“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”

From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Rockie is naturally anxious in new environments, but Lashelle was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She understood his body language, gave him the space he needed to adjust, and helped him build confidence at his own pace. I especially appreciated how she handled introductions with her family and pets, always putting Rockie's comfort and safety first. It was clear she has a lot of experience with dogs and truly cares about their well-being. She kept me informed about everything—from his eating and potty habits to his progress settling in, making new friends, and even his funny moments watching TV! She also went above and beyond by cleaning him up after an accident without hesitation. About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid and wanted to turn my love into my career so I started vet tech school. I work at a boarding facility so I’m no stranger to messes. I’m experienced with training young pups, senior care, and giving medications. I work part time currently, so my availability is pretty flexible and will have plenty of time to care for and play with your pets. I have an unfenced yard, but the neighborhood is about a mile one way so they’ll have plenty of space to take walks. About: I use to work for a boarding kennel when I was younger, but since my young teens I have been dog/cat/house sitting. I love animals I will be there new best friend. You will not regret if you choose me to watch your loved one, they will be well taken care of, well loved and spoiled! No request is to much, I have watched all different kinds of animals from dogs, cats, birds, hedgehogs, bunnies you name it I have probably watched them. I work at prince Frederick Safeway. I normally work 4-1pm, 5 days a week. My schedule does change from time to time due to what is going on but I will communicate my schedule prior to watching your babies. Some days are easier than others… Monday, Wednesday and Fridays I’m not normally available until 3pm. Tuesday and Thursdays I’m available anytime after 1pm. This could change just ask and we will work something out! I have a huge fenced in back yard! Lots of room to run and play! I will crate your animal if it is needed, just please bring your crate with you. If not crated during the day I keep all doors shut so they can’t get into anything they aren’t supposed to. I do also have indoor camera to keep an eye on them while I’m away at work. Due to apartment rules I am not allowed to have pit pulls at my apartment, I love the breed! I just have to make sure I am following my landlord rules, I would have to come to you!

About: I took care of my family and neighbors dog with walking them and feeding them and baths and i took care of up to 3 dogs a day I do currently have a part time job and the only days I’m not really available are Tuesday and Friday but only after 5pm I’m free to play and take care of the fur-kids I have a fenced in yard with tall gates and free of any rocks or stones it is a wide yard away from any roads

About: I was an owner of a 8yr old Cane Corso who has now passed away from bone cancer. She has had 2 litters whom I cared for. 7 puppies each litter for 8 weeks was such an amazing experience! We have 4 sons and she was always attached to our 3rd son’s hip. We also rescued a beautiful cat, Misaki, who is now 1 1/2. My youngest son begged us for her and she has claimed me. She is the most sweetest thing and loves to cuddle. She follows me everywhere which we should have named her Shadow. If I could bring all the animals into my home I truly would! Myself and my youngest boys ages 16 & 15 would love to care for your animals as we would our own! We now have Briahs grandson Deuce is now 1 1/2 and is huge and a ball of fun! I’m currently a homeschool mom for I’m very flexible. I work part time but I’m available at anytime. I will make sure your babies are well taken care of! I am available three times a day for services and anytime you need your babies needs met. If they need play time we can do that or even just a belly rub after dinner :)

I’ve done lots of dog sitting and cat sitting jobs for people close to me and they’re satisfied with how I did, so you 100% will be too. Your pet is in responsible, attentive hands. I have a free schedule and I’m in desperate need of a side hustle. I have too much free time and I think this would be the perfect thing to book my schedule with, especially because of how much I love being outside and animals. I’m very mindful of the safety even of my own animals so your pet is in the best of hands. Although my yard is not fenced, I take my dog out for walks leashed and for the few times she has escaped, I’m not near any major roads for there to be any accidents or for her to be in harm’s way. I am very vigilant and I would never put your animals or my own at risk because pets are apart of the family and I’d never let anything happen to a family member, even yours.

“The relationship started with a meet and greet and Yiqiuxi and Nick asked all of the right questions to ensure that it was a good fit. They were interested in his routines and most importantly the do's and don'ts so Gucci didn't pick up any bad habits. Next the drop off. They have a huge area for Gucci to get plenty of exercise and he showed an immediate sign that he was comfortable which sealed the deal. We could not be happier with how well our Gucci was taken care of (6 nights) I was truly impressed with the consistency in daily updates which included photos, cuddle time and summary of his day. We appreciate their flexibility when I needed to add an extra day due to travel delays. I highly recommend Yiqiuxi and Nick and I am getting ready to book a new date right away. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”
“Lashelle was absolutely amazing with Rockie! From the moment I dropped him off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and plenty of photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Rockie is naturally anxious in new environments, but Lashelle was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She understood his body language, gave him the space he needed to adjust, and helped him build confidence at his own pace. I especially appreciated how she handled introductions with her family and pets, always putting Rockie's comfort and safety first. It was clear she has a lot of experience with dogs and truly cares about their well-being. She kept me informed about everything—from his eating and potty habits to his progress settling in, making new friends, and even his funny moments watching TV! She also went above and beyond by cleaning him up after an accident without hesitation. By the end of his stay, Rockie had gone from being nervous to relaxing on the couch, enjoying the yard, snuggling with the family, and even warming up to everyone in the house. Seeing that progress meant so much to me. I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lashelle treated Rockie like one of her own, and I knew he was loved and cared for every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is compassionate, experienced, communicative, and truly dedicated to providing exceptional care. “We are so happy we found Brian! We reached out to him after being gun-shy for a while because the fabulous sitters we previously found on DogVacay had either moved away or were unavailable. Our little girl is a bit shy, so it was really important to us to find a good fit with someone who is attentive and allows her to be as comfortable as possible. Brian was all of that and then some! His dog, Bob is super laid back and adorable and Brian and his wife were super attentive and super loving. In fact, I actually forgot to tell them that Kona's not great on hardwood stairs and when I asked Brian about it afterwards, he said he noticed her nervousness around the stairs and, without me even asking, had been carrying her up and down them! Talk about attentive and caring! We are so happy to have found Brian and we can't to use them again.”
