“Michelle has been caring for our dog, Lucy, for years now... and we have been nothing but pleased with her loving care for Lucy, her great communication, and dependability. Lucy loves her vacations with Michelle, and we always feel 100% confident in the care we know she will receive. Definitely 5 stars in every area!”

“Shuling was like a second mom to Wally while I was away! They treated him like he was their own and he loved playing with their dog. Shuling sent pictures and videos every day so that I felt comfortable. Looked like he was having a blast! Will definitely book again.”

“Lindsay, did a great job taking care of my dog and sent me pictures every day keeping me informed on how my dog was doing. I would highly recommend using Lindsay to take care of your dog. I was very pleased. Congressman Bill Sarpalius”

“Katelyn is amazing and helped our family on short notice when we had to fly to another state for a funeral. She took amazing care of Gary and he was well-loved by her children and her husky, Balto. I highly recommend her!”

“Brigid took care of my senior girl, Chloe, for 4 nights. She was open to a last minute meet and greet. She accommodated Chloe’s senior needs, sent updates, and gave a nice verbal summary at how Chloe’s time went and included things she will miss about her. Chloe seemed content when I arrived, often going over to Brigid several times while we packed up all of her things into the car. Being a dog sitter myself, I found comfort in that, considering they were strangers just days before. I would recommend Brigid!”

“After a meet and greet we decided to do an overnight trial and our dog loved it! The whole family is very warm and inviting and our dog felt at home the moment he walked in the door. Their house has a nice fenced in backyard as a plus. We have already booked our summer vacation and plan on booking other trips as well. Very happy to have found such a perfect fit.”

“Chloe seemed to have had a great time with Kelly & Maurice - especially based on how tired she was when she got home! :) I received lots of pictures and videos that were appreciated. She enjoyed playing with the other pups during her time there and was clearly being spoiled while I was away. I felt comfortable being away from her for a few days while on a much needed vacation! Thanks again for making Chloe feel at home away from home!”

“Hester is great. Very good communication. Follows up quickly. Keeps me in the loop during my dogs stay. And I usually get a tired and happy dog after the stay. Very happy I found Hester!”

“Mady was great, very nice and you can tell she has a genuine love of dogs. Mady has a pair of friendly dogs that played well with mine. She sent pictures daily and kept us updated on how our dog was doing. Highly recommend and will use her services again in the future.”

“Can not find a better lover of dogs ! She took the best of care with our two dogs, one puppy and one an older dog. They each got so much love and attention, and I loved the pictures and videos while we were away :)”

“Kevin was amazing! He was super responsive, caring and even sent me photos of my lab, Moon, every morning either playing or on a walk with him. When I picked her up, I knew she had been taken care of. I Will definitely use him again in the future!”

“Katie is awesome! Our dog Milo has some separation anxiety and she handled it with ease. She’s very quick to respond, and sends constant updates & pictures. We will definitely be using her in the future! Would highly recommend!”

“If I could give more than five stars, I would! Janice and Stalio were wonderful dog sitters to my two toy fox terriers. They sent updates and photos during my trip to Iceland for a week. No complaints whatsoever, I couldn’t recommend them more!”

“Shelby and her husband Kyle took incredible care of Bentley. I honestly wish our dogs could spend more time together. They had so much fun. I highly recommend Shelby and Kyle to anyone looking for a warm professional loving environment for their dog!”

“Jasmine took wonderful care of our dog Hank over a long weekend for us. Hank came home happy and healthy and had a fun time with Jasmine! Jasmine is communicative, flexible, responsive, and a real animal lover. Your pets are in good hands here with her!”

“Eli is so awesome! I had to change my schedule a few times and he is always very flexible!! My Skittles loves him so much!! Eli sent me plenty of pictures, he is definitely my first pick for sitting for my baby girl Skittles!!”

“Ahhhmazing!!! Michelle will absolutely be our go to dog sitter! Oliver is still a puppy so he is high energy and still working on his potty training. This was our first time using rover and his first time away from us. Michelle took care of him above and beyond our expectations! She sent us model pictures of him daily (much better than he lets us take of him, so we have new profile pics of him, lol!) She provided daily updates with the pics too, all of which gave us complete peace of mind! We couldn’t have had a better experience and that made our vacation that much more relaxing. We are extremely thankful to Michelle for treating Oliver like her own! 😊”

“Marliez was great with my Bentlee. She sent plenty of pics and videos. I’m always worried about him being around other dogs because he’s so young but she handled him so well. Def would recommend.”

“This was our first time boarding Black with a sitter, and Crystal provided a great experience for Black and for us. When we dropped him off, he didn’t even look back as she ushered him inside which told us he was comfortable with Crystal from the very beginning. When we picked Black up, he was excited to see us AND sad for his weekend with Crystal to come to an end. Black had a couple of behavioral issues during his stay and Crystal was very attentive taking great care of his needs and keeping us updated with great photos and detailed reports. We highly recommend Crystal.”

“I recently entrusted my cat, Alvin, to Bo for the second time, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. Her consistent professionalism and genuine affection for animals have made each experience exceptional. Throughout this recent pet-sitting period, Bo provided regular updates accompanied by delightful photos of Alvin engaging in his favorite activities. It was evident that Alvin was not only well-cared for but also truly happy and comfortable in her care. In addition to attending to Alvin’s needs, Bo went above and beyond by bringing in my mail and packages, ensuring that my home remained tidy, and accommodating last-minute scheduling changes with remarkable flexibility. I wholeheartedly recommend Bo to anyone seeking a reliable, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter. Her dedication and personalized care have provided me with immense peace of mind, knowing that Alvin is in the best possible hands. Thank you, Bo, for your outstanding service. I look forward to entrusting Alvin to your care again in the future.”

“Brigid is so kind and gave our cat a lovely home during our time away. Will definitely look for Brigid again when we need to find a warm, kind and safe place for our cat to stay in the future.”

“Mary took wonderful care of my Kitty, Prim. Prim is usually a scaredy-cat and keeps her distance but came right out to Mary for cuddles. Great communication and updates. Will use again. Thank you Mary!”

“Thank you Hannah for this trial run. Taking the time to get to know my boys & their schedules We are looking forward to our vacation now knowing they will be well taken care of while we are gone”

“Savannah was so friendly and helpful. She handled everything how i would have. My boys are pretty emergentic and cuddly- she was able to really help me feel at ease while we were gone. She did a wonderful job and we will be using her again for sure!”

“I needed a last minute sitter just to stop at my house and feed my dog this last weekend (mind you- he’s a German Shephard/Lab- he’s a big boy!) breakfast and take him out to go potty. I have been hesitant to use a kennel, as my dog was severely bit a few months ago. So I turned to Rover- Brooke was luckily able to pick up the job at the last minute and help out! She met with me the day before, we video chatted and she was understanding of Ace’s routine and our home guidelines. She has tons of experience with dogs! I highly recommend Brooke & will be using her again!”

“My cats love Courtney! Especially my super shy boy comes out of shell when he sees her. I’m super happy with her taking care of my two little ones, she spends quality time with them and doesn’t cut her visits short. I also really appreciate the detailed write up and the cute photos. Thank you, Courtney!”

“Cristina is an excellent pet sitter! Our sweet kitty is in end stage cancer and Cristina took such great care of her, ensuring she got her shot and monitored her food/water intake to assure us that all was well while we were away. I would definitely hire Cristina again!”
About: I absolutely love animals. I currently have a black lab and I love to just spend time cuddling with her, or going for long walks. If possible, I try to bring her along (assuming they get along at the meet and greet). I’ve noticed that dogs can wear each other out a lot faster than I can, and probably have more fun doing it too. Maddie gets along with everyone and just loves to meet someone new. For your dog, I will treat him/her as my own. I will play with them and take them for walks. I have no problems cleaning up messes, sometimes accidents happen. Let me love and take care of your pet so you don't have to worry about them during the day. Why I love dog sitting I've always been an animal lover. I've had dogs all my life and had two of my own. They truly are the best things that ever happened to me. I’m very active, so I would spend as much time outside as possible with your fur baby. My experience administering medication: I am fine with administering medication, but would like to have the owner show me the correct way of doing it before I start.

“Highly recommend Ryan! He took the time to do a meet and greet and really understand my dog’s specific needs. He was very communicative and flexible whenever any changes came up, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was how he followed my dog’s training routines and even used the exact phrases we’ve been working on. He handled my dog’s reactivity with care and confidence, and it made a huge difference. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes my entire life, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years I’ve owned and cared for many different breeds and personalities, including Saint Bernards, Great Danes, and Coonhounds, which gave me plenty of experience handling large and giant-breed dogs. I’ve also shared my home with multiple cats over the years—many of them seniors—so I understand the patience, routine, and gentle care older pets often need. I’ve spent years fostering animals as well, frequently working with senior pets and dogs that may be anxious or slow to trust new people. I pride myself on being patient and letting animals warm up to me at their own pace so they can feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. My home currently includes an Alaskan Klee Kai and a Border Collie mix, so daily life already revolves around exercise, enrichment, and making sure dogs stay happy and engaged. When I travel, my trips are often pet-focused—I’ve driven cross-country multiple times with my dogs to explore new trails, parks, and adventures together. For walks, drop-ins, and house sitting, I always aim to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel secure in their own home. As a larger and experienced handler, I’m comfortable managing multiple dogs on leash and adapting to different energy levels—whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or prefers relaxed companionship and a calm presence. I’m also experienced in administering most medications and providing attentive care for senior pets who may need a little extra support. I have a very flexible work schedule, and can accommodate most dogs needs! I no longer offer overnight sitting, but can accommodate multiple drop ins and walks while you are gone, start long as early as 7 am and as late as 8-9 ish. Your dog’s comfort and routine are my top priorities. I provide focused attention, interactive play, and companionship tailored to your pup’s personality — from calm evenings at home to energetic walks or adventures at parks and trails. I’m experienced with all sizes and breeds, so whether your dog is a tiny pup or a gentle giant, they’ll receive care that’s attentive and consistent. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, happy, and fully engaged throughout their stay

Since coming to college I have not been around dogs at all and I miss that connection more than I realized. Being around dogs brings me a lot of happiness and comfort and it is something I have always had in my life until now am a college student with a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of time caring for and giving attention to pets. About: I lived around both dogs and cats my whole life, with both family and roommates, and I absolutely love it. While I'm not in the position to have my own furry friend at the moment, I love to care for animals. I spent about a year (2025) volunteering with the MCACAC shelter cats and dogs in Christiansburg, including participating in their training courses, and now feel confident bringing that experience to work with pets that already have found their families as well. I currently work part-time and unfortunately my hours change every week, so I can't take on consistent requests at the moment. I am still available to schedule individual week-of appointments, but I cannot guarantee availability more than one week out. As far as working with pets in your home, please let me know your house rules. I generally use whatever items the pet uses at home (leash, treats, etc) for the sake of consistency for the pet and pet parent.

I tend to stay at the home all day when staying overnight so the animals always have company and any emergencies are handled immediately.

“Lindsay, did a great job taking care of my dog and sent me pictures every day keeping me informed on how my dog was doing. I would highly recommend using Lindsay to take care of your dog. I was very pleased. Congressman Bill Sarpalius”

“Becca was wonderful with Bandit. Her son Kash got along with Bandit and they seemed to have fun together. I would ask her to care for Bandit again in the future, and I’d recommend Becca to others.”

“Lena was the best!! She cared for my boy just like her own dogs! She made sure she had all her questions answered and took the time to get to know my dog during our pre visit. She kept me informed every day how things were going and sent pics and videos!! I will definitely use her to care for my dog again!! Thanks Lena!!”

“I am grateful and fortunate to have Donna as a sitter. Nova loves her which makes me feel comfortable. I had an unexpected delay in my travel and she was empathetic and accommodating. Donna is friendly, personable, a true dog lover and the best sitter I’ve ever had.”

“We were very happy with how Joann W treated our dog, Lilly, while we were out of town! Joann took care of our dog Lilly like she was her own. Joann sent us pictures and stayed in touch to let us know how she was doing. We highly recommend Joann and we will absolutely use her again!’”

“Fantastic - Amazing - Wonderful! Yukia was a great communicator from the start. We talked before we brought our rascal over. We even did a meet and greet just to make sure he would take to her - and he sure did! During our trip she sent daily photos and updates, and our kids could not wait to get them every day. I could tell when I went to pick him up that he was very happy to be with her. For a quick moment he could not decide if he wanted to stay with her or come back home. It was his first time with someone else and she obviously took great care of him. There is no doubt that we have found our pet sitter for good!”

“I hate to let you in on this secret - Marta is wonderful! Lincoln had the best time staying at her house and playing with her dogs. She is thoughtful, very caring, and ensured he had the best time away from us. I can’t wait to book with her again!”
