day & enjoy the playground so she can hang out with other dogs! About: Hello I’ve grown up with dogs in the house and have rescued 2 little ones of my own when I moved into my own house. We have a fenced in yard with lots of toys and area to play! My in laws live on an island in the Caribbean and whenever we visit we care for the many stray animals that are on the island! About: I'm certified in CPR emergency vet services and have watched dogs in my home for years. If you are working long hours and or regular hours and need someone to take care of your dog while you're at work, I'm the one. Sometimes when we leave our dogs alone at home while we work they can get into a lot of things. They can get bored. They can be destructive and they get very lonely. Most of the clients that I work with have a job work long hours and their dogs at times have torn their house, their furniture or whatever they can find completely up and then they have such a mess when they get home. We love our dogs. We love them more than anything and it's hard to come home like that. So if you're tired of it and need someone to help, I'm the one for you. I'm retired. I have two dogs that are so used to other dogs. They don't get out of my sight. Believe me. I have leashes harnesses beds. Anything they need? Lots of toys and lots of activity. I don't have a fenced-in yard but that's why I take small dogs and I can walk them two to three times a day. Whatever you would like to have done. They are allowed on my furniture and in bed with me if they happen to spend the night. They have full run of the household just like mine does. My two dogs are small and they love other dogs after their first initial visit. My dogs are used to other dogs in my house that are not mine and we all get along. Meet and greets are essential. I love animals of all kinds, but I find that dogs are my ones that I can handle the best. It gives the owner peace of mind knowing that their dog is with someone that will take good care of them. So if you need somebody like me just me know. We'll see what we can work out. Randomly I will be able to watch them overnight. If something happens you have to work late or the weather gets bad and you can't make it to my home. That's not a problem. I've got a big bed and lots of blankets and lots of pillows and lots of dog beds if that's where they like to sleep. 🐾 All dogs must be up to date on shots and flea and tick medicine. All dogs will be checked when they come to my house to make sure that there's no fleas. If they do have fleas then I will bathe them And let you know that they need flea and tick medicine before they return. I have plenty of references if you request. I’m retired and am home all day. I’m prepared ahead of time for hosting dogs. The reason I have a one-day notice is so I can prepare my house with anything I may need so that there is no leaving the dogs by theirself. All pets free roam my home. They get to sleep wherever they are used to. They are fed according to the pet parents instructions. All pets get two to three walks a day .Lots of potty breaks, water provided outside and of course inside. They get lots of hugs and treats if aloud by pet parents.

“We recently moved to NOVA from Midlothian and had to find a new Rover Ally to watch our 2 sweet Goldens- We used someone who lived in the same town and it did not go well at all so we were very nervous about leaving them again with anyone else. I can hands down say this was one of our best Rover experiences ever!! Joel and Janelle have a beautiful place with a large grassy fenced yard! They sent periodic incredible “action” pictures and our Goldens did not seemed stressed at all when we picked them up. We are looking forward to our stay with them early next month.”
“Our 1.5yr old puppy, Birdie, was in the very best hands with Melissa during a recent boarding! Melissa is thorough in her intake, noting Birdie's food allergies and current schedule, and is warm and gentle in helping pups acclimate to a new environment. Melissa maintained Birdie's schedule, giving her plenty of outdoor and play time, and administered Birdie's medication, giving us peace of mind to focus on family. We enjoyed the handful of photos Melissa sent along the way and always appreciate her responsive communication. Melissa is deeply professional and the most thorough and warm caretaker and our expectations are always surpassed when Birdie is with Melissa!”

“Renee and her husband were great sitters for our 18-month old, very anxious rescue dog. They were very accommodating - we needed to adjust dates and they were fine with that. Maggie had a great time with them - they gave her time to feel confident and comfortable before introducing her to the other dogs in their household. I received a picture and a happy update each day of Maggie's stay. They were comfortable administering Maggie's daily medicine.”

Your dog will be welcomed into the fold and Annette will ask you about - and then pay attention to - their needs. “Olivia was great with my lab Daisy! Daisy has exhibited separation anxiety in the past when I have been gone for a while but Olivia was very patient with her. She has 2 small dogs of her own which probably helped too. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times as well. Also she did a good job of keeping me up to date by daily sending me pictures and videos. All in all I would definitely recommend Olivia for all your dog sitting needs.”
