I currently train my dog in emotional and psychiatric care as she is training to be a service animal. I am currently working a part-time job and do online school so don’t worry about me leaving your pets high and dry!! I have two pets of my own so I know how important attention is. I’m available whenever you need me I live in a dog friendly neighborhood where all the dogs (and dog owners) know each other. I have a large yard and live only a couple minutes away from a park. I can easily crate your pet if necessary and have a super shy dog that won’t bother yours at all. We have plenty of things to keep your pet entertained including a splash pad and plenty of toys
About: I love all the dogs. I enjoy playing with them and taking walks. I love long hiking in the parks where me and dogs can be closer to nature. I have always met only great dogs. They all have different personalities and this is something that requires patience and understanding to allow the dog connect with me. However, as big or small the dog can be, it has no difference for me. In my life I had only one time dog biting me and it was when I was a child and was running through the neighbor's property and the dog did his duty and started running after me. He scratched my left leg with his teeth, but it was more of a gentle warning, than a bite. Dogs listen to me very well. Sometimes I get surprised myself how well they respond to me. “We needed someone to look after our dog Archie for the day while we went to an event. We were going for the whole day and wouldn't be returning until the eveing so we didn't want to leave Archie alone for that long. Our usual dog sitter wasn't available on that day so I contacted Brian and another pet sitter on Rover to see if either one could look after him instead. It was a bit last minute (3 days notice) which was my fault for not trying to sort something sooner. The other person didn't even respond to my enquiry but Brian immediately did and said he was available. I made the necessary booking arrangements and Brian was felixable with drop off and pick up times if we needed to nudge them in case of traffic or whatever (we were an hour away). On the day we got sent pictures of Archie and I could see he was having a good time and felt comfortable with Brian in his home and with his dogs. I can definitely recommend Brian to anyone looking for a dog sitter and was so thankful he was able to take Archie at short notice. Cats tend to just be cats 🤣 I had a cat that requires injections, so long as the dog or cat tolerates, I can do shots, oral or topical meds.

No one likes to keep their pooch cooped up in a kennel all day, so I make sure that they can roam free and clear as they please! As I’m home all day except for Thursday, I’m the perfect fit for dogs that are used to having their human around them during the day--or for ones that could benefit from that! As a pet sitter, your routine might look something like this: - **Morning:** Arrive to feed the pets, take them for a walk, and handle any bathroom breaks. - **Midday:** Check in again for a short visit, playtime, or a quick walk, depending on the pet’s needs. - **Evening:** Return to feed the pets again, provide companionship, and handle any additional exercise or bathroom breaks. About: Recently married and paying off bills! If you have animal needs, I'm your girl! I've had cats and dogs my whole life. All kinds of breeds-mostly huge ones🤣 husky, chow, labs. I currently swap pet care with a neighbor, so I figured why not sign up for Rover! She said she used to do it, and she enjoyed Rover. It gives me a dopamine boost every time I get to see the fur babies. I'll treat them just as my own. I work from home, so with enough notice, I can make time to make runs out to care of your pets! I am in Temple Hills - very nearby is easiest. I usually immediately let out the dogs or walk the dogs. Then I feed them. While they are eating, I will do whatever needs to be done such as filling water bowls, cleaning up messes, etc. Then once they are done, I give lots of hugs or play depending on the doggie needs. Some dogs just want to sit under my feet and sleep while I'm at the counter or some dogs have all the energy in the world. Cats tend to just be cats 🤣 I had a cat that requires injections, so long as the dog or cat tolerates, I can do shots, oral or topical meds.
