I adopted Colby, a mini poodle, 13 years ago and he recently passed on Mar 7, 2026 due to oral cancer one month before he turned 14 yr-old. I will board ONE NON-SHEDDING dog at a time so I can spend quality time with that dog ☺️ I would love help dog owners to walk, play, and love their dogs while they cannot and get some dog love for myself. About: I have taken care of dogs for a few years now and decided I want to help those in need of a dog sitter and some training. I’m a nurse and work 3 days a week and looking to dog sit or walk on my days off. My schedule is pretty flexible so I can switch my days around if needed. About: Back in Maryland for July for Summer Break!I’ve had two dogs (including a GSD!) Additionally, I have fostered two cats. In my current apartment, I have no pets. I understand all animals have different personalities and that’s what makes them special. Wenyan also provided complementary brushing of Bella's coat after noticing she was shedding and had some dandruff, and did a great job of cleaning Bella's paws before I picked her up (she even carried Bella from the house into my car so her paws wouldn't get dirty!). Bella greatly enjoyed her time with Wenyan and Purple, and I will definitely be a repeat client if I am ever out of town in the future!”

“Monika was FANTASTIC and took excellent care of my little guy. She went above and beyond by giving him a light wash around his face, due to his long hair getting slightly messy when he eats. She gave me regular updates and adorable photos of Biscuit during his stay with her and her family. He seemed very happy and upbeat when he first met her, and seemed to bond with her very quickly. I appreciated her making time to let me bring him over for an initial meet and greet, so he could get familiar with his temporary home away from. “Highly recommend! We had a very last minute cancellation by our dog sitter for Jeb on the morning of a trip out of town. Very lucky that we found Shahan - she replied right away and was able to take our buddy Jeb with only 2 hours of advance notice! Shoham has a large fenced in backyard, great for pups to get their exercise. She also provided walks and kept me updated on Jeb throughout the weekend. You can tell she is very good with dogs because Jeb was very relaxed when we arrived, and took the time to introduce him to the other dogs visiting to make sure everything was OK. We will definitely be using Shoham again for future doggie visits!”
